Seasons flew by as time just carried on. Each spring felt the same with the pretty cherry blossoms. Each winter felt the same with the sparkly white snow. Going on and on like this felt an unknown routine for everyone. Including Taehyun.

But it all changed with the coming in of the new transfer student, Yeonjun. He was smart, confident, funny, handsome and just out of the world. He was the dreamiest boy alive. And Taehyun was undoubtedly falling for the boy unknowingly.

But as for Taehyun, he was just another boy in the class. He had nothing big going on. He wasn't popular. He was more laid back and carefree by nature. There was only a few things that interested him. And the one small crush on Yeonjun.

"KANG TAEHYUN!"
The teacher's voice echoed in the room, waking Taehyun from his daydream.

The boy wasn't paying attention to the class, because he deemed it to be not important. Moreover, Taehyun was better off by self studying. He could ace any exam with a little effort before the big day.

Feeling embrassed as he saw all his classmates looking at him, Taehyun muttered a small apology. And he had caught the eye of his crush with this small stunt of daydreaming. But the dream wasn't lewd by itself. It was rather sweet of him to imagine Yeonjun hug him.

Soon the class ended with Taehyun still red faced and the teacher shaking his head in disappointment. But he knew the kid did get nice marks so she didn't mind it much. Grinning cheekily, Taehyun excused himself as he got out of the suffocating place. It was time to go home and sleep.

"Taehyun, if I'm right? Yeonjun here."
A voice startled the red haired boy. But it was a sweet voice. One that belonged to Yeonjun.

"Um... Hi! I'm...uh Taehyun."
The shorter boy waved awkwardly.

"Aw don't be nervous. Consider me your friend."
Yeonjun giggled in the most angelic way, which made Taehyun go crazy.

"That's awfully sweet of you."
Taehyun thought out loudly.

"Well, I can be one the sweetest people. But I'm running late for practice so got to go. See you soon. Bye~"
Yeonjun ran off not before winking dramatically.

"Bye!"
Taehyun whispered lowly still gazing at the empty space where the taller had stood earlier.

His head filled with replaying of the moment that had just passed by. And thus he skipped off to his home. In the next few weeks, Yeonjun would occasionally catch up with Taehyun to ask about his life, studies or anything in casual sense. But for the red haired male, thr small crush for the older just grew by the minute. Before he knew it, he was already knee-deep loving the boy from afar.

"Hyun!!"
An arm wrapped around Taehyun's shoulders, as he abruptly stopped his wandering thoughts.

"Uh! Hello~"
Taehyun whispered as he turned around to find the boy of his dreams.

"Why were you blushing so hard?"
Yeonjun teased with a sly smirk.

"Nothing"
Taehyun blushed even harder.

"Do you like someone? Don't lie. Taehyun has a crush~"
Yeonjun sang with a tune.

"No I don't."
Taehyun firmly shook his head.

"You do. You keep spacing out in class as well."
Yeonjun acknowledged the other's increasing disinterest during school.

"Don't you have to go for practice?"
Taehyun tried changing the topic.

"Yes, but before I go, just an advice. Make a move before they slip out of your hands. Woo them, love them, show them."
Yeonjun spoke sincerely before hopping off with his teammates.

Taehyun thought long and hard about the words that were uttered to him. Maybe Yeonjun was right, but what if he didn't like boys? What if he doesn't like Taehyun?

But the image of affirmative smile from Yeonjun flashed before him. And that was good enough sign for Taehyun to go through his plan in order to win the boy over.

Laying on the bed after the tiring day at school, he couldn't sleep for his brain wracked with ideas. Ideas to convey his love for the older. And that's when he did what he could do best.

Write.

Taehyun has to reach school early, which was quite unlikely of him. But anything for love, right?

He snuck a purple aesthetic heart printed paper into the older's locker which contained the following message,

"Pretty eyes for the pretty boy. I swear I'm not a stalker but you just make me insane with love."

He didn't reveal his name yet, for he still feared the outcome. Of Yeonjun rejecting the friendship they had built over the past weeks.

And in half an hour, Taehyun saw the same piece of paper in the taller's dainty hands. Yeonjun looked perplexed at the message written. It was strange for him to get love letters. Mostly, his classmates shot their point by asking him out directly, which he refused every time.

Taehyun was pleased as the message had reached the designated boy. Soon the next days rolled in with more love letters of indigo, blue, green yellow, orange, red colours, with more heartwarming messages.

"Save the smiles for me please. I am not crazy but I am weak for you. Weak for your charm."

Yeonjun folded the dark blue paper to keep it inside his pocket. He hadn't expected another letter the next day.

"Going by the laws, you and I are meant to be together. Honour me with your heart and I'll cherish it."

Yeonjun smiled fondly as he remembered the words on the blue paper that were specifically written for him. He wondered if he knew the person behind the love letters.

"I don't wanna be in this place of hiding. Hiding my feelings for you. But, I just can't compare to your unearthly worth."

Taehyun hid himself behind the walls just to capture Yeonjun's reaction to his green note that held out the younger's heart.

"Seasons go by. But my love for you still remains, will you ever consider it, and free me my of misery?"

Yeonjun would usually be creeped out seeing all these letters, but something just felt right. He didn't know when it had become routine. That he waited each day for that letter.

"I know you'll never know me, for I'm a coward. But remember that someone in this world will do anything for you."

Taehyun waited for the older to appear in front of his locker. Taehyun just wanted to see the older's reaction. But, Taehyun's orange letter of adoration had already been read by Yeonjun. Except the taller didn't know the maker of this confession.

