You wandered the streets and went to wherever the commotion was the loudest, or dead silent. He was fighting one of the Joestars, wanting to end their bloodline. You hoped he had succeeded in doing so. You successfully did what you were told, you hoped there would be no more troubles occurring.
Soon, you finally found him. As well as the man he was fighting laying lifelessly on the ground, you watched as Dio took a street sign and decapitated him with it.
All the traitors were dead.
You slowly walked towards him as he heard your footsteps.
"I'm surprised you're still living, that means... the man you killed, Jean-Pierre Polnareff. Is dead?"
You nodded which caused him to smirk, you knew you did what you were told. You could tell he was glad; you were glad.
You never felt happier.
"Then, dear Y/N. You have pleased me greatly, once sunrise. The Joestar bloodline will end. I, Dio. Have made a good decision in capturing you."
He smiled. It was the first time you saw him smile; you didn't even realize you smiled back at him.
"Come closer, Y/N."
You walked closer towards him; you did want to be near him at all costs. You'll do anything and everything for him.
Just for Lord Dio.
As you got closer, he pulled you towards him.
"Would you like to live for all eternity?"
He spoke in your ear, you nodded. You knew exactly what he meant. Dio was a vampire after all. He'll live forever as long as he stays hidden in the dark. If he got injured, he could always heal and regenerate. Just as long as he consumes some blood.
Dio bit your neck; you could feel him drink some of your blood as well. Usually, you knew Dio would use his fingers to take blood from a human. He didn't care if they died, you knew Dio never cared about who died and how.
You started to remember how you felt when you first were taken by him, worried you would die. That fear was there for a while but eventually you forgot all about it. It must've been how you felt towards your captor, you loved him more than anything else.
Soon, your vision started to grow blurry. You didn't feel his fangs anymore.
"Rest. You'll awaken soon."
Those words were the last of what you heard before passing out.
Talk about Deja Vu.

You've awoken in a room; you recognized it to be the mansion. Meaning Dio must've brought you back here, your memory was a bit fuzzy, but you could recall agreeing to turn into a vampire. You didn't know how long you were passed out for, luckily, you were still in the clothes you had that day. Meaning Dio hadn't done anything to you.
You got up and walked out the room, the whole mansion was silent. Of course, it was, every one of his minions died or are still recovering.
Just like before, you were able to sense Dio's presence. He was inside the mansion, somewhere. You just had to find him. Fortunately, it didn't take long. The sense of his presence was strong in his study, you opened the door and found him sitting in a chair, reading a book.
"You've finally awoken."
Hearing his voice made you feel comfortable as usual, nothing was better than him. You couldn't think of anything else better than Lord Dio.
With a spilt second, he was suddenly behind you. It happened so quickly your body reacted subconsciously, moving slightly away from him. You remembered his stand, 'The World'. It was probably how he got to you in a blink of an eye.
He used his hand to hold your chin and another to slightly open your mouth.
"Your fangs have grown quite nicely."
He moved his hands away.
"You're a vampire now, I know you understand what that means... Y/N. You are one of the few people I trust."
Once again, you felt as if you were trapped under his spell. Being trusted by him, and now being a vampire, living alongside with him. Nothing could be better.
Nothing at all.
