THE CLASS TRAVELED through the Eastern Alps in Austria. Inside the bus, Flash was in the front live-streaming to his followers on social media, to Dimitri's dismay.
Ned and Betty sat next to each other and were on their phones. They were sharing texts despite being mere inches away from one another.
Y/N and MJ sat a couple of rows in front of them. The tan-skinned girl had fallen asleep during the drive and had her head resting on her boyfriends shoulder. The teenager simply stared out of the window.
He had told her what was going on and the situation he and Peter were in. MJ, still very understanding, was just happy they still were traveling through Europe together. She did also mutter that she wanted to give Fury a piece of her mind for diverting them from Paris though.
Peter sat alone in the back. He was going to sit with Gwen, but the blonde sat near the front in order to talk with Cindy. They were in the same photojournalism club so they discussed the shots they've taken so far of the trip.
He took the time to scroll through several articles on his phone on the best romantic places in Prague. He looked through the last page and sighed, putting his cell phone away.
The boy looked down at his bag and saw the small wood-stained case sticking out of it. He took it out and opened it, looking at the pair of glasses within. He put them on and then took the card that was under it.
FOR THE NEXT TONY STARK, I TRUST YOU
P.S. SAY EDITH
- T.S
After ready the last line, the glasses lit up and a female voice spoke. Only he could her her.
"Standby for retinal and biometric scan. Biometric and retinal scan accepted."
"Hello?"
"Hello, Peter. I am E.D.I.T.H. Tony Stark's augmented-reality security and defense system."
"So he made you for me?"
"No. But you have access to all of Tony's protocols as well as Y/N L/N, if he chooses to wear me."
"That's cool."
"Would you like to see what I can do?"
"Sure."
The HUD popped up in the glasses and began to scan the occupants inside the bus.
"EDITH stands for Even dead, I'm the hero. Tony loved his acronyms."
Peter chuckled. "Yeah, he did."
"I have access to the entire Stark Global Security network, including multiple defense satellites, as well as back doors to all major telecommunication networks."
Via pop-ups, he can see the profiles of several people in the bus as well as their recent search history and who they're messaging currently. Peter looked to his left and saw Ned and Betty smiling as they looked into their phones as they texted.
Ned
Miss you.
Betty
Miss you more.
Peter looked at them in confusion.
The bus stopped at a gas station midway through the trip. Mr. Harrington informed the class that they had ten minutes before they had to go back to the bus. Everybody left the bus and Peter got out last. Dimitri stopped him and the teenager saw that Y/N was waiting for him, also having been stopped by the agent earlier.
Dimitri pointed at a building nearby. He didn't say a word and the two boys just listened and walked over there.
They entered a room where a tall blonde lady was standing. With a stoic expression, she ordered them to close the door.
"Okay..." Y/N shut the door behind them.
Peter walked up to the lady and held out his hand. "I'm Peter Parker."
"Take off your clothes." She abruptly said.
"Excuse me?"
She looked at Y/N who walked up to then. She said the same command. "Take off your clothes."
"Um...sorry, I have a girlfriend." He replied.
"You told Fury Spider-Man can't be seen in Europe. So I made you this." The lady said and showed him a folded set of clothes. "Another suit."
"Oh..." He took it. "Thank you."
She went over to a case on the table and opened it. She pointed at Peter. "For you, we developed armor that differs from your current color way."
Peter walked over to the case and saw the armor folded inside. It reminded him of the Mark 5 suit, or the briefcase suit, that Tony sported years ago.
"Uh, thank you. But this is pretty outdated even for today'sβ"
"Take off your clothes." She exclaimed. "Once we see that it fits I'll be off."
The lady left the room and the two boys stood there in a stunned state. Y/N sighed and looked at the folded suit she gave him.
"Well...all right." He started to take off his shirt. "Don't look and stay on that side, bro."
Peter shook his head and looked at the case. "I said this was outdated. It's not nanotech like I'm used to. I don't even think it'll fit over my clothes unless I wear something really thin underneath."
"Figure something out then before that girl comes back. She scares me." Y/N said as he unfolded the top part of his new suit.
Peter unbuckled his pants and took it off. He bent over to take off his shoes and stumbled as he did so.
"Crap." He muttered as he fell forward and hit his friend. Y/N caught him before he could fall.
"What did I say about personal space?" Y/N asked.
Suddenly, the door to the room opened. The boys were startled and looked at who came in.
