WITH HIS EYES SHOOTING OPEN, Y/N immediately knew he was back in the Soulworld. It's the first time he's been there in years, he figured he lost his connection to it once Thanos destroyed the stone.

This time it was brief, he stood in the shallow water looking ahead at the open area. He saw a large bulky silhouette get up from its knees and hold up its right arm. Suddenly, a smaller figure tried to push him down but was thrown away. Moments later, another one holding a large axe tried to attack, but the tall silhouette kicked him away too.

Y/N felt like he couldn't move, and simply witnessed the silhouette snap it's fingers and emit a bright flash, the light taking over the entire space he was in.

Y/N woke up in a cold sweat, panting and his heartbeat racing. Out of instinct, he looked to his side and saw the empty bed. He didn't know why he half expected Wanda to be there, and he looked back down.

He thought back at the nightmare he had. It wasn't like anything he's experienced in the Soulworld. Was he remembering what happened five years ago in Wakanda?

Y/N rubbed his face. No, this felt different. It felt like some sort of vision.

But of what?

THE BUS SWERVED THROUGH traffic as the driver tried his best to steer. Both of the vehicle's back tires popped and couldn't be controlled as they sped through the overpass.

The passengers held on, many filled with terror and expecting the worst out of the situation. Ultimately, the bus crashed through the barrier and fell over the edge about to plummet down onto the road below.

An orange and black streak flew into the area and stopped in front of the bus before it could nose-dive down towards the street. Specter held onto the bus, grunting as he began to fly up and push the bus back onto the overpass. Y/N looked through the window and saw the passengers holding on, along with the driver pressed against the glass.

"Man...this would've been messy." Y/N breathed out and kept pushing the vehicle up. He finally brought the bus back onto the overpass, and dusted his hands as he caught his breath.

The occupants were helped off the bus by bystanders and the authorities were called. One lady walked up to Specter and grabbed his hand.

"Thank God for you! Thank you so much!" She was practically crying, grateful that the hero was there, "I thought I wasn't going to be able to see my little boy again."

Y/N gave nod, "That's why I do what I do, ma'am."

A friend of hers came over to comfort the lady. Specter looked around a bit, then flew up to leave the area.

Y/N perched himself on the edge of a rooftop and looked down at the area where the bus was at. He saw the officers and paramedics at the scene tending to the passengers, which brought a light smile to his face.

"That's why I do what I do..."

His communicator rang which snapped him out of his thoughts. He stood back up and answered the call, where he saw Natasha in the projection.

"Nat? What's the matter?"

"We're calling everybody back to the facility. Banner and Stark are already here. Rhodey, the Guardians, Thor, and Barton are on their way."

The name that caught his attention was Clint's. They ended up finding him, and being able to bring him back meant that they were on to something. But what?

"Damn. So what's this? An Avengers pot-luck or something?" Y/N asked.

Natasha paused for a moment before answering, "Scott Lang is alive and he might've found a way to bring everybody back."

That statement hit Y/N like a truck. For the last few years, he lost all hope that he can see his friends again...that he can see Wanda again.

Now with the chance of bringing them back on the table again, he was filled with hope. He wanted to make sure it was a real possibility.

"I'm on my way."

TONY ENDED UP finding a way to use time travel based on what he and Scott knew about quantum physics and the quantum realm.

Well, the son of a bitch was a genius after all.

It took some convincing by Steve, Nat, and Scott for the last couple days, but Stark ultimately decided to help. He had one shot, and he was going to make sure that shot was taken accurately.

Tony and Rocket built the quantum tunnel in the hangar of the facility. Thor, who was pretty out of shape from his sulking the last few years, offered to help too but was mostly there to watch and drink.

In another part of the compound Banner, Nebula, Scott, Rhodey, and Y/N were testing out the suits they were going to wear to pull off the Time Heist as Scott coined.

For Y/N it was cool seeing Banner again, even thought his new form as Smart Hulk still tripped him out.

