💚I: BLUE LOCK💚

🧩🧩🧩🧩

For it being only four in the morning, the boys there were irritatingly excited and chatty. You didn't understand how they pulled this much energy out of their asses. You were sitting in a seat a vast distance away from them in the stadium and yet, they were still as loud as if you were right next to them.

You were required to gather at the stadium before you all headed to the airport before the fourteen hour flight from Berlin. The bright lights were off, which you were perfectly fine with as there were still dim lights on. Your flight was at seven, so there was still basically three hours until then.

The coaches and manager soon entered, and you spotted a larger figure following them. Standing up, you shouted for the team to gather around as you moved to stand with them. As the coaches and manager took their spot, you looked at the unknown figure before your eyes widened.

Did I really just call him 'unknown'? That's the Noel fucking Noa!

You stood straight as you readjusted your Bastard München jacket. His expression was blank as he watched everyone line up and gawk at him almost identically or worse than you had done. You felt Michael Kaiser and Alexis Ness taking up positions by both of your sides as the coaches began talking.

"Good morning, everyone. Today is your flight over to Japan. You'll be going from Berlin to Tokyo, and it'll take roughly fourteen hours to get there. When you arrive, it will be four am there, so make sure to sleep on the flight over."

You cringed slightly at the coach's words. It would be such a long flight, just to arrive there early as fuck in the morning for them. You know they were only seven hours ahead, so it would only be 9pm here, which would kill you when you tried readjusting.

"We, your coaches and manager, will not be going with you. Noel Noa will be your new coach, and (Y/n) will become your actual manager." Your eyes widened in shock. You hadn't heard that was what you'd be doing. "Noa does speak German, so if your manager cannot get you something, asking him would also work."

Anxiously, you messed with your sleeves, suddenly feeling wide awake. You already wanted to go home, and this new information was making you a bit anxious. Irritatingly, you weren't provided a schedule with detail information.

It would be fine.

You would make it be fine.

"After your arrival, you must grab your bags and wait for a woman named Anri Teieri to instruct you to the buses. She has these special earbuds for you to easily translate any language they're programmed with. From the airport, you'll be heading directly to the facility for Blue Lock. You each will get free rein over what rooms you choose, but be warned, they are quads. Noa and (Y/n) have individual rooms assigned to them."

You watched as your coaches and manager smiled, seeing some tears in their eyes. Your fists clenched at your sides as you spotted their tears. The feeling of your nails digging into your palms felt grounding to you as it began to settle in what you'd be doing only at the measly age of 17. This is the type of shit people do as adults, not teens, yet here you were with ton of different teens about to move for however long this would take.

"We just want you guys to know before you leave for Japan that we are proud of you. We wish you the best at Blue Lock, and do Germany proud. We'll be watching you all while also watching the other teams. Noa, (Y/n), we leave our players in your hands."

At their parting words, you let out a shaky breath at the new weight of your responsibilities. You would have to take care of the team, just as you were now, but more. It only reminded you of what all was to come, including the flight. From what you knew, you'd be stuck between Erik Gesner and Theo Sachs the whole plane ride. You looked toward the two when the three had left, hoping they'd be good travel buddies.

You began walking to Noa to introduce yourself, shoving your nerves away. "Hello, sir. I am (Y/n) (L/n). It's nice to meet you." He turned his piercing eyes to you when you had spoke, moving his hand to shake yours as he began his introduction.

"I'm sure you know who I am, but I am Noel Noa. It is nice to meet you as well." His voice was deep and he kept his tone respectful despite how monotone it seemed. You gave him a bright smile, unintentionally noting how large and warm his hands were as you pulled away. His palm was rough with calluses, presumably from his life and years of hard work.

Turning back to your team, you gave them all the same smile you had given Noa. "Go do what you need to do before we have to head to the airport. Meet back here at five, and we'll gather everything before we leave. If you leave something here, we cannot come back for it. Now break." You instructed, watching them move to do whatever as you headed toward your things.

You debated all of what you should do here, determining that you should definitely go to the bathroom in the airport a bit before the flight would be boarded. Looking over the suitcase of necessities that you were allowed to bring, you sighed. You weren't allowed to bring much because most of it would be provided for you, but you brought what you could.

With a sigh, you sat down and began to rub your temples. You were already stressed from having to take care of the boys, and it'd only get worse when you left. Airports weren't your favorite, and even though you were leaving and arriving at some ungodly hours, you could only hope people didn't swarm your players. Your hand reached out and played with one of the zippers on your suitcase as you hoped that nothing would happen to it during the travel.

