The next day, in Klaus's and Christy's sunny room, Christy gets her backpack and looks at two canvas paintings of herself wearing her roadster racecar outfit and another with her wearing her light blue gown.

Christy small smiles to herself and walks away. She gently walks down the stairs and into the courtyard and sees Rebekah.

"Hi, Rebekah." Christy greeted her sister-in-law.

"Hello, Christy." Rebekah greeted her back with a small smile.

Rebekah and Christy shares a hug.

"Where are you off to?" Rebekah asked. "Let me guess, you have some business to attend at Mount Orasani?"

"Yeah, sometimes." Christy said.

And then, Klaus, Elijah and Kol slowly walks into the courtyard.

"Before you leave, we need your help with something." Rebekah said.

"What does it feel like you're gonna ask me for a favor?" Christy asked.

"We've just been informed that the witches are debating a vote on us." Rebekah said.

"And they blame us for the True blood vampire nonsense." Kol said.

"The witches despises the Mikaelsons . . ." Klaus trailed off.

"And I'm the only Mikaelson that has a friendship with Vincent and the French Quarter witches." Christy said. "Are you fucking kidding me?"

"Christy?" Kol said.

"Do you guys even know what you're asking me to do?" Christy asked, bewildered. "You guys are asking me to use my friendship to sway the witches."

"We understand that you don't want to." Elijah said.

"No, I don't, Elijah. Because you know what it will look like to the witches. They're gonna think that you guys sent me to persuade them, so, no, I'm not gonna use my friendship like that. I'm sorry, but no." Christy said and walks away.

"Chris?" Klaus said.

Christy stopped walking and turns around to look at her husband.

"Klaus, I said I'm not gonna do it." Christy told her husband.

"I know, but please? You're the only person that the witches will listen to." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other. She sighs to herself.

"This is not gonna go so well." Christy said.

"I know." Klaus said.

"I'll see what I do." Christy said and walks away.

LAFAYETTE CEMETERY

Christy is gently leaning backwards against a tomb with her arms folded.

Vincent Griffith looks at Christy and she looks at him.

"I can assume that you're here on behalf of the Mikaelsons." Vincent hinted.

"I already know what this looks like, Vince. Can you hear me out? Please?" Christy asked.

"Sure." Vincent said.

"I know the witches despises the Mikaelsons, even Klaus. So, I'm not gonna stand here and tell you that I came here to you as a Mikaelson, I came here to you because you're my best friend. And I'm sure as hell isn't gonna use our friendship to sway you. I know my husband and my in-laws have done bad things and have blood on their hands, especially, when it comes to protecting each other. I know what my husband and my in-laws are capable of. But it's your choice, and you know me, I don't like taking sides." Christy tells Vincent.

"Christy, I understand what you're saying. And I understand that you tell me the truth." Vincent said. "I will speak to the witches on your behalf."

Vincent and Christy exchange looks at each other.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Later that day, Christy slowly walks into the courtyard. Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol.

"How did it go?" Rebekah asked.

And then, Vincent slowly walks up next to Christy.

"What are you doing here?" Klaus asked Vincent.

"Shut up, Klaus and hear him out." Christy told her husband, giving him a look and glances at Vincent. "Vince?"

"You Mikaelsons had some nerve to send Christy. But instead of swaying me, she told me the truth on why she was really there to speak with me." Vincent said. "I spoke to the witches on behalf of Christy, and the witches will forget the blame. I did it for Christy, not for you guys because knowing she doesn't like to be on sides nor she doesn't like to be in the middle of things."

"So, you removed the blame?" Rebekah asked.

"Like I said, I did it for Christy, not for you because unlike you Mikaelsons, Christy has our respect." Vincent said.

"We understand." Elijah said.

Vincent and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"Christy." Vincent said.

"Vince." Christy said and gently nods at him.

And Vincent walks away.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other and she slowly walks up to them.

"You guys are pleased now?" Christy asked.

"We are, thank you." Rebekah said.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other. She kisses him and small smiles at him and walks away, teleporting away in golden dust.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- PARLIAMENT BUILDING OFFICE

That afternoon, Christy, Vek and Bassea are with the Supreme Loyalists in a meeting.

Christy sits behind the desk with Vek and Bassea are sitting in front of the desk.

"With our funding for the community center, everything is well." Supreme Loyalist Aris spoke.

"Okay, thanks." Christy said. "This meeting is finished. You are dismissed."

The Supreme Loyalists gets up and bows at Christy and walks away, walking out of the office.

"So, the community center is going good." Bassea said.

"Yeah, it is. I'm really happy." Christy said.

Vek, Bassea and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. And Christy senses something about Bassea.

"Bassea? When were you or Vek gonna tell me?" Christy asked with a smile.

"Tell you what?" Vek asked.

"Bassea is pregnant again." Christy said to both Vek and Bassea.

Vek, Bassea and Christy exchange happy smiles at each other.

"Oh my gosh, B." Christy said.

"Vek and I wanted to surprise you, but you have the ability to sense pregnancy, so, yeah, Arian is gonna be a big sister." Bassea said.

"Is it a boy or girl?" Christy asked.

"We have an appointment with Giannis." Vek said.

"Yippee." Christy said.

Vek, Bassea and Christy exchange chuckles with each other.

"How about some ice cream?" Christy asked.

"Sure." Vek said.

