To everyone who has opened this poetry collection and decided to give it a shot, bless your sweet soul. 

This poetry collection has been something I've wanted to share with you for years, but have been too afraid to put on the internet for the whole world to see. It is the product of heartache, memories that still shake me to my core, and times where I thought I might not make it through the night. I dipped into these memories and now, offer them to you, edited and laced with imagery. Hopefully, it will be good :)

This poetry collection contains references to violence, sexual assault, blasphemy and mental illness. Whilst Misera does not delve too deeply into these themes, I would not recommend reading this collection if you are suffering or still recovering from any of the above as this collection may be triggering to you.

The poems within Misera contain references to events and people in my life. I would appreciate if you keep the identities of the people anonymous if you happen to come across the real stories behind these poems. Many of the people I write about are unaware that I write poetry, let alone write about them. 

Please do not plagiarise this poetry collection. I have poured my heart and soul into this writing and it would devastate me to find that someone is taking my work as theirs. If I catch you copying this, it won't be pretty. Mark my words.
