BONUS CHAPTER: the wedding

It was a rainy season, like always in Forks, but it didn't stop Alice from glaring at every rain cloud her amber eyes laid upon. She tried to convince the couple to have a destination wedding, pretty much anywhere other than Forks and when Clary suggested La Push or Volterra just to annoy the pixie-like vampire, Alice shut up and moved on. She understood why the girl was strict about having her wedding in their town but it still didn't stop her from wishing that Clary changed her mind. At the sound of thunder rumbling in the sky, Alice stomped her foot and cursed the clouds. The wedding was a few days away and she knew the chances of the ceremony being clouded by rain she was glad the couple picked an indoor venue.

"Why do you look like someone pissed in your cereal?" Alice made a face before turning to acknowledge her almost sister-in-law.

"This weather. I hate it." Alice grumbled, her lips forming into a pout.

"It rains every day, Alice. Shouldn't you be used to it by now?" Clary teased her. The girl stepped closer to the window and peered up at the grey sky peeking through the trees. "It doesn't seem so bad."

"Rain on a wedding day is a bad omen," Alice informed her.

"Maybe I'd be more concerned if we didn't live in probably the wettest city in the country." Clary chuckled. "Plus I'm marrying a vampire, isn't that a bad omen in itself?"

"Your sarcasm isn't helping." Alice glared at her.

"Alice everything'll be fine." Clary placed a hand on the girl's back and tried to reassure her. She wanted to laugh at how reversed the situation was. She was the bride but the wedding planner was the one having a meltdown. "Trust me, it'll all go according to plan."

She jinxed herself. Everything was not going fine. A few hours later and the florist decided to cancel, leaving Alice devastated and Clary scrambling to find another one. The Cullen household was in a frenzy. The men had taken Emmett on a hunting trip for his bachelor party and the women all crowded around the kitchen as they all scoured the internet for another option.

"This is all your fault!" Alice pointed at Clary, her eyes narrowed and full of frustration.

"Excuse me for trying to help!" Clary snapped at her. Esme approached her and placed a soothing hand on her back. Clary's tense stature instantly relaxed and she smiled gratefully at the woman. "Look, there's a florist in Seattle I haven't called yet. I'll have Rose call them and if they say no, then we're picking some roses from the bushes outside and calling our theme rustic." Esme chuckled softly at the girl's rambling and faced her daughter.

"I'll go talk to Rosalie. Alice, why don't you call the caterer and double-check with them?" Alice nodded and walked away. "Clary, are you okay?"

"I will be." Clary sighed softly. "I think the stress of it all is finally getting to me."

Esme eyed her carefully. She knew it had to be more than that but the girl wasn't giving anything away. "I'm here if you need to talk."

"I know." Clary watched her walk away and she hesitantly placed a hand on her stomach. She was more than sure she was about to be a mother again, Eli having been the one to tell her. He was laying on her lap one morning after another of his semi-growth spurts - the boy now the height of a five-year-old - when he told her he could hear another heartbeat. That was a week ago and she knew the trimesters for humans impregnated by vampires were a short one and she hoped her bump stayed minimal, she wanted Emmett to be the first to know. Not an angry Alice as she fussed over altering her custom-made gown. "Just two more days." She whispered to herself.

It was the day before the wedding and everything was back in working order. They found a new florist, had their meals finalized with the caterer, and Clary's wedding dress steamed to perfection. The men had returned from their trip just in time for Clary's chosen bachelorette activity - which was a disappointment to Bella since no strippers were involved. Clary wanted a night alone with her son and soon-to-be husband, and despite all of Alice's protests, the family granted her wish and left the little family alone in their new home.

"Of all the things you could've chosen, you picked this." Emmett teased her with a grin on his face as she climbed into bed beside him. She had returned from laying Eli down in his room and she marveled at the sight of his bare chest. His muscles flexed as he crossed his arms over his chest, his grin turning into a smirk as he noticed the effect it was having on her. "See something you like?" He joked.

"You know I do." Clary giggled and straddled his lap. His hands instantly went to her waist and she smiled lovingly at him. "I missed you while you were gone."

"Probably not as much as I missed you." Emmett's grip on her waist tightened as she began to slowly rock her hips onto his.