"I'd love some ice cream." Bassea said.

Minutes after, Christy, Vek and Bassea are sitting on the three seat couch, eating small spoonfuls of soft serve ice cream.

"There's a masquerade gala this evening at the grand ballroom." Bassea said.

"And Arian, she's gonna be at the daycare at the community center." Vek said.

"Okay. She'll have other toddlers and little children to play with and spend some time with." Christy said.

"Yeah." Vek said.

"What are you gonna masquerade, Christiana?" Vek asked.

"I don't know." Christy said. "What about you guys?"

"We're gonna masquerade as a nobleman and noblewoman." Bassea said.

"Really? So cute." Christy said. "I'm gonna look for you guys."

Christy, Vek and Bassea exchange smiles at each other and continues eating their soft serve ice cream.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- PILLAR HALLWAY

After saying their goodbyes to each other, Christy, Vek and Bassea goes their separate ways.

Christy's phone buzzes in her pants pocket. She takes out her phone and looks at it.

Klaus

Christy answers her phone in a sarcastic tone. "Is there another favor you want to do?"

"No, I don't. And for that, Chris, I am sorry." Klaus apologized on the phone.

"Is the Great Almighty Klaus Mikaelson apologizing? Wow. I didn't know you had such remorse." Christy said with a sarcastic tone.

"I apologized to you because I don't want to screw up my marriage. I've done that many times before and having you loathe me is the very last thing." Klaus said.

"You don't want me to hate you Klaus, and I get why. You're a hard man, you know." Christy said without sarcasm in her tone and gently leans sideways on the wall.

"After you left, Theseus came by and told me that an evening masquerade gala is being held at the grand ballroom. So, I'll see you there." Klaus said.

"Please, don't masquerade as a Devil, Klaus. It's gonna be creepy and scary, and besides, everyone here at Mount Orasani knows who's the real Devil is." Christy said.

Klaus chuckled on the phone. "I won't, I'll just wear a suit or something."

"Okay. Zenith, Thalia, Max and Gia will be there too. I'll see you there." Christy said.

"Alright, then. I'll see you there. Love you." Klaus said.

"Love you too, Hon." Christy said and hangs up her phone.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- GRAND BALLROOM

That evening, everyone had arrived at the masquerade gala dressed up in their masquerade costumes.

Men are dressed up in their masquerade suits and masquerade masks and the women are dressed up in their masquerade dresses and gowns and masks.

The grand ballroom itself has been decorated with masquerade gala decorations.

Musicians plays their instruments and masquerade acrobats provides the entertainment.

Male and female caterers wearing masquerade masks slowly walks around with their hors d'oeuvres of champagne flutes and appetizers.

And the Six Handmaiden Assistants are also masquerade-dressed up in their dresses and masks.

From the balcony railing, Christy gently leans on the railing, looking around at everyone enjoying themselves mingling, drinking champagne flutes and eating appetizers.

"I thought I saw an angel up here." said Klaus, dressed up in a dark tieless suit with a black masquerade mask, gently walks up the stairs and slowly walks up to her.

"You look handsome." Christy complimented her husband with a small smile.

"You look beautiful yourself, Love." Klaus complimented with a small smile. "What are you doing up here anyway?"

"I'm just looking around, enjoying the masquerade gala." Christy said.

"Zenith and Thalia are here, along with Max and Gia." Klaus said.

"Okay." Christy said. "Vek and Bassea are here too."

"I'm sure they're enjoying the gala just like we should." Klaus said, offers her his hand.

Christy gently takes his hand and they both gently walks down the stairs.

Minutes later, most people are slow-dancing on the dance floor.

Christy is standing by the bar counter, watching Klaus and Nadia slow-dances together, exchanging small smiles and chuckles with each other.

"Hey, Christiana." Vek greeted her with a small smile.

"Hey, Vek. Bassea." Christy greeted them back with small smiles.

Like they said, Vek and Bassea are both masquerade dressed up as nobleman and noblewoman with their masks.

"Have you had anything to drink, Bassea?" Christy asked.

"Some water and healthy green juice." Bassea said. "The Handmaiden Assistants knows."

"Okay, I'll see you guys later." Christy said.

"Okay, love you." Vek said.

"Love you guys, too." Christy said.

And Vek and Bassea walks away.

Later that night, on the dance floor, most people slow-dances together to the slow-instrumental music that the musicians plays, along with Zenith and Thalia and Max and Gia. Klaus and Christy slow-dances together. He twirls her out and gently pulls her close to him.

"That is a really beautiful gown, Chris." Klaus complimented her with a small smile.

"You'll have it painted tomorrow morning." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"You and my Mom slow-danced together. That was sweet." Christy said.

"She suggested it." Klaus said. "My mother-in-law is a benevolent woman, like her daughter."

"I know." Christy said. "Klaus? You should know that I never meant for my Mom and Dad to replace what Mikael and Esther did to make your life a living hell. That pain and psychological trauma, it will never go away and my parents loves you very much and they would fight for you and they would risk their life for you."

"I know." Klaus said. "Ames and Nadia have shown me more parental affection than Mikael and Esther never gave me my entire life growing up. They even gave me some advice. I'm happy that I have them in my life. And you."

Christy small smiles at him. They share a kiss and he gently spins her around off the floor with her chuckling and gently sets her back down on the floor again.