"You are like the dew in the morning. Fresh and full of positive love. I want to be that grass on whom you fall. Who can support all of your weight and burdens. But it never works that way."

Yeonjun's almond shaped eyes roamed around the place, to find the culprit of his love. If one thing was known to all, Yeonjun was a sucker of romantic gestures. And Yeonjun had fallen in love with the person behind the letter without knowing them personally.

Disappointed with his quest being unsuccessful, Yeonjun spotted Taehyun at a distance. Just wanting to aimlessly talk with the younger, Yeonjun called out the boy.

The words still fresh in his mind, Yeonjun had a pleasant start of the day with Taehyun. Going to the cafeteria to get some milkshakes, both of them made their way to the bleachers.

"So, what did you want to talk about?"
Taehyun asked as he took a bite of the cheesecake he had ordered earlier.

"Nothing, just wanted to be in your company."
Yeonjun cheesily replied as he wiped the younger's mouth with a napkin.

"Aww... But seriously, anything wrong?"
Taehyun questioned with raised eyebrows.

"Hey, don't worry, nothing's wrong. I... Never mind."
Yeonjun stuttered with a flushed face.

"Tell me it's fine."
Taehyun persuaded the boy to open up.

"Have you ever fell in love? How does it feel?"

Taehyun felt his heart break listening to the older boy. Maybe all his efforts were futile. Maybe Yeonjun had found someone he loves. Seeing the yellow haired boy's far-off look, Taehyun knew he was being serious. And even if he couldn't confess his love, he would rather describe it.

"It's like walking into a place and then knowing that it is home. You feel floaty, comfortable, and as if in some sort of cloud. It blinds all the other senses you hold. Makes you feel vulnerable yet adored. Makes you want to do all those things to keep that feeling alive. Gives a fresh breath of life to you. Love is just wonderful. But it isn't always successful, you will have to sacrifice to keep them happy."

Taehyun completed his monologue as Yeonjun stared at him with wide eyes. He just have out his heart, his feelings for that secret crush. And with that an awkwardly nice silence looked between them.

It has been a week since the letters came in and Yeonjun opened his locker after school to see a greyish printed note in his locker saying,

"This will be my last love letter to you, my beloved crush. If you look closely each paper collectively made the colours of the rainbow. And just like that you paint my world in the most wonderful colours. Hope you and I could even have a chance."

Yeonjun hadn't expected this. He didn't want this secret person to give up just yet. He wanted to atleast tell them how much their letters meant to him. And so he took it upon himself to find this person.

With a few connections, puppy eyes and pouting, Yeonjun could get hold of the CCTV camera of the school. It was unethical, completely wrong of him to do this. To even break in for a simple crush. But love makes you do the weirdest of things and the yellow haired boy didn't regret it even slightly.

Taehyun has been walking through the corridors with a sad frown. He had let go of his crush after so long. It hurted him to even think that Yeonjun loved someone else. Deep in thoughts, he was yet again startled as a body crashed into him from the front.

With a scowl on his face, Taehyun looked up to find the person who crashed into him, his crush with all those secret love letters in his hand. Panicking internally if Yeonjun came to know of his antics and that he was here to scold him, Taehyun breathed in heavily. He tried fleeing away from there until strong arms held him.

Though all he had wanted was to be with his Yeonjun, Taehyun was scared of the infinite possibilities now that he stood infront of the dreamy boy. It was a feverish dream as both of them stared deeply in each other's galaxy eyes.

"Hyun, why?"
Yeonjun whispered as he still held onto the younger who struggled to get away.

"What, why?"
Taehyun asked weakening in the arms of the taller.

"Why didn't you tell me I was your crush? That you were the one who sneaked in my locker to give these?"
Yeonjun asked with a betrayed look, gesturing the letters in his strong hands.

"I...I was scared of actually confessing that I love you."
Taehyun answered with downcast eyes.

"Pabo, I love you too!"
Yeonjun yelled as he still couldn't fathom the fact that Taehyun was indeed the red haired boy on the monitor. The same boy who slipped in these lovely notes.

"Do you really? Are you saying it out of pity? Don't you love someone else?"
Taehyun asked as if he was still indecisive and critical of the other's choice.

"It was always you. All along since the first day I saw you daydreaming in class. I felt jealous when the thought of someone made you blush. But it was foolish, since I was that crush."

Yeonjun laughed sarcastically as he remembered his own advice for the younger boy. To woo them he had said.

"I love you. I really do. I want to be the frsh air you breathe in. I want to be your home, just like how you are to me."

Yeonjun looked into the shorter's doe eyes with a sincere gleam. Taking the situation in hand, the yellow haired male kissed Taehyun with tempest desire of love. Soft gasps were heard as Taehyun gave into the reality of turning his dreamy crush loving him back.

Yeonjun closed his eyes as he lost himself in the delicate tenderness that Taehyun's cherry red lips gave. Something just felt right with lips pressed against each other like this. The world had come to a standstill around them.

Breaking away from the kiss, Taehyun didn't utter a word instead leaned his head forward onto the other's shoulders. He wanted to cry out of desperation and happiness. Yeonjun loved him back. Pecking the shorter's red fluffy hair, Yeonjun led both of them out of the school. Taehyun clinging onto his arms, the older looked forward into the sunset.

Their confession had led into something more beautiful. More than dreams. More than love. More than them.

"You & I belong together!"