"You're turning into a big old softy." Clary chuckled. "You're a real family man."

"You domesticated me." He laughed. "This is all your fault."

"I'll happily take the blame." She grinned and leaned forward to kiss him. Her lips parted with a soft sigh as she felt one of his hands leave her waist to cup her small breast. His hands were one of her favorite things about him and she couldn't deny she had a hand kink because of him. "Shouldn't we hold out until tomorrow night?" She asked as she pulled away.

"So you don't want to fuck two nights in a row?" He quirked an eyebrow at her. He tugged on the hem of her shirt and she didn't hesitate to take it off, revealing her bare chest. His hand reached for her breast again, causing her to moan softly as his cold fingers pinched her nipple.

"Oh, I do," Clary smirked. "We've proven that my body can't handle it though. Especially since we don't stop with one round."

"Then tonight will be a little teaser." Emmett kept her atop him as his left hand traveled from Clary's waist to the front of her shorts. Clary stood up and yanked them off before quickly straddling his hips again. He could feel her heated core through his boxers and he had to stop his movements for a minute as he admired her naked body. "You're so fucking beautiful." He pulled her down for a kiss and he pulled her roughly against him. She was slick as she ground onto him and she was beginning to regret suggesting to wait. She needed more and he seemed to read her mind.

His hand trailed from her waist to where she needed him the most. She sat up and watched in anticipation. Her eyes darkened as her gaze shifted to Emmett's. His eyes stayed focused on the trail his fingers followed and she moaned as his fingers delved in between her folds. She bit her lip when his fingers made contact with her clit and Emmett felt a fresh wave of arousal flow through him at the sight. He reached his right hand up to her mouth and pulled her red lip loose. She met his heated gaze and she couldn't hold back a loud moan as he dipped his finger into her. "More Em, I need more." He didn't need to be told twice. He inserted three fingers into her and he groaned when he felt her walls clenching around them.

"Fuck, I don't think we should wait," Emmett told her, his voice pleading as his fingers moved in and out of her core. Clary was bouncing on his lap, her eyes shut as she enjoyed the feeling of his cold fingers. One of her hands rested on his taut stomach as she used the other to rub at her clit, she was close to finishing. "Babe?"

"Fuck it." She moaned. She grabbed his hand and pulled his fingers out. She lifted herself and pulled his boxers down enough for his cock to spring up. She grabbed the base of it and kept her eyes locked on Emmett's. "Ready?" He nodded and she slid herself down onto his rock-hard shaft. They moaned in unison as her hips met his. He was fully sheathed inside her and it was a different sensation for both of them. She was hot to the touch and her walls clenching around him had him questioning how long he'd last. He let her control the pace before he realized he wouldn't last much longer. He flipped them over and he quickened the pace. His fingers reached down and began to rub her clit harshly, knowing the roughness turned her on even more. "Em!" She moaned his name loudly and he knew she was ready to explode.

Her walls squeezed him even tighter and he groaned as he thrust into her. Her back arched as her orgasm hit her and she brought him down for a kiss, their tongues brushing each other as she used what little strength she had to flip them back over. Emmett let her and she rode out her high while letting him chase his. "I'm pregnant." His movements stopped and his eyes widened as he asked her to repeat herself. "I'm pregnant." His grip on her waist tightened as he smiled and flipped her over. He gripped her hips tightly, pulling her body into his as he thruster into her. His eyes darkened as her fleshy backside jiggled from the recoil, a deep groan leaving him. Clary lost herself in the sensation as he felt him thrust into her at an inhuman speed. It was rare he fucked her with his enhanced speed, as he came before she did every time, but she was so close to finishing again, she didn't care how fast he fucked her, just as long as he did. She fisted the sheets in her hands, whimpering at the pleasure of feeling his cock drive into her.

"You ready for my cum baby?" He asked her as he pumped into her. She nodded and he took that as his answer. "Fuck—" He pushed his hips up to meet hers and she felt her orgasm rush over her, her climax triggering his. She rocked against him slowly, both of them riding out their highs, and she collapsed onto the bed as they came to a stop. "Are we really having another baby?" She envied him for not being out of breath as she panted against his cool skin.

"Yeah, Em, we're having another baby." She felt him kiss her head tenderly and she closed her eyes, her exhaustion catching up to her.

