The next day, Christy sits in front of Jun Lee's desk with the weather at 55° degrees.

Jun slowly walks up to his desk with a file folder of paperwork and sits down behind his desk.

"Hey, Juny." Christy greeted him with a small polite smile.

"Hey, Christiana." Jun asked.

"Any leads?" Christy asked.

"The mercury toxin that we found was in the oven. The culprit is either a man or a woman." Jun tells her.

"So, when I smelled the gas from the kitchen, I accidentally inhaled some mercury toxin?" Christy said.

"Yeah." Jun replied. "But more so, according to Dementrio, he managed to snag some footage."

"You have footage?" Christy asked.

Jun shows his computer screen to Christy and presses the "Play" button with a click of his mouse.

On the footage, an anonymous person wears a ski-mask with dark clothing. The ski-masked person breaks into the back door and slowly walked inside. The ski-masked person opens turns on the stovetop, turning on the heat and opens the oven, putting a pouch of mercury powder inside.

And the footage ends.

"Does Serafine have the pouch bag?" Christy asked.

"She does. It was destroyed in the kitchen explosion, but she recovered it as evidence." said Jun.

"Alright." Christy said.

"Hello, Christiana." Yuewei said.

Christy looks up at Yuewei with a small smile. "Hi, Yuewei. What's up?"

"Your parents asked me to keep an eye on you." Yuewei said.

"Like a bodyguard?" Christy asked.

"Yes, ma'am." Yuewei said.

"Is it necessary?" Christy asked.

"I believe so, Milady. With this political attempt on your life, your parents takes your safety very seriously." Yuewei said.

"Okay." Christy said. "There's no way of persuading my parents, isn't it?"

"I do not think so. You can contact them if you would like, but they will tell you what they requested of me." Yuewei said.

"Okay, then." Christy said.

"In the meantime, Christiana, let us worry about this investigation." Dementrio said.

"Okay." Christy said.

Later that day, Christy is with her parents, Ames and Nadia.

Ames and Nadia sits on the sofa.

"You assigned Yuewei as my bodyguard?" Christy said, pacing back and forth.

"Christiana? Someone tried to murder you, so, yes, we requested Yuewei, to look after you." Elder Goddess Nadia said.

"I hope you understand that we're just trying to protect you." Elder God Ames said.

"Yeah, I understand." Christy said. She stopped pacing back and forth and sits down in the sofa chair. "So, now what?"

"You can still attend your regular Chief Advisor business." Elder God Ames said.

"Okay." Christy said and slowly walks away. "Love you, Mom, Dad."

"We love you too, daughter." Ames said.

And Christy exits the study office.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- COMMUNITY CENTER

That afternoon, in the kitchen, the Six Handmaiden Assistants are handing out some platters of food, pastries and bottles of sweet tea, water, and other food and drink-related.

The kids group; Luna and Trinity, Nikole, Damien and Irene, and Marion, are doing voluntary work.

Christy is with Stella Patel and a few other press journalists.

"As you all already know, this abandoned community center has been restored." Christy said.

"You won the roadster race car and won the 1,000,000 million grand prize. And you used the grand prize money to restore this community center." Stella Patel mentioned.

"I did." Christy said. "I come here sometimes, to help, and the Handmaiden Assistants, comes along with."

Christy, Luna and Trinity exchange small smiles and small waves at each other. Luna and Trinity resumes their voluntary work.

"This community center is for everyone here at Mount Orasani. There are plenty of bathrooms, spare rooms, plus, there's a kitchen with kitchen staff. Also, there's maintenance here as well. And for the children and older, there's a playground with equipment." Christy said.

Stella Patel and the press journalists takes some pictures with their cameras.

Christy, Luna and Trinity sits at a table with their platter of fruit and cheese. Yuewei stands nearby.

"What's with Yuewei?" Luna asked, eating a purple grape.

"She's looking out for me, like a bodyguard." Christy told her oldest daughter, eating a cheese cube.

"How are you feeling, Mom?" Trinity asked, nibbling on a blueberry and a purple grape.

"I feel fine." Christy replied. "And I'm in big trouble again."

"We'll keep you safe, Mom, and Dad too." Luna said.

"I know, and I appreciate you both saying that. It's my and father's responsibility to keep you girls safe and protected." Christy said.

"We know." Trinity said.

Christy, Luna and Trinity exchange small smiles at each other and continues nibbling on their fruit and cheese.

Later that afternoon with the warm weather at 73° degrees, Christy is gently leaning on the granite balcony railing, looking at the beachside and the sea.

"Christy?" Klaus said.

Christy looks at her husband. "Hey. You said to meet you here."

"I did." Klaus said. He gently slowly walks up next to her and gently leans on the granite balcony railing. "You look gorgeous."

