Chapter 1 - Exiled

POV - Percy's 

It was a good day at Camp Half-blood, it has been two months  since we have defeated Gaia. I went back to high school since I missed a whole year of school, mean while with Annabeth, she went to college in New Rome. Right now I'm heading to the portal that was linked between Camp J. and here at Camp H. Blood, I was planning to visit Annabeth in her dorm at New Rome, I wanna meet her since it has been two months. You see, after the war, I went directly back at school, Annabeth knew my reason why but we didn't get separated. We kept tabs after the war, of course we also received our gifts from the gods. 

Back to reality, I stepped into the portal and it lead me to Camp Jupiter. Camp Jupiter was as lively as ever after the war. Both Greek and Roman siblings were catching up with each other and is also getting to know. Like for example, the Hermes cabin and the Mercury kids are planning for a huge prank to both camps... Forget I told you that, moving on I then went to Annabeth's dorm. 

When I got there, I realized that Annabeth's dorm windows were covered with curtains. Maybe she was doing something important inside. I shrugged the odd feeling off and rang the door bell. No one answered, I rang again, nobody still answered, I rang the third time, that's when I heard rushing foot steps.  The door opened revealing Annabeth in her messy clothes. She was in her pajamas and her eyes looked like they were in need of sleep, her hair was in a messy bun, and there were coffee stains in her clothes, it was like she was making something. 

"Percy! Your here, I'm sorry if I hadn't cleaned up, I was making an architecture project for a lesson we have in college, I didn't got as much as sleep than last time." She said, "Plus, the nightmares from Tartar- I mean, from there , are lessening. I'm glad that it is already lessening though." She continued. "Oh Annabeth, I'm sorry I wasn't there for you." I apologized, I grabbed Annabeth and gave her a kiss in her forehead. Annabeth let out a small sigh and let me in. 

The dorm was quite messy, there were papers everywhere and boxes on the floors. The kitchen was a little bit clean though except the fact there were few not washed plates in the sink. Annabeth lead me to her work place, and to only see it was more messier than the whole house was.

I gave myself a quiet sigh, I laid the flower bouquet that I forget to mention on her table. Annabeth then turned to me. "Yeah, quite messy." She said. Not gonna lie, Annabeth might be smart but she can be a little messy. I gave her a small smile and went to find the vacuum cleaner, after I went to clean the house with Annabeth in her room sleeping peacefully.

POV - Annabeth's  

I fell asleep as Percy told me to sleep while he cleans the house, to be honest I wanna help him clean. But he might get grumpy since I haven't fell asleep for three days. It was peaceful for a second but the nightmares started to stir. 

I was in Tartarus, my eyes were closed since I got my sight cursed, I heard Percy and the poison goddess fighting each other, that's when I heard Akhlys  screamed in pain, "STOP, PLEASE STOP I BEG YOU PLEASE-" That's when the scene changed.

I was in a room, it was covered in red curtains, as if we're in a 19th century circus tent, I heard huge sounds of stumps coming from behind . I saw a shadowy figure in the middle of the room, it was talking to someone but I could not get a glimpse of the figure though. "Yes master, the plan will be starting, by the end of this weekend we will finally get rid of that scum and his blonde b-tch, there we will start to move." The figure said, the other figure that the figure was bowing at responded, "Very well, now let us not continue since someone is more likely listening to us. I can't believe a dumb monster like you hasn't noticed the presence yet. What a shame." With that the figure beheaded the thing that was bowing to him. Blood scattered everywhere as the head went flying to my directing.

I tried to cover my mouth to prevent my screams, but the figure noticed and stared  at me directly at the eyes. "One day little demigoddess, one day." With that the dream faded away.

I bolted up awake, I was breathing heavily, I felt my heart was pounding very fast, I then felt a hand at my shoulder, I bolted my head to the direction to see it was Percy. He was worried of me. I grabbed Percy and hugged him tightly. Later then, my breathing went to normal as well as my heart pounding went to normal Percy gave me a kiss in the forehead later on. I looked around to see my surroundings were clean. Percy finally finished cleaning. He then gave me a hug, "calm now Wise-girl. Calm now, I'm here, I'm here." He said. His voice soothes me every time he talks. He then started to lay me down, him as well. After five minutes, I was back sleeping. I felt Percy was hugging me in the waist, he was beside me. He was also sleeping. It was very peaceful. For now I'm glad he came back to me.