"Don't you want to take a shower?" Emmett grinned to himself as he felt her breathing even out.

"In a minute. I just want to lay here for a bit." He couldn't tell her no. He slid himself out of her and he felt a small sigh leave her mouth.

"Just for a minute." He agreed.

Their minute only lasted a minute as Eli bounded into their room claiming there was a monster in his closet.

Clary awoke the following morning with Eli's feet digging into her ribs and the rest of his body sprawled across her legs. She moved his feet away and laughed quietly as he let out a soft snore and stretched his body to cover the remainder of the bed. As she sat up and looked around, she found no sign of Emmett and she assumed he left to appease his overeager sisters. She entered the bathroom just as a knock echoed throughout her quiet home. She grabbed a towel to cover her naked body and walked down the long hallway to the door at the end. Opening it, she sighed dramatically at the smiling faces of her bridesmaids. "I haven't even showered yet." She opened the door wider and the three vampires entered the home.

"That's okay! We have plenty of time to get you ready!" Alice was practically bouncing as Clary walked into the kitchen.

"You weren't this excited at my wedding," Bella smirked. "Which is a good thing too. Your energy would've killed me."

"Oh, she's about to murder me with it too," Clary commented as she poured herself a cup of juice. "Let me go wake up Eli. Esme's probably waiting for him."

"Let me," Rosalie stopped her from walking and glanced at her sister with a small scowl. "Please." Clary chuckled and didn't stop her. "His stuff is in his room. Emmett laid it out for him last night."

"So," Alice turned to Clary with a wide and giddy grin on her perfectly sculpted face. "Are you ready?"

"To shower?" Clary suggested.

"No." Alice dragged the word out as she giggled. "To be a Cullen!"

"Clarissa Cullen does sound better than Clarissa Swan." Clary smiled. "Plus, this means my next child won't be born out of wedlock."

"No!" Bella gasped as Alice squealed. "You're not-"

"Yep." Clary beamed and caressed her stomach. "I told Emmett last night and I have this sneaking suspicion that this one's a boy too."

"With your luck, you would have two boys." Bella laughed.

"I'd kill to have a girl but with all those new unmated wolves in Sam's pack, I'll pass. I don't need a repeat of Jake and Nesmee happening to me." Clary sipped her juice again as Bella glared at her. She never failed to poke fun at the odd situation, especially since it reminded Edward he was stuck with the wolf boy for the rest of his immortal life.

"It's not that bad." Bella rolled her eyes.

"It's not that great either." Clary laughed. "But you're right. It's not as bad as Quil's situation. Renesmee will be a teenager in like a year or two whereas Claire is still only four." Clary grimaced at the weirdness of the situation and shook her head. "The Elders should've made laws about that or something."

"Enough with the chitchat." Alice groaned. "You go shower," she pointed at Clary. "And you, go do your hair." Belle raised her hands in surrender as the two sisters shared a look before laughing and walking away from the grumbling pixie-like vampire. "I hate you both!"

Three hours later and the girls were nearly ready. They had turned Clary's living room into a makeshift salon piled with various makeup and garment bags. Alice was working on styling Clary's hair while Rosalie and Bella slid into their dresses. The satin fabric complemented their figures nicely and Clary had let them pick out their necklines, her only requirement that the dress is floor length. Rosalie's dress had a sweetheart neckline, strapless as it best suited her. Alice and Bella chose the same style, a halter style with straps, neither vampire wanting to display much. Clary admired the radiance that shone from them as the three stood before her with wide smiles. She couldn't wait to don her dress and stand among the three and officially call them her sisters.

"Knock, knock." Clary looked away from the vampires and gave a teary-eyed smile as her parents stood in the doorway. "Oh, you look so grown up!" Clary rushed to her Mom and tackled her in a hug, almost knocking her to the floor if not for Phil who steadied them.

"I thought you said you couldn't make it!" Clary wanted to cry as she saw the tears sliding down her mother's cheeks. She moved to hug her Dad who gave a hiccup as he tried to fight back his tears. "You liar!" Clary swatted her mom's arm playfully.

"Like I would ever miss my baby's big day!" Renee smiled widely. "Both my girls are married and with kids! My life is complete!" Clary giggled at her overzealous nature. Renee turned to the vamps behind her and Clary smiled at her stepdad.