It was Brad. The teenager looked up from his phone and his eyes widened upon seeing Y/N and Peter. The latter had his pants down and held onto the former, who was shirtless. It looked pretty suspicious without context and was a big pause moment.
"Sorry, I thought this was the bathroom." Brad said.
"This is not what it looks like." Peter exclaimed.
"Yeah..." Brad snapped a quick photo with his phone. "I'll leave you two alone."
"What are youβ" Y/N stammered and quickly put his shirt back on. "Brad!"
He ran out of the room. Peter put his pants back on and followed him out if the building. Y/N stopped Brad and started to talk to him.
"Look, Brad, buddy. That wasβ"
"Look, Y/N. I'm not here to judge anybody." He glanced at Peter. "If you two want to hook up, that's fine by me."
"Brad, that's notβ"
"I can't pretend that I didn't see what I just saw." He interjected. "And I can't just let this happen while MJ and Gwen are in the dark. It's just not fair to them."
"Come on, man. You can't show them that photo." Peter said.
"I'm sorry, man. I have to. They deserve the truth."
Brad walked away, leaving the two friends in a flustered state. Mr. Dell came out of the bathroom and called out to the group.
"Everybody, back on the bus! It's been ten minutes. Let's move!"
This time, Y/N and Peter sat at the front of the bus. They wanted to talk about their current predicament.
"It's not gonna be that bad, man." Y/N tried to calm the panicking Peter down.
"Well it's not gonna be good either."
"MJ's not gonna believe it. She knows what's going on and why we're going to Prague."
"But what about Gwen? She doesn't know why! She doesn't know I'm Silver Centurion! It's either I let her believe that photo or I explain what it was about. And I'm not ready to do that! I can't even get myself to express my feelings, how am I going to tell her I'm basically Iron Man?"
Y/N exhaled taking in his rambling. He didn't know what to say, and before he could muster a response, Peter took out his glasses and put them on.
"EDITH?"
Y/N arched a brow upon seeing them. "Are thoseβ"
"Hello, Peter. How can I help you?"
"Hey. There's this guy in my class who's gonna ruin everything with Gwenβ"
"I cannot understand. Please speak up."
Peter sighed and composed himself, choosing to speak my clearly.
"Brad Davis. He has a photo."
"Brad Davis. Is he a target?"
"Is Brad a target? Um..." He peeked over his seat and saw Brad on his phone. Through the HUD, he can see that he was preparing to text the photo to both Gwen and MJ. Peter sat back in his seat.
"Yeah. He's a target. He's a target."
"Pete, who are you talking to?" Y/N asked, as he could not hear the voice emitting from the glasses.
"Copy that. Target is Brad Davis. Initiating strike."
Peter paused. "Initiating what now?"
"Intercept point determined. Releasing kill vehicle."
"Uh...EDITH?"
"Is that what you named them?" Y/N chuckled. "Using acronyms like Tony, huh?"
His friend was in a panic. "Uh...Y/N...I just...uh..."
"Whatβ"
Suddenly, Y/N heard the trilling in his head. His spider-sense warned him of an incoming threat. He sat up in his seat and looked through the back window of the bus, spotting a drone barreling down from the sky.
"I accidentally ordered a strike on Brad." Peter admitted.
"Oh, God." Y/N muttered and quickly took the glasses from Peter.
Before he can put them on, Flash, who was sitting in the seat beside them, snatched them from Y/N.
"Dope glasses, Y/N." Flash put them on. "How did you pay for these?"
"Flash, give them back." He frantically pleaded.
"I'm really paying you a compliment."
"Flash, just give meβ"
As Y/N flailed his hand, he accidentally knocked Flash out cold with his super strength. Y/N cringed.
"Ooh, sorry." He apologized.
Peter leaned over and took the glasses. He put them back on and asked EDITH to cancel the attack.
"Peter, do you want me to cancel the drone strike on Brad Davis?"
A student, Zoha, looked at Peter and Y/N.
"Did you just punch Flash?"
They responded in unison. "No."
EDITH accepted Peter's response. "Firing."
The drone trialing the bus shot a high-powered bullet at them. Y/N spun around and quickly shot a web at the steering wheel in front of Dimitri, pulling it so the bus can swerve to the left. It hit the side view mirror instead and everybody inside moved with the inertia.
The bus lost control but Dimitri did his best to regain it. He glared at the two boys.
