"Ramsey, go!" Brian's voice echoed around them. Izzy and Letty kept their eyes on the sky for the helicopter as Ramsey finished up the hack.

"Brian did it, I'm back in." She smiled. "We've got God's Eye back."

"Now what?" Izzy turned to Letty.

"Lets go get your Dad." A small smile graced Izzy's face as the three letter word rang in her ears.

The drive was silent, the only sounds they heard were Ramsey's quick typing as she searched for Dom's location and the roar of the engine as they sped down the city streets. "Do we know where he is?" Izzy had to break the silence. It enveloped her awkwardly and she couldn't handle it.

"God's Eye just found him." Ramsey announced. "Turn here." She instructed Letty from the back seat.

"Do you think he's okay?" Izzy chewed on her bottom lip and her nervous, wide eyed stare met Letty's equally concerning one.

"I don't know." The tension in the car was high as only Ramsey's voice broke the silence. Her directions led them to him in a matter of minutes. The man they worried over was nowhere in sight but the three women could see Hobbs standing in the middle of the road with his giant gun in his hands, a helicopter hovering nearby as bullets hit the tin frame.

"Shit!" A car exploded beside them causing Letty to swerve and crash into a parked car. The three women let out their own string of curses as they clutched their heads pain. "Get down!" Letty hollered as she shoved Izzy's head down. As bullets shot through the windshield, Izzy cursed as glass cascaded over them.

A chorus of "fuck!" could be heard from the backseat as Ramsey shrieked and dove down to the floorboard to avoid being hit. Izzy glanced up at Letty and the older woman cursed as she grabbed her walkie from the radio and started shouting for help.

The attack stopped and Izzy bravely poked her head up and could vaguely see the helicopter shifting its focus. "I think we're good now." She sighed and opened the car door. She poked her head out to check for a quick escape and she could see Hobbs strutting towards them with a determined look on his face.

"Come on, let's go." The three women left the car and he moved them to the sidewalk, out of the potential line of fire.

"What's happening?" They could see the helicopter flying around in circles as it chased Dom's car along the parking garage but no one knew what his plan of action was and it disturbed them all in different ways. Hobbs stepped away from them as he began firing bullets at the copter again, the three women ducking down behind the car as they shielded themselves from getting hit by any strays. Izzy heard the squeal of tires and she cautiously stood up to see who arrived.

Two vehicles skidded to a stop, one containing the rest of Dom's team, the other with Izzy's boys. The six men stood in the middle of the road as the three women met them, Genie instantly drawing Izzy to his side as they watched Dom's car fly through the air.

Everything seemed to happen in slow motion as the car came crashing down.

The sound of metal hitting concrete echoed in her ears and she could faintly hear Letty screaming her Dad's name as everybody ran after her. Around her, everyone was snapping into action but Izzy couldn't move.

Her feet were glued in their spot.

Her heart was racing faster than it ever had before.

All the sounds faded into white noise. In one single second, her new reality came crashing down. She felt hands cup her face and force her head to turn. With frantic eyes, she met Genie's steady but concerned stare. She saw his lips moving but couldn't register what he was saying. She blinked as she forced herself to pay attention. The noises came rushing back to her.

She blinked again.

His voice reached her ears.

Another blink.

"Izzy! Snap the fuck out of it!"

"Harsh." She muttered. Genie gave a small sigh as his lips twitched upwards before remembering what was happening.

"Come on. We gotta move." He grabbed her hand and forced her to follow after him as he ran to catch up with everyone. They came to a stop just as Letty moved to cradle Dom's head in her lap. The older brunette was sobbing as she spoke to him, everyone watching with bated breath as they watched with sullen hearts.

She felt a tear slide down her cheek as she blinked to clear her blurry vision. Izzy heard Letty's words and her heart broke for her. She wanted to be selfish and scream at the world but she knew her pain would never come close to what Letty was feeling. She pushed forward and fell to her knees beside them. She held back a sob as she reached for her Dad's hand, the one Letty wasn't clutching tightly to. She held his large hand in both of hers and closed her eyes as she let her tears flow freely.

"I remember everything." Letty cried. Izzy sniffled and wiped her face as she listened. "I remember it all." Izzy gasped as she felt his grip tighten in hers.

"It's about time," Dom mumbled, his usual smirk making an appearance.

Izzy scooted back and let her Dad and Letty have their moment. When he finally looked her way, she gave him a watery smile and threw her arms around him. She felt his chest shake as he sighed and kissed the top of her head. "Chin up kid, you ain't gonna lose me that easily." She pulled back with a small smile and sniffed. "Especially not when I just got you."

"You're not allowed to do anything like that ever again." She grinned.

"Come on, we gotta get you to a hospital." Brian stepped forward as they all heard sirens in the distance. Izzy stood to her feet and leaned her body onto Genie's as he held her close. They were all close to losing somebody that night and a collective sigh of relief echoed throughout the small group.

"I gotta say, man," they all turned to Roman as they heard him speak. "You're still huge and the sight of you makes me wet myself a little bit, but you're all right."

Monty gave Roman his best blank stare before breaking out in a wide grin and slapping him on the back in thanks. Roman winced as everyone snickered at the scene, Tej enjoying it more than anyone else.

"You never learn." Tej shook his head and moved to help Brian with Dom.

"What?" Roman held out his hands as he stared in confusion. "What did I say?"

A FEW DAYS LATER. . .

The sweltering heat from the sun beat across her back as she walked up the bleachers. Choosing a spot in the middle, she sat with a small sigh escaping her as she stared off into the distance. Heavy footsteps vibrated the metal seats as the owner of them climbed to her. With a small thud, they planted themselves beside her and waited for her to make the next move.

Her gaze was fixated on the race track. The faded tire marks on the asphalt, the faint smell of car fumes in the air. It was nostalgic for her. And for the man beside her.

"I forgive you." Those three words caught him off guard. His green eyes bore a hole through the side of her head but she never turned it face him. "It's taken me a while but I do."

"Why?" He asked, the only word he could force himself to say.

"It was a shit situation for both of us. I may never fully understand why you did the things you did, but I forgive you." She finally turned to face him and she gave him a small smile. "We both get to sleep a little easier at night now."

"Does he know-?"

"About you?" She interrupted him. "No. He hasn't connected the dots yet and I don't know what he'll say when he does. But for now, no, he doesn't know." He nodded, not responding to her words. "Thank you."

"For what?"

"For trying." She stated. "You were pretty terrible sometimes, slightly abusive, but you did the best you could. That's not really saying much but I survived." When he didn't offer any responses she stood to her feet and without giving him one last look, she walked down the bleachers.

"Annie." The nickname stopped her. Her whole life he'd never once called her by anything but her full name or call sign. She turned to look back at him and he waited a minute before speaking. "I'm sorry." Two words she never thought she'd hear were uttered to her.

"Take care of yourself Uncle Jay." And with those parting words, she was gone. She left him sitting alone to ponder over everything they'd gone through together as she walked across the track. She didn't spare him another glance as she heard the squeal of tires from far behind her. He was leaving and taking all the pain from her past with him. She was moving forward with a heart full of love for her newfound family. She stopped walking as her phone started to ring.

She answered it with a quick swipe of her finger. "Hello?"

"Hey kid, you wanna go for a drive?"
