It was the next day from your fight with Bucky, he wasn't there anymore, he took all his stuff, like there was no sign of him.

You got dressed to work after such a long time without going there.

-Hey Sarah I'm leaving now-You announced as you were leaving.

-Okay, have a good day at work Y/N! I hope everything goes well.

-Yeah, me too.-You said leaving.

You didn't say to anyone you were coming back actually, so you'd probably surprise everyone, you went to the bus stop and waited.

Inside you wished you didn't see Bucky. You weren't ready to talk with him yet. Speacially now that you'd have to explain what happened to everybody of why you didn't enter in contact with them.

The day was pretty chilly, the sky tons of grey, you observed the people around in the bus stop. Each one with their own issues, own lives, you imagined how hard must be for them too, sometimes our problems make us blind to the rest of the world.

"How am I going to tell Bryan we won't be able to pay the bills this month?" You heard.

You looked to the young guy next to you. Still, he didn't say a word. He looked at you making a strange face, you avoided the gaze.

"What a weird girl"

-Hey, I'm right here!-You said.

-What? What are you talking about?-He asked scared.

-You just said that I'm weird.

He looked around scared.

-I'm...I'm walking, this is creepy.

He hushed and left.

You didn't understand what just happened, but there wasn't enough time to think about it, the bus had arrived, you entered it, and stayed again standing on it because of the lots of people in it.

You never expected it but, in just a few minutes you felt overwhelmed. You were used to take the bus, but this time it was different.

You could hear every single sound. From the lady speaking loud on her phone, to the guy eating chips on the back of the vehicle.

Some sounds were distant from you, there was no way you could normally hear that, but that day you were. It was almost like they were just by your side, next to your ear producing those sounds, in an loud and annoying frequency.

When the bus stopped at the right place you left fastly, trying to get out of that madness.

You walked a little until arrive at the tower. Then you spotted it.

Big, majestious and imponent in New York City.

You entered and spotted Happy.

-Hello there did you miss me?-You announced yourself.

-Y/N!- Happy said surprised but smiled.- You should've said you were coming, I could have brought you.

-It's okay, tried to make a surprise.

-Well you sure did.

-Did you see Tony?

-He's at the Avengers floor, probably having a meeting or something, you should go there.

-Alright I will, see you later Happy.

You walked toward the elevator, it felt different to be back, people stared you, like you were kind of superior, a impressive sight, not in beauty, but in power. Maybe it was the sunglasses' effect.

You arrived at the floor, no one attacked you this time, walked towars the pannel and there they were, all the Avengers....Bucky was there too.

You tried to avoid him, tried to appear strong.

-Hello!-You said.

-Pizza!-Stark said happy.

-Y/N!- Wanda came and gave you a surprise hug.- You came.

-Of course, I needed to get back to work!

-That's great now everybody is here.-Sam said - Even our emo- He pointed to Bucky, who gave you a serious wich you avoided- hm...I have a feeling something happened but I won't ask...

-We missed you kid- Tony tapped your shoulder.

-I missed you guys too. I'm ready to work!

-Good because we have two weeks of paperwork to get done.

-No one did it while I was gone?

-No-He chuckled- I left for the best.

You laughed, that jerk left all the work to me great.

-Lady Y/N you are back!-Thor said- Great, I needed someone to defend me.

-Thor can't you keep your mouth shut for a second?-Natasha said.

-What happened?-You asked confused.

-I guess we'll have to explain anyway.-Tony said -Remember that gun you've brought?

-So, that purple thing is from Asgard, Thor's home.

-How am I supposed to know? I don't deal with magic.-He said.

-Yeah, I mean, he couldn't possibly know everything from Asgard, he just was born there.

-My brother knows everything about this stuff, so I was thinking of bringing him here to help.

You looked for a while and them recognized feeling terrified.

-T-That's the guy who attacked New York?? He's your brother?- you gasped.

-He was brainwashed.-Thor defended.

-He's a murderer- Sam said.

-He wasn't himself when he did it.

-He fucking controlled my mind-Clint said -No way, I'm against this dude here.

You chuckled as Steve gave up on trying to educate them, he gave you a funny look.

-You are the only one polite here.-He said.

-We are.-You added and you both laughed.

-Look, this won't happen Thor. We are not doing this.-Tony said.

-But you need to know what that is.-Thor said- Bruce isn't it right?

Bruce, who have been quiet the whole time, finally spoke:

-Actually...Even though it's a risk, Thor is right. It's our only option.

-I can't believe you are agreeing with this.-Natasha said

-Hm...I'd like ro say something-You tried to talk.

-Let Pizza talk-Tony said.

-I know he is a super dangerous and extremely lethal guy, I saw the attack happening-You continued- But...If Bruce says we need this, then can't we bring him but keep him somewhere he can't harm anyone?

The room stayed in silence for a second, everybody thinking.

-We'll use special equipment from Asgard to keep him under control, you already have a cage in here- Thor said.

-Wait cage?

-Temporary system to keep prisioners before we send them go S.H.I.E.L.D- Tony said.

-I have no idea what This shield is.

-Good, you don't need to know.-Natasha said.

-Shit....-Tony walked side to side - Alright.

-Alright what?-Steve asked.

-Bring him. We'll keep him locked. And if he tries something-He lookdd at Wanda- We can handle it.

-Great. I knew you'd see he can help.-Thor said excited- I'll go to Asgard tomorrow.

After some more talking the meeting was over.

-Y/N, me and you, my office, now- Tony said and you followed him.

You were at his office now, you both in the same chairs as always, the door locked.

-Punk soldier. He's more weird than usual.

-Hm...-You tried to say but stopped.- I don't know...

-Yes you do. And you are going to tell me, actually you have a lot of explaining to do, specially the part where you didn't answer my messages or returned my calls.

You didn't know how to answer, what if he got mad at Bucky? Should you be completly honest? Still, you worried them, you should at least explain.

-We are taking a break...

-You two broke up?-He holded a smile.

-No, actually, um, I don't even know if we are dating or something, but whatever is going on is on pause. It's not a break up though.

-This usually happen before couples break up.

-Ok ok. So that's why he's pissed?

-What about the calls and texts? Why didn't you talk with us?

-As long as you didn't kill anyone and was running from the police, I won't.

You breathed and took courage.

-I just realized you guys tried to contacg me yesterday. I discovered thst Bucky was deleting all texts and calls you did, so I never knew that you were after me.

Tony's face was frozen.

-I heard. I heard enough.-He violently got up from his chair and walked towards the door.

-Mr.Stark what are you doing?

-I'm going to kill that bitch

The situation would be funny if it wasn't tragic, you holded him and trued to convince him to stop.

-He was just worried about me, please don't do anything.

-What the hell do you see in him?

-He's a good person.

-Then remind me why you're having a time apart again?

-Mr.Stark!

-Okay I won't do anything. But that doesn't mean I'm fine with this.

-Thank you.

-There's work in your office for you to do, go ahead.

-Thanks Mr.Stark, I will get it done.

You turned to leave but he stopped you.

-And Pizza?

-Yes?

-Think wisely before making a decision about Barnes.

You nodded and left.