Peter tried to talk to EDITH again, but he realized they fell off his face and was on the floor. He picked it back up and put it on.
"Commencing second strike."
Mr. Harrington looked at Y/N and Peter who were still standing.
"Boys, plant your fannies in that seat and buckle up now."
Y/N looked out the window and pointed. "Look at the baby mountain goats!"
"Baby mountain goats?" His eyes lit up and looked out the window. Every student believed Y/N and did the same.
"Oh, I see them!" A student exclaimed.
Y/N used the distraction as a chance to act. He he leaped through the emergency hatch on the ceiling and aimed his web shooters at the drone. He webbed its gun and jammed it as well as sticking it to a boulder across the street.
The drone sputtered and nose-dived onto the road where it blew up and broke apart into pieces. Y/N gracefully landed back inside just when the distracted students sat in their seats.
"I didn't see any mountain goats..." Mr. Harrington said dejectedly.
"Well..." Peter stammered. "You missed them."
Y/N snatched the glasses from Peter and put them on. He looked around for a bit but the specs were rebooting.
Betty stared at Y/N, who was panting and had his hair all frizzled.
"I know you think none of us have noticed, Y/N...but your new look, I love it." She looked at Ned. "Right, babe?"
Ned was also flustered, as he witnessed what had just happened while the rest looked for mountain goats.
"Yeah. Sophisticated, classy. Very European."
Both Y/N and Peter sat back down. Y/N caught his breath and the glasses finished rebooting and began scanning his retina.
"Biometrics and retina scan complete. Good afternoon, Y/N."
"Hi...but no thanks." He took them off and handed them back to Peter. "How about you chill out and be very specific next time on what you want to do."
Peter nervously chuckled and put the glasses back on. He let out a sigh. "Okay...let's try that again."

THE BUS RIDE, apart from the situation with the drone strike, was relaxing for the most part. Peter ended up getting EDITH to delete the photo after all and it left Brad flabbergasted that it had just vanished from his phone.
They made it to Prague and the class settled into their new hotel. Y/N and Peter had to slip away once they got to their room and made it to a hideout Fury and his team were at. Quentin Beck was also there.
Nick noticed the boys pacing around and in their thoughts. He called out and got their attention.
"They're going to be here in a few hours. Are we boring you?"
"They're not bored. They're just thinking about how you kidnapped them." Beck chimed in.
"They had obstacles. I removed them."
Maria walked over to Fury. "They still won't evacuate the city."
Fury muttered to himself. "Idiots." He looked to the boys. "So what's the plan, young men?"
"I will be at the cathedral tower, keeping watch for the fire monster." Y/N spoke.
"And I will be stationed across from him. Living Laser probably likes to spectate the carnage before he acts as well."
"And you are correct." Beck replied.
Y/N continued. "Once they show up. We will radio you guys. Then, Mr. Beck and Iβ"
"My name is Mysterio." Quentin interjected as he gave him a look.
Y/N chuckled and corrected himself. "Then Mysterio and I will move in. Peter should keep Living Laser busy until we take the monster down and then we'll all move in on him too."
"Listen to me." Beck spoke to the boys. "The best hope you have, the only hope, is to stop them here now, no matter what the cost. Maneuver it away from civilians if you can, but most important, keep the monster away from metal. If it gets too big, it'll draw power from the Earth's core. After that, there's no way to stop it."
Y/N sighed, taking in his words. This severity of it all started to get to him. It hit Peter as well and he spoke up.
"Look, our friends are here. And I can't help but think that we're putting them in danger."
"You're worried about us hurting your friends?" Nick rose his voice and got up from his seat. "You, who called a drone strike on your own school tour bus?"
Peter looked down and Fury kept berating him.
"Stark gave you a multibillion-dollar A.R tactical intelligence system, and the first thing you do is try and blow up your friends. It's clear to me that you are not ready for this!"
Peter didn't know what to say. He looked at Nick and then to his best friend. The boy shook his head and left the room.
Y/N wanted to follow, but Beck raised his hand and motioned toward him.
"I got it." He said, and then left the room as well.
Fury sat back down and Y/N looked at him. He shook his head and scoffed. "You're such an asshole."
Y/N left the room after. Fury looked back at Hill, he simply shrugged and moved back to her console.

PETER HAD A talk with Beck about his responsibilities and job as a hero. It made him feel better and he was willing to continue with the mission at hand.
