Day after day, you slowly realize that some of Dio's servants disappeared. Obviously, you didn't know why. Maybe they weren't loyal enough to Dio, and that's why they're gone.

You started seeing Dio less and less after seeing his identity, which was strange. But you didn't let it bother you, Dio can do whatever he wants. You know he'll always stay. After all, he hasn't done anything to you thus far. That made you put all your trust in him.

It was the others who mostly told you about stands and what they exactly are, they are formed from one's life energy. Some are born with a stand, and other obtain one by using a certain arrow, which was the one you got hit with.

The mansion started to feel empty, there was almost no one (not including the dead bodies left on the floor). It was mostly just you and three of Dio's servants.

Something felt off.

You couldn't really figure it out, it definitely doesn't have something to do with loyalty. Maybe someone has something against Dio and is trying to stop him? You knew Dio couldn't trust anyone, nor does he go out in daylight. He most likely sent someone out to stop them from finding where he was.

This was something you hoped wasn't the case. Someone going against Dio seems like the most logical answer, after all. You and many others were suddenly kidnapped, there must have been people who noticed these sudden disappearances.

Even if someone was against Dio, you doubt that they would be successful in doing so, you have heard that Dio is a vampire. An immortal creature such as that couldn't be defeated so easily. They also say his stand had the ability to stop time, that's an even bigger advantage for Dio's success.

Dio will win.

Whoever is against him can't defeat him, you don't want that. He was the man that saved you. He brought back the joy you lost throughout your life. you don't want that source of happiness to disappear. Because you realized it more than before.
