"Quality Time."

-BREAKFAST THE NEXT DAY WAS CHAOTIC, TO SAY THE LEAST. Adhara silently sat down on the empty chair across from Sirius, watching in amusement.

"You knew that wasn't your snitch!" Harry exclaimed, looking at his mother for help. "Mum, he's taking my snitch!"

James looked at his son in disbelief and scoffed. "Why do you need the snitch when you are a snitch yourself?!"

Sirius choked on his cup of orange juice, wiping his mouth with napkins immediately. It was always amusing to see the father and son bicker, because the two were the exact same person, much to the dismay of Lily Potter.

Lily groaned over her plate of scrambled eggs. She pulled out her wand, and said, "Accio."

They all watched as the snitch from James Potter's hand flew into Lily's. James looked at his wife in betrayal.

"It's time for breakfast, kids." Lily pointed out in sarcasm.

James and Harry immediately sat down and started eating, not a word coming out from either of their mouths.

Adhara, enjoying the silence, started eating the pancakes on her plate and poured herself a cup of orange juice. Bringing the cup to her lips, she grimaced immediately at the taste.

   The juice was spiked.

"This isn't orange juice—" she tried to say, but was cut off by Sirius shaking his head rapidly. She cleared her throat and quietly continued to drink it.

Sirius didn't bother stopping her. Instead, he gave her a wink and continued to drink his own spiked juice. The juice he spiked.

"Sirius Orion Black!" Lily Potter stood up after drinking the juice infront of her, immediately knowing who the culprit was.

Sirius paled at the sound of angry Lily. Merlin, it was hard to have fun in this manor!

Adhara's cup was snatched right out of her hand by the woman with the fiery red hair. "Hey—!" She tried to say, but stopped when Lily's glare went on her. "Nevermind."

Lily turned to glare at Sirius and even grabbed his cup. "Lily, I am a grown man—!"

"With the actions of a child's!" Lily cut him off, the two cups in her hands.

She went to the sink and poured the juice all out. Then, she grabbed the jug of orange juice from the table and also poured that all out in the sink.

   Sirius watched with a pout.

Adhara went back to her breakfast. She only looked up when she realized the absence of somebody. "Where's Remus?"

"It's the full moon tonight," replied James, finally talking again. "He's resting for now. His whole body aches."

Adhara frowned in pity. "Does he need more wolfsbane?"

"You gave him a lifetime supply, Addie." Sirius pointed out with a small smile. "It's going to last him a long while."

She nodded, grateful. She didn't want the man in pain. She felt pity for him, and how could she not?

Sirius cleared his throat, catching her attention again. Lily had sat back down and was in a conversation with her husband and their son. Sirius thought that because of that, it was the perfect time to ask his daughter the question he wanted to ask.

"Will you be down to spend a day with me?" asked Sirius, trying not to look as hopeful as he felt.

Adhara immediately nodded, much to his shock. "Sure. What do you have in mind?" She asked, pouring herself coffee in an empty cup, instead of the orange juice.

Watching her take a sip of the coffee, Sirius grinned. "Well, we could go shopping.""

"I hate shopping."

He shrugged. Then, his eyes lightened up. "We could go to a movie theater. A muggle one in muggle London." He suggested instead.

The girl raised an eyebrow. "What's that?"

His mouth dropped open in shock. "You've never been to a movie theater?" He asked, to which she shook her head. "Well, it's a big room with lots of seats and a huge screen in front. Muggles go there to watch a movie and buy snacks."

That sounded fun.

Adhara nodded and said, "Sure. That sounds wonderful." But then, she frowned. "But what about Remus? Shouldn't you be here for him?"

Sirius shook his head. "Remus knows. Besides, James will take care of him today." He said, eyes not leaving his daughter. "And I think we need some quality time together. Don't you think?"

She agreed with a nod.

Quality time alone with Sirius was very, very much needed.

Adhara loved muggle London. It was not her first time there, but she never stopped looking at it in awe.

The air felt more freeing, more relaxing.

Muggles were everywhere, chattering about highschool with icecream in their hands. Friends were hanging out with not a care in the world, laughing and talking loudly.

"How do you know this place?" asked Adhara finally after they bought popcorn in the theater and tickets to a movie. She took her bag of popcorn from Sirius with a 'thanks', and walked with the man who was leading the way.

A distant look entered Sirius's eyes as he answered, "It was where I brought your mother."

Adhara felt the air rush out of her lungs. She stopped, eyes widening.

He also stopped, turning to her. "Cecilia loved movies. It's a shame movies are almost not available in the wizarding world. So, I found this place after I ran away from home, and I brought Cecilia with me after she talked about her love for movies." He explained, noticing the way she was listening intently. He put an arm around her shoulder and continued walking, which made her walk with him. "Cecilia's parents were pureblood maniacs. I don't know if you were ever told this, but your grandparents were actually deatheaters. From both sides."

She felt a pang in her chest.

"So, Cecilia's dream was to run away like I did. I inspired her, in some ways. She wished she could run away with me." Sirius continued, voice filled with emotion, regret being the most evident.

When they finally reached the room that would play the movie they bought tickets for, they sat down in their seats, right next to each other.

He turned to her and continued again, "We had it planned, especially when her parents were trying to force her into getting betrothed. But she was caught by her parents, and they put her under strict watch. That only stopped her from running away, not from sneaking out. We would meet up here, mostly. It was her favorite place for a date night."

Adhara bit her lip in thought and looked at the screen. The screen that would play a movie in less than two minutes.

"It must be an amazing experience then, huh?" She joked, trying to lighten the mood after seeing a few tears fall from his eyes.

It worked. Sirius chuckled and gave his daughter a side-hug, who accepted it. Then, he let go and put a few pieces of popcorn in his mouth. "It is," he confirmed, pointing to the screen that now turned on.

Adhara could only watch in awe and fascination.