"Thank you for coming Phil." Clary wrapped her arms around him and she breathed in his familiar scent.

"Wouldn't miss this for anything." He smiled.

"Not even the World Series?" She joked and he shook his chuckling.

"Babe Ruth himself couldn't keep me away from your big day." He brought her in for a side hug and they watched Rosalie and Alice shove Charlie into a chair so they can fix his hair for him. "I'm a little shocked you're not holding out for that boy we always talked about."

"Ah yes, the love of my premature life." Clary dramatically sighed. "Benny Rodriguez will always be my first love but Emmett will be my last." The two shared a quick laugh. "They're not so different, ya know? Em's pretty good at baseball too."

"Sounds like my kind of man," Phil smirked.

"Okay, everyone!" Alice captured all of their attention as she clapped and smiled giddily. "We have a wedding in an hour." Phil gave Clary one last side hug before he took his leave, Charlie and Renee following. "Dress time!" Clary beamed as the girls squealed and fussed over her.

"I'm ready." She smiled at them.

Thirty minutes later, Clary stood alone in her living room. The girls had packed up everything they had brought with them and with a quick 'be right back, she took the moment to admire her reflection in the full-length mirror Alice had trudged over. Her dress was a simple gown with an intricate lace design and a skirt of tulle. Her blonde hair cascaded over her bare shoulders, the veil atop her head flowing down her back. She had opted out of the veil hiding her face and chose to give Emmett one less thing he needed to do. glanced at the clock on the mantle of the fireplace and smiled as the time was getting closer. "I'm ready." She announced to herself quietly. She walked to her open front door and gasped in surprise at the man that stood before her. "Killian! You scared the crap out of me." She chuckled lightly. "What are you doing here? The wedding's in town." He smiled thinly at her and brought one of his hands up, showing the invitation he held.

"I wasn't sure I was welcomed." He commented. "Or if I wanted to be there." Clary gave him a look of confusion and she watched as his jaw clenched and he took a step backward. "Nonetheless, I'm here to congratulate you. It seems you've found your happiness after all."

"Did you come here alone?" Clary had sent the invitations to the Volturi Guard on a whim. She knew they hadn't parted on the best note but the man before her was someone she respected and called a friend.

"I did. It seems the connections you once held are no more." Clary frowned at his formal explanation.

"I see." She pouted slightly. "Are we still friends?" Killian fought the urge to frown at the word. At the castle, it was no secret the feelings he had for the girl, but he always knew her heart belonged to someone else, and now he had no urge to change that.

"We were." His lips twitched upwards slightly. "In fact," He cleared his throat. "I'm here to give you your wedding present. He pulled a letter from his pocket and handed it to her. "It's from the Kings. They've chosen to pardon your family of any criminal suspicion and future allegations."

"Why?" Clary opened the letter and skimmed over it. "I don't understand."

"Aro has agreed to leave the Cullens alone as long as you promise to never contact any of us again."

"Even you?"

"Especially me." Clary didn't know what he meant by that but the look of devastation in his eyes caused a feeling of unease to course through her. "You have your little fairytale life here Clarissa, you don't need us ruining that for you. You have a long life ahead of you, make the most of it." He took a step towards her and reached for her hand. He placed a chaste kiss on her knuckles and her eyes widened at the gesture. "It seems the better man has won. Goodbye Clarissa." Before she could say anything, he was gone, his words lingering in the breeze he left in his haste.

"Goodbye Killian." Clary hurried to place the letter inside before she rushed down the stone pathway in her heels to the car that waited to take her to the wedding venue.

"You ready miss?" The driver asked.

She smiled at them. "Yes, let's go."

⋅˚₊‧ ☾ ‧₊˚ ⋅ ♡‧₊˚

Upon her arrival at the venue, Clary felt her nerves start to settle in as she took a minute to gather herself before sighing happily and exiting the car. "And here I thought you'd become the runaway bride." Clary looked up at the blond man smirking at her. His accent was prominent as he spoke and she couldn't stop the laugh that escaped her.

"And leave my kid here? Never." She joked. She scooped up her skirt as she walked up the steps towards him. He met her halfway and allowed for her arm to hook with his. Once they reached the last step, Clary stopped and turned to him. "Thank you, Jasper."