He used EDITH to somehow change the class's plans and move them away from where the monster was going to attack. Instead of going to the Festival of Lights, they were now going to attend a four hour opera show in the other side of town.
"I bet now you're all happy I had you pack a nice outfit." Mr. Harrington said as he adjusted his tie.
"Yeah, because we'd much rather go to a four hour opera instead of the biggest party in the world." Cindy replied sarcastically.
Mr. Dell looked at the students. "Again, don't look at me."
They entered the theater and the students went down the aisle. Y/N and MJ walked together toward their row.
"You look beautiful." Y/N complimented his girlfriend.
"And therefore I have value?" She replied.
"What? No. That's not whatβ"
"I'm kidding. I'm messing with you." She said with a chuckle.
"Oh." He snickered as well. "That monotone tone of yours."
"But you love it."
"Of course."
They sat down although Y/N knew he'd have to go soon. Back in the aisle, Gwen looked on at the stage and Peter stopped beside her.
"Hey." He greeted.
"Hey." She greeted back with a smile.
"You look...you look pretty."
"Aww, thanks. You look pretty as well."
He chuckled. "Thank you."
Behind them entered Ned and Betty. They were handed opera glasses by the attendant.
"Oh, my gosh! Opera glasses!"
"So cute!"
Gwen looked at them then back at Peter. "Want to go in on a pair?"
"You mean, sit next to each other?"
"Of course."
Fury spoke to Peter in his earpiece. "Are you in position?"
"No." Peter quickly muttered.
Gwen took it as a rejection to her offer. "Oh...okay, then."
"No, I didn't mean that." Peter quickly said. "If you go ahead...I'll get us a pair."
"Okay." Her confused expression changed to a smile again. "I'll save you a seat next to me."
"Awesome."
Gwen nodded and walked down the aisle. Y/N got up from his seat after bidding MJ farewell and walked passed Gwen. He walked up to Peter who was talking with Ned.
"Hey, we gotta go. Can you tell Gwen I'm sick or something?" He asked him.
"All right." He answered with a nod and spoke to the both of them. "Be careful. And whatever you do, please steer the monster away from the opera house."
"Yeah, Ned. We know." Y/N replied.
"Cool. Bye." He said and reunited with Betty. They walked to their seats while Y/N and Peter left the theater.
Unbeknownst to them, Gwen saw a glimpse of the boys leaving. Wondering what they were doing, Peter especially, she chose to leave her seat and see if her suspicions were true.
MJ noticed the blonde leave. Knowing that where the Y/N and Peter were going was going to be dangerous, she got up as well and followed Gwen. Betty saw the two girls leave the opera house.
"Where do you think they're going? To the carnival?" She asked Ned.
He stammered. "Oh, I don'tβ"
"We should go too. Yes, we should go." She said and got up from her seat. "Come on, let's go."
Ned watched as Betty walked up the aisle. He facepalmed and let out a groan.
β’ β’ β’
SPIDER-MAN WAS PERCHED at the top of the cathedral looking over the festival. He sported his new suit, which was all black and had fingerless gloves.
"All right, I'm in position." He radioed. "Peter? You set?"
On the other side of the area was Peter, who had a stealth version of his armor. He knelt down and peered over the scene.
"Ready as I'll ever be." He communicated back.
"Keep an eye out for the laser guy." Y/N replied and then spoke to Mysterio. "As soon as I see anything, Beck, I'll let you know."
"Roger that."
On the ground, Gwen was walking through the crowd. She stopped in front of a water fountain and that's where MJ ran into her.
"Gwen." She called out.
"MJ?" She turned around. "What are you doing here?"
"What are you doing here?"
"Looking for Peter. I gotta know what's going on with him."
"We have to go. We can't be here."
Gwen rose a brow. "Why?"
Suddenly, the ground beneath them cracked and molten lava seeped out of it. It engulfed the stature erected within the fountain and seconds later the structure exploded.
The Elemental came out of the ground. Everybody, including the two young women, ran off in fear.
"Okay, he's here!" Y/N radioed. "Beck, you ready? You know what to do."
"On your lead, Spider-Man."
The molten creature punched down at the floor and blew up a police cruiser. It growled and scared off more bystanders. Mysterio landed in front of the elemental and brandished his green triangle constructs.
"You're up, kid."
Y/N swung in and flung a crate into the monster's back. He stuck to a wall and webbed a fire hydrant on the ground. Mysterio shot the monster with an energy beam and distracted it, giving Spider-Man the chance to pull the hydrant off the pavement and shoot water onto the beast.