"I did say that I was gonna wear it whenever you visit, but this is different." Christy said.

"How come?" Klaus asked.

"Someone is trying to murder me." Christy tells him.

"I won't let that happen, and besides, whoever this person is, they're gonna have to get through me first." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"How about I take you on a date?" Christy asked.

Klaus looks surprised. "You? Take me on a date?"

"Yeah. In the sitting room." Christy said. "What do you say?"

"I would love to." Klaus replied.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"By the way, what's with Yuewei?" Klaus asked. "I saw her sitting on a bench."

"My parents requested her to be my bodyguard. She's looking out for me." Christy tells him.

"Oh, that's interesting." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange lightly chuckles with each other. She gently links her arm with his and they both look at the sea.

That evening, Christy sits at the table with her omnipod patch on her right arm.

Klaus slowly walks up to her. "Do you need any help?"

"Sure." Christy said.

Klaus sits at the table next to her and gently presses the omnipod patch on her right arm.

The omnipod monitor beeps, implying Christy about her medicine.

"You ready?" Klaus asked.

"Yeah." Christy replied with a gentle nod.

On the omnipod monitor, the "Apply" appears on the screen. And Klaus gently presses it.

Christy winces as a brief sting pitches her right arm.

"Injection complete." An AI woman voice said.

"Thanks." Christy said.

"You're welcome." Klaus said.

"Where's Yuewei?" Christy asked.

"In the kitchen." Klaus replied. "Late night snack."

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other. Suddenly, he hears slight movement with his hybrid hearing.

"What is it, Klaus?" Christy asked her husband.

"Someone's here." Klaus tells her. "Stay here." And he gets up and walks away.

Christy gets up from the table and slowly walks to the middle of the floor. A blade is slung past her.

Christy swiftly dodges it and turns around to see a ski-masked hitwoman.

The ski-masked hitwoman and Christy gets into a fight with Christy doing a roundhouse kick to the ski-masked hitwoman's face, causing her to drop her blade on the floor.

Christy tackles the ski-masked hitwoman and they both fall on the floor, struggling for the blade.

Christy punches the ski-masked hitwoman in her face. The ski-masked hitwoman pushes Christy off of her.

Christy falls on the floor and the ski-masked hitwoman tries to choke her with her gloved hands.

Christy head-butted the ski-masked hitwoman's forehead and pushes her off of her.

The ski-masked hitwoman falls on the floor with a grunt. Christy does a kip-up.

Upon hearing the fighting commotion, Yuewei walks into the main living room with her blaster pistol aimed at the ski-masked hitwoman. "Don't move."

Klaus vamp-sped behind the ski-masked hitwoman, holding her in a headlock.

"Move and you're dead." Klaus threatened the ski-masked hitwoman, with his werewolf eyes and with small veins underneath his eyes.

Yuewei glances at Christy. "Lady Christiana? Are you alright?"

"I'm okay." Christy said and looks at Klaus. "Klaus? Be careful, she has another blade."

Klaus nodded.

Suddenly, Christy grunts, falling on the floor, holding her head with her hand.

"Christiana?" Yuewei said, scurries up to her and kneels down beside her.

"My head hurts." Christy said. "But I'll be okay."

Klaus, Yuewei and Christy exchange worried looks at each other.

Minutes later, The Elder Gods Ames and Cyrus had came to the main living room with Klaus, Christy and Yuewei.

Christy sits on the couch with Klaus sitting next to her.

"Where's the ski-masked hitwoman?" Cyrus asked.

"Dementrio apprehended her and escorted her to the palace guard house for questioning." said Yuewei.

"Who would do this?" Christy asked. "Who would send a ski-masked hitwoman to try and attack me?"

"We do not know, but we will once Jun Lee questions her." Yuewei said.

"Will the hitwoman talk?" Christy asked.

"She will, or we will make her speak." Yuewei said.

Christy looks at both Klaus and Yuewei. "Thank you both, Klaus. Yuewei."

"Just doing my job, Lady Christiana. And you're welcome." Yuewei said with a small smile.

"You're welcome." Klaus said.

"Christiana? Get some rest." Cyrus said.

"Yes, sir." Christy said.

And Christy gets up and slowly walks away.

"We need to find out whoever is doing this and make them pay." Klaus said with a look of frustration on his face.

"I understand your frustration, Klaus. We will find out who is doing this." Ames said.

In CHRISTY'S BEDCHAMBER, Christy lays in bed, underneath the fluffy paisley bedcover. Klaus slowly walks into the room and gently lays down behind her, gently spooning her from behind.

"I'm glad you're okay." Klaus said.

"Me too." Christy said.

Klaus pecks a kiss on her cheek and gently cuddles her. They both go to sleep.
