(chat. i'm so confused. idk what year i was writing this in. lmao because max didn't win the 2022 austrian gp or the the british gp, he did however win both in 2023 but i mixed up the order. i have no clue. but he's won— i went back to each chapter and figured it out lmao!! we're in 2022, and it's the right order i just made a tiny mistake last chapter. i was half asleep shit happens :)))

i'm back after editing. i messed up a very very long time ago like wtf. but uh we're just gonna continue the 2023 route so yeah ummm that's why it's called fan fiction. FICTION. okay carry on!!!

max came home after the french gp, he won it and now he was home to celebrate with his family. next was hungary so he was only be home for two days so the three of them made the most of it. max was able to finally go to one of faith's practices, which the little girl was over the moon about. him and nova did a little birthday planning for the soon to be three year old. her birthday fell on the day of the dutch gp, september fourth they next realized how close faith and max's birthdays were until they started planning. so they would have to fly out after max with kathy, nona, lisa and landon literally the whole family. she would only be five months pregnant by then so flying wouldn't be a problem. she ran the plans by her family and they all agreed with it.

nova went along with max to the airport. "i love you." max said kissing her head, his arms wrapped around her waist. "i love you too." nova had her head against his chest. "max we have to go." christian announced. "don't let me keep you." nova pulled away and max smiled leaning down kissing her lips softly. "okay, see you soon my love."
nova pulled away, she kissed his cheek. "be careful, please." she added and he nodded kissing her one more time. "you too."

max sat on the plane in deep thought. "you good mate?" checo smacked his arm gently to get his attention. "all good." max nodded shifting in his seat. "you sure? you seem distracted." checo shrugged, max shook his head. "im worried for nova, you know." max sighed rubbing his face. "she's pregnant and faith keeps her so busy." he added. "she needs help and i won't be there to provide it." max confined in his teammate, knowing he would understand. "ah, that is how i feel leaving carola alone with three kids, but we have a village and from what i've seen and gathered so do she." checo patted his shoulder. "she'll be fine amigo, i'm sure she wouldn't want you to worry this much." he added, max scoffed. checo was right. nova had a lot of support. he just wished he wasn't missing so much.

nova got home and found faith and lisa asleep on the couch. faith's current favorite show, strawberry shortcake, was playing on the tv. she assumed faith must've woken up and joined lisa on the couch. nova didn't dare wake them, she cleaned the house as quietly as she could. nova decided to get all the details for faiths birthday in order. she booked the flights, then started looking for airbnb's close to zandvoort. specifically close to the track, so they wouldn't have travel to far. since her birthday was race day. "sorry i fell asleep." lisa said walking into the kitchen getting water from the refrigerator. "it's fine, you've been working a lot. you deserve sleep." nova told her. "what's this?" lisa asked sitting next to her resting her head on nova's shoulder. "this is faith's third birthday plans." nova answered. "nice. can't wait for her to finally turn three." lisa smiled scrolling through the plans.

lisa decided to go home and rest more this being her only day off. faith had woken up in a very bad mood and was being so so very bad. she cried for food, nova gave made food for her and when she asked for ice cream instead nova told her she had to eat first and faith threw her food on the floor and knocked over her apple juice all over the table and the floor. nova sent her to her bedroom. while she was in there nova cleaned up the mess and went to talk to her daughter. the room was completely trashed. nova stared at faith who was crying for no reason because she hadn't even gotten mad at her yet. "faith, come here." nova said putting her hands out. she lifted her into her arms and wiped her tears away. "babygirl, what's going on?" nova asked softly sitting down on faiths bed. "i miss daddy." faith cried into nova's shoulder. "oh bug, i miss maxie too, but he has to work." nova sighed moving faiths hair out of her face."why not me and you go with him?" faith sniffled. "you like doing ballet right?" nova smiled holding her daughters small hands, faith nodded. "how will you go to class if we're with max? you wouldn't be able too because it's two different places." nova explained. "okay, can i go play?" faith asked. "of course my love." nova kissed her head and sent her back to her room.

nova decided not to tell max about what happened with faith. she knew max was already feeling bad about leaving them so she didn't want to stress him out anymore than he already was. "hey baby." nova smiled answering the phone. max was still in the plane, max pointed the phone towards checo who was passed out. "i have to whisper." max said smiling back at her. "how's everything?" he asked, nova looked at faith playing in front of her in the floor. "good, we're good. uh lisa went home already." nova answered, it wasn't a lie, they were fine. "how are you feeling?" max asked. "i'm okay, a little nauseous still but it's normal." nova replied. "can't you take some sort of medicine?" max was concerned. "i have to talk to my doctor but it's just normal pregnancy symptoms i just have to deal with my love." nova gave him a smile. "i just want you too feel better." max said. "i know and i love you for it." nova smiled. "i love you too." max said softly.

chat i have decided to do a time jump.

i know i know i hate them too but i'm all out of ideas for this book i mean they're happy and i want them to stay happy yk! not to mention i really f up with the chapters like i said in the beginning and i have to rewrite but i don't want to leave y'all hanging ykwim