Nearby, Betty was trapped with Ned on top of a ferris wheel. She noticed the web-slinger and tapped his arm.
"Wait, wait. Is that...? Do you think that's Spider-Man?" She asked.
"No, no, no. It's like a European rip-off of him." He quickly lied. "I was actually reading about him the other day. It's not him."
The Elemental tried to punch Y/N, but he jumped off and landed on a carousel. The monster punched down at it but Y/N quickly evaded the hit but was flung away. He rolled across the floor and landed near the ferris wheel.
Spider-Man looked up and saw the monster grabbing pieces of the carousel, basically inhaling them.
"Oh, no! Beck! It's got the carousel! It's getting bigger!"
Above, Betty and Ned looked down at the web-slinger.
"What's his name? What's his name?" Betty quickly asked.
"Uh...uh..." Ned stammered. "Night...Night Monkey."
"Night Monkey?"
"Yeah."
She started to shout at Spider-Man below. "Night Monkey! Night Monkey! Save us! We're stuck up here!"
Y/N looked up. "What?" He the. realized it was his friends. "Oh, no..."
To make matter worse, Peter finally gave the news that they were inevitably waiting for.
"Uh, guys? I think that's Living Laser."
In the sky, the glowing-armored man levitated and looked down at the scene. He charged up light-purple energy in his hand and was prepared to reign down an attack.
Silver Centurion activated his thrusters and flew at the villain. He tackled him out of the air and they crashed through the side of the cathedral. Spider-Man was on the ground as he witnessed the event.
Before he can do anything, which was either helping Peter or save Ned and Betty, the Elemental raised his arms and slammed down at the web-slinger. Fortunately, Beck landed beside Y/N and formed a shield that protected them.
"We gotta take this thing out so we can help Peter! He's not gonna be able to handle Living Laser alone!" Mysterio exclaimed as he kept the shield up. "On to plan B?"
"We have to hit him with something he can't absorb!"
"I go left, you go right." There was a beat. "Now!"
Mysterio brought down the bubble and flew away. Y/N did the same and swung the other way. The Elemental shot molten lava at Spider-Man and the hero ran up the wall of the cathedral before back flipping off of it.
He barrel-rolled into another swing and webbed a chunk of concrete from the floor. He threw it at the monster and disoriented it.
"Okay! Shoot him!" Y/N yelled.
Mysterio flew in and shot the monster with more of his energy blasts. After a couple more shots he retreated.
"That hurt him! Keep it coming!" He shouted back.
Meanwhile, Peter got up and faced Living Laser. The villain didn't speak and simply shot a laser beam at him but the hero evaded the attack.
Peter shot from his repulsors and hit the man a few times. He stumbled but quickly recovered, where he vanished in a flash of light. The teenager looked around in confusion.
"Uh..."
Immediately, Living Laser reappeared behind Silver Centurion and grabbed him from behind. They crashed through the roof and flew back outside.
The two soared in the air as they tussled. Living Laser was about to slam Peter against a wall, but he quickly switched places and forced the villain to hit it instead. Peter held him down but was met with an elbow to the face.
Living Laser shifted and faced Peter, palming the front of him helmet. The hot photon energy expelling from him began to burn his armor.
"Oh, crap. Oh, crap!" Peter exclaimed as he struggled to get out of his hold. He charged his reactor and shot a unibeam from his chest, heaving Living Laser across the yard.
Betty eyed the other fight that was going on. She wondered who that hero was helping Spider-Man and Mysterio.
"Is that the Silverβ"
Ned chose to respond quickly. "No! Of course not. He's not silver. That's...the Blue...Beetle!"
The boy cringed at his lie. The color of Peter's suit immediately made him think of the comic book character.
"Like in the comics?" She asked.
Ned's eyes lit up after her question. She didn't know she read such material. "Yeah!"
Nearby, Peter landed on a rooftop and Peter met him there. He charged both of his repulsors and held them up.
"Stand down, glow stick." He ordered.
Living Laser slammed his fist on the floor in anger and sprang back up. He sprinted at Peter and engaged him in hand to hand combat.
The teenager held his own parrying hits from the villain and landed jabs of his own. But then Living Laser began to use his invisibility to vanish and move. This threw Peter off and the villain was able to overpower him.
Living Laser shot a beam at Silver Centurion which burned through the armor and hit his side. He groaned in pain and fell onto his back.