"For making sure you don't trip? Alice would snap my neck if I did." He laughed.

"That's not what I meant." Clary laughed. "No, I meant for, well everything I guess." She shrugged her shoulders slightly. "I think you're my best friend Jas."

"You think I am?" He chuckled. "I don't know if I should be flattered or offended."

"Both," Clary smirked. "Is Dad ready?" She glanced at the doors.

"Sorta." He grinned.

"Sorta? What—"

"Calm down." Jasper sent a wave of calmness over her and she smiled gratefully. "He's here. He just thinks someone else should be the one to walk you down the aisle."

"Who?"

The doors opened and Clary's jaw dropped in surprise. "That would be me." She smiled tearfully at the tall tan-skinned man. He wore black slacks and a white buttoned shirt with a black vest over it, dressy but understated. "Sam." Clary released her skirt and leaped at him. He caught her and swiftly hugged her before helping her smooth her dress and fixing her veil.

"I'll leave you to it." Jasper bowed dramatically before walking inside.

"You're walking me down the aisle?" Clary inquired Sam.

"Yeah. Your Dad switched it up on us yesterday and asked if I wanted to do it. He said he had his turn with Bella and that I had a hand in raising you, just as much as he did."

"Can't believe you said yes." Clary grinned. "Is this the part where you cry and tell me how grown up I've gotten?"

"You'll always be our little ladybug." He teased, taking the girl's arm and looping it through his.

"I haven't heard that nickname in a long time." Clary felt nostalgic at the name. It seemed like forever ago to her since the last time it was used.

"Are you ready?"

"I suppose I've kept them waiting long enough." She heard the music inside begin to play and Sam opened the doors. Inside the small foyer, white satin curtains separated them from everyone else.

"If you want to run, you're about to miss your chance."

"Like I told Jasper, I wouldn't leave without my kid." Sam chuckled and he gave a single nod to the person standing beside the curtain watching them with a small smile. The curtains opened and Clary watched as everyone stood to their feet. As Sam escorted her slowly down the aisle, she passed familiar faces but it was the face of the man under the altar that had her attention. He stood regal in a well-pressed suit, his eyes beaming and a smirk on his lips. Though that smirk quickly shifted into a smile as he watched his bride make her way toward him.

They reached the altar and Emmett reached for her hand, carefully helping her step up onto the small platform he stood on. Her hazel eyes met his amber ones and she could see nothing but love shining in them. "Mama you look pretty." Rang a little voice from the crowd of seated guests. A chorus of laughter echoed around the room and Clary let out her giggle as she smiled at her son. The boy took it as an invitation to run to her and he stood in between Emmett's legs as Alice tried to coax him to her.

"He's fine," Clary assured her. She didn't mind the small intrusion, it made it more special to have him beside them as they formed their union. "We can start."

It was a sweet moment the three shared as Clary took their last name. They decided to forgo the traditional ceremony and have Caleb officiate the wedding. Clary and Emmett chose not to write their vows, neither one of them the best with words. In a mere ten minutes, the two were sharing their first kiss as husband and wife. Their family and friends cheered as their lips met. "Can I tell them now?" He whispered to Clary. She nodded and he placed one more kiss on her lips before turning to face their guests with a wide grin. "We're having another baby!" He threw his hands in the air and the cheering grew louder. He turned back to Clary and she giggled as he picked her up and spun her around. "I love you, Mrs. Cullen."

"Not as much as I love you, Mr. Cullen." Clary beamed. "Also, I have this sudden craving for cake."

"Mama I want cake too!" A little voice piped up from behind them and Emmett picked up Eli, the little boy giggling.

"Then let's go then." Emmett laughed. He grabbed Clary's hand and together, the two walked down the aisle. They stopped once they reached the steps outside and Emmett took the opportunity to place a quick kiss on his wife's lips. "You truly are the best thing that's ever happened to me, Clarissa Cullen."

"I'm gonna Patrick Swayze you and say ditto because I'm starving and I really don't want to wait any longer."

"You know how to ruin a good moment don't you?" He rolled his eyes but his smile never left his lips.

"Maybe so but you love me anyway."
