Her name is Hana. Hana literally means flowers in Japanese.
Tenko/Shigaraki has a hatred towards flowers.
In the recent panel, it pans over a field of flowers for a second.

He has no memories of before then.

Basically, Tenkos father didn't support Shigaraki wanting to be a Hero. Hana did though. My theory is that he accidentally killed her, and that's why he hates flowers.