"Time travel suit, not bad." Rhodey remarked as he examined what Lang was wearing.

Banner tried to insert a Pym Particle capsule into the belt of the suit, but Scott stopped him once he noticed how carelessly he handled it.

"Hey, hey, hey! Easy! Easy!" He scolded.

"I'm being very careful." Banner replied.

"No, you're being very Hulky."

Banner raised his hands, "I'm being careful."

"These are Pym Particles, all right?" Scott held a capsule in his hands, "And ever since Hank Pym got snapped out of existence, this is it. This is what we have. We're not making any more."

"Scott, calm down." Y/N said.

"Sorry. We've got enough for one round-trip each. That's it. No do-overs." Scott responded, "Plus two test runs."

Scott placed the capsule into his belt as the suit fastened, but he suddenly let out a yell and shrunk into nothingness. Milliseconds later, he grew back to normal size and retracted his mask. He shook his head at his mistake.

"One test run." He corrected.

Rhodey and Y/N sighed.

"All right. I'm not ready for this." Scott prepped himself for the real test run, but Clint spoke as he walked into the room, "I'm game. I'll do it."

Scott was perfectly fine giving the responsibility of the test run to somebody else. They fitted Clint with the suit.

"Clint, now you're going to feel a little discombobulated from the chronoshift. Don't worry about that." Banner explained.

"Wait a second." Rhodey began, "Let me ask you something. If we can do this, you know...go back in time, why don't we just find baby Thanos?"

Y/N raised a brow as he turned to Rhodey. The older man continued, "You know, and..." He started making a gesture inferring that they kill Thanos's baby self. It got a chuckle out of Y/N.

"First of all, that's horrible." Banner replied.

"It's Thanos." Rhodey stated.

"And secondly, time doesn't work that way. Changing the past doesn't change the future."

"Look, we go back, we get the stones before Thanos gets the them. Thanos doesn't have the stones. Problem solved." Scott explained.

"Bingo." Clint chimed in.

"That's not how it works." Nebula told the men.

"Well, that's what I heard." Clint replied.

"Wait, but who? Who told you that?" Banner asked.

"Star Trek, Terminator, Timecop, Time After Time..." Rhodey listed.

"Quantum Leap." Scott added.

"Wrinkle in Time, Somewhere in Time." Rhodey continued.

"Hot Tub Time Machine." Y/N chimed in.

"Hot Tub Time Machine." Rhodey raised his arms and repeated, "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure."

"I love that movie." Y/N said.

"Basically, any movie that deals with time travel." Rhodey told Banner.

"Die Hard." Scott added but then shook his head, "No, that's not one."

"This is known."

"I don't know why everyone believes that but that isn't true." Banner rebutted, "Think about it. If you travel to the past that past becomes your future and your former present becomes the past...which can't now be changed by your new future."

"Exactly." Nebula supported his explanation. Y/N shook his head, still confused by all the logic.

Scott was in awe, "So Back to the Future is a bunch of bullshit?"

CLINT STOOD IN THE MIDDLE of the newly built quantum tunnel wearing his time travel suit. The team, now joined by Steve and Rocket, stood behind the console that Banner was operating.

"All right, Clint. We're going in three, two, one." Banner counted down and pressed the button, shrinking Clint and transporting him into the quantum realm.

"So how long does this take?" Y/N asked Bruce moments after he disappeared.

"Maybe about..."

Suddenly, Clint reappeared in a bright flash. He was on all fours screaming the name of his daughter, Lila. That went quicker than expected.

Natasha ran to Clint and helped him up, "Hey. Hey, look at me. You okay?"

Clint looked around, still in a daze and panting, "Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine."

He looked at the baseball mitt in his hands, and his expression changed. "It worked...it worked."

He tossed the mitt to Tony who caught it. He smiled as he grasped the object.

Y/N was elated. It was possible. They can do it.

"Son of a bitch..."
