"Misunderstanding?"

-AS THE TWO TEAMS FLEW ONTO THE GROUND, DRACO SLUNG AN ARM OVER HIS SISTER'S SHOULDERS. "You did great, Ara." Draco complimented, "I didn't know you were that good."

"Surprised?"

"Extremely."

"Well, I'm surprised that you managed to catch the snitch." Adhara teased knowingly, making him blush once again.

"Party in the common room, Malfoys." Warrington joined in, "We'll see you both there, right?"

"Definitely," Adhara said, pointing to the Gryffindor quidditch team. "They should come as well. It would be one heck of a show."

Warrington grinned, "Whatever you say, Princess." He winked and left her alone, making her roll her eyes.

It was a joke between the Slytherin quidditch team, calling Adhara 'princess' since she was the first ever girl player (of Slytherin) in Hogwarts' history. There had never been another girl playing for the Slytherin team since purebloods usually told their daughters that quidditch was 'unladylike' and stuff.

It was also why Sirius (and Remus) were both extremely proud when they saw her playing that day. Lucius and Narcissa would've been there for their daughter's first ever game, too, but they, unfortunately, had business in Paris, which Adhara understood and kept claiming that it was alright since the two kept sending her apology letters throughout the whole week.

"See you soon." Adhara told her brother before walking into her own changing room.

She had a whole changing room to herself, also a reward because she was the first girl.

"What took you so long?" asked Draco, who was waiting for his sister in front of her changing room.

Adhara walked out wearing a black sweater with black ripped jeans, and her long half-black half-blonde hair damp.

"Beauty takes time, Dragon. I don't blame you for not knowing that, though."

Draco huffed, feigning offense.

Draco and Adhara walked into the Slytherin common room, both of their eyes widening at the huge party that was being held. Even the Gryffindors seemed to be having fun.

"Huh.." Draco mused.

"Congratulations." Harry walked over to the two, "I don't know whose idea it was for us Gryffindors to be here, but thank you."

"Thank you?" scoffed Adhara. "It was only for drama."

Harry grinned, pointing to a fight that was happening in the corner. "I know. That's why I'm thanking you."

Adhara rolled her eyes and walked away, leaving the couple together.

"Even though I know nothing about quidditch," A voice said behind her, making her turn around. "You did great."

Adhara smiled. "Thanks, love."

Hermione smiled back, her smile vanishing when she saw Alyssa's eyes stuck on her girlfriend across the room.

Adhara, who noticed this, pulled her girlfriend close to her, taking a glass of firewhiskey that was floating around. "You should know by now that I don't want anyone else." She murmured, kissing her head.

Hermione nodded, feeling slightly better. "I'll be back. I need some air." Adhara said, walking out of the common room, leaving Hermione.

"I hear that my daughter did absolutely amazing." A fond voice said behind Adhara, who was walking around the castle for some air.

Adhara turned around, immediately smiling. "Mother?" She asked in shock, "I thought you and father had business in Paris?"

Narcissa waved a hand in front of her. "Oh, we do, but I wouldn't miss congratulating my daughter for the world."

Adhara's smile only grew larger, "Thank you."

Narcissa tutted. "Oh, give me a hug, Ara." She opened her arms, making her daughter chuckle and hug her.

Adhara relaxed as her mother started rubbing her back while hugging her. "Your father's sorry that he couldn't come. One of us had to stay there."

"It's alright, I understand." Adhara immediately said, both of them pulling away. "Thank you for coming."

Narcissa smiled softly, kissing her daughter's forehead. "Of course, darling. We're both so proud of you."

"Adhara," Alyssa whispered, who pulled her into a broom closet.

Adhara's eyes widened, "Um - Alyssa, now's not really the time-"

"Sorry, but I only have a question."

"Can't we talk about it later?"

"No," Alyssa said desperately.

Adhara sighed and nodded. "Make it quick."

"Why're you ignoring me?" Alyssa asked. "Have I done something wrong?"

Adhara scratched her neck, anxiously looking at the door. "We'll talk about this later, I promise."

"Fine." Alyssa said reluctantly, walking out of the broom closet.

Adhara let out a breath in relief and walked out, frowning when she saw some of the Gryffindors walking back to their common room from the party. Unfortunately, Hermione was one of them.

Hermione frowned, watching Alyssa walk away from the broom closet where Adhara was standing at, her eyes then finding Adhara's.

Adhara winced, knowing how bad it must've looked at that moment.