The villain stood over Peter, likely smirking through the glowing helmet that kept his face hidden. He chose to walk away, but as he did, a green projectile hit him.
Living Laser stumbled back. He looked down, seeing that whatever hit him damaged the battery to his high-powered suit. He knew it would inevitably overcharge and explode.
He looked in the distance and saw Mysterio, he stopped mid flight for a moment to look at the villain through his foggy bowl. Quentin continued with the fight soon after. For the first time during the battle, Living Laser spoke.
"Beck..."
His mutter changed to yells as his suit overcharged and burned him within. Within seconds, he exploded and particles of energy dispersed into the air. Peter groaned and shielded his eyes as he witnessed the event.
"Holy shit." Peter breathed out.
Meanwhile. Spider-Man and Mysterio were still holding off the Elemental before it can absorb the ferris wheel. Y/N shot a web toward it but it hit something else.
"Whoa! What is that?" He muttered and tugged on the line. Whatever it was was flung aside and Y/N kept going.
He swung up the tilting ferris wheel and perched himself near Ned and Betty's cart. He shot a web at the building behind them and tried pushing the ride back in place with his feet.
Mysterio continued fighting the Elemental. It absorbed man metal materials throughout the battle, ultimately becoming a giant. Beck knew that soon, it would be too late. He looked back at Y/N.
"Whatever happens..." Beck deactivated his foggy helmet. "I'm glad we met."
Y/N still held onto the the web supporting the carnival ride. "Beck! What are you doing?"
Mysterio looked back at the monster and reformed his helmet. "What I should've done last time."
Beck bellowed as he channeled green energy throughout his body. He charged his fists and was prepared to engage the beast.
"Beck, don't!" Y/N shouted.
Mysterio flew at the Elemental and dove through his body. A large hole was made in its chest and it's color started to change from dark orange to a bright green.
It fell to its knees and moments later it exploded. Green particles filled the air and the beast was ultimately defeated.
Y/N put the ferris wheel back in place and dropped down. He saw Quentin's body on the ground and ran toward him. At the same time, Peter landed near him and saw the aftermath.
"Mr. Beck?" Y/N asked as he rolled him over.
The man's cape was smoking and he had a couple of burns on his face. Fortunately, Beck opened his eyes and let out a gasp.
"Thank God." Peter muttered.
Y/N helped Beck to his feet. The teenager let out a chuckle and Quentin smiled back as he pat the side of Peter's arm.
"We did good." He said.
"Yeah, we did." Peter replied.
Quentin sat down as the two boys stood. Fury, accompanied by Hill and the other agents, walked up to them.
"So it's over?" Nick asked.
"That was the last of them." Beck answered.
"And their controller?"
They knew he was talking about Living Laser. Beck looked to Peter, who rubbed the back of his neck as he recalled the villain's demise.
"He's gone. He blew up during our fight." He answered.
"So, he's dead, then?" Fury asked. "Our plan was to have him apprehended."
"It's for the best, Fury." Quentin cut in as he stood up. "Now they're all gone. My world's been avenged."
Fury understood. He nodded and looked at Beck.
"But they aren't the last threat we'll face. We need to stay vigilant. There's a void in this world for someone like you." He said. "Hill and I are going to Europol headquarters in Berlin tomorrow. You should join us."
Beck smiled and shook the man's hand. "Thank you. I just might take you up on that."
Nick Fury walked up to the two teenagers. Y/N had the eyepieces of his mask up while Peter had part of his helmet lifted.
"You boys got gifts, but you didn't want to be here." He began.
"Mr. Furyβ" Peter said.
"I'd love to have you in Berlin too. But you got to decide if you're going to step up or not. Stark saw something in the two of you. He made you Avengers. I need that. The world needs that."
"But maybe Stark was wrong." He added.
There was a beat. Fury stared at Peter.
"Was he?" He asked him. "The choice is yours."
Fury left them and joined back with his agents. Peter looked down after hearing what he said. People keep asking whether or not he's going to be the next Iron Man, but he didn't know if he deserved such title. He didn't know if he could live up to it.
On the other hand, Y/N took Fury's words as motivation for his goal. It was a new era in a way. Maybe now that Tony was gone...along with most of the other main Avengers, maybe it was his time to step up and venture out of the neighborhood.
Beck noticed the two friends in their thoughts. He walked up and motioned them to follow.
"Come on, let's get a drink."