Eventually, it was time for everyone to head to the airport, and after making sure everyone had everything, you left. You were carpooling with Theo and Erik, who both took the front seats with the latter of the two driving. They talked quietly as you watched the scenery of a sleeping Germany allow you to move through it silently.

The stereo was playing some song in English that you assumed Theo had put on, and you glanced at the title of it. Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield. After some listening, you immediately recognized it from what your parents played in the car growing up.

It honestly took you back to your travels while in America on a hot summer day sometime after school had gotten out for the year. It didn't matter where you all went, you just remember always having fun. Your fingers tightened around your hands in your lap, the memories vivid in your mind.

After realizing how an irritating amount of Europeans treated your parents and you for being American, you had stopped telling people you were from there unless you said something about it. Instead, you said something vague by saying you lived in a specific city in Germany rather than saying, "hey, I'm from this state in the U.S."

You were brought out from your thoughts as you'd arrived, knowing this would be horrifically chaotic. Bracing yourself, you got out of the car and grabbed your suitcase from the three in the trunk, setting it on the concrete before pulling out the other two and handing them to the respective person.

The three of you walked silently, the only noises coming from you were the sounds of your suitcases rolling over the concrete and loose rocks. Stepping on the sidewalk, you rolled your suitcase behind you as you let the other two head through the automatic doors first.

Even though the three of you got through everything you needed to with ease, seeing Kaiser, Ness, and Noa were getting marvelled at and bothered was irritating you. You rubbed your temples as you could only hope they'd manage to get through in time.

Only after finally getting on the plane did you relax slightly. You were stuck in the seat between Theo and Erik with the window on your left on the other side of Theo. He had shut the window after taking a couple of pictures for his social media and sharing them with the two of you.

Debating, you decided to just post them as well on your story, following Theo's lead and tagging the both of them. At the perfect time, you looked up to see Theo angling his camera to snap a photo of the three of you, to which you quickly got closer and smiled. You sat back with a chuckle as you downloaded it immediately and posted it on your story, once again tagging the other two with the words "travel buddies!!" written on it.

The plane ride was peaceful between the three of you as you all slept or just left the others unbothered. When you finally woke up around ten hours into the flight, you picked your head off of Theo's shoulder and noticed that Erik must've gotten you three snacks and waters from the flight attendant. You felt grateful as you started to eat your snack and sip on your water.

Landing in Japan made you feel more stressed and weary than you had been before you got on the plane. It was a lot more chaotic as you got off the plane and started heading through the airport to grab your luggage. You felt like you were going to rip your hair out as the team had all gotten their luggage and you were waiting on yours.

Luckily, Theo and Erik stayed with you as you waited, looking out for it with their own suitcases at their sides. After seeing a few others that had been on the flight getting theirs, you finally saw yours and nearly cried with relief as you grabbed it. You gave them both a smile as you began walking where the team was supposed to meet.

You apologized to them as you saw you guys were the last ones there, but it's not like you could help it. Moving to the front, the three of you spotted this young woman holding a bag. Her hair was a reddish brown and her eyes matched the shade, and you were quick to notice she was much shorter than most of the players.

She gave the three of you a smile as you approached her and held out a small box to each of you. You remembered what your coach said and opened the box to find earbuds, which you immediately put in. "Hello, Miss Teieri! My name is (Y/n) (L/n), and I am the new manager for the team while we are at Blue Lock." You introduced yourself, giving her a firm handshake.

"Hello, (L/n), and welcome to Japan." She turned back to the team and signalled for everyone to follow her out to the bus. You assumed the bus had been decorated to follow Blue Lock's theme, noting the amount of blue as white as you got in.

You frowned as you realizing you wouldn't be able to sit with Theo or Erik, but shrugged it off as you moved toward the seat you would take. You frowned as you wondered how you would lift your suitcase to put it in the compartment above your head. Those thoughts were pushed aside, however, as Ness did it for you.

"Kaiser instructed me to." You glanced at the blond in the seats across from you at his words, wondering why he would even think of helping you. "I'll take it down when we arrive as well." Ness sat down in his seat, which was the aisle seat, and you quickly claimed a window seat as you noticed Theo and Erik were behind you.

You laughed as Theo had made sure to snap another pic of the three of you, and you did as you had earlier. The bus ride was mostly quiet since people were most likely either half asleep or not in the mood to talk. You were part of the former, unfortunately.

It was about an hour until the bus arrived at a large building. Unsurprisingly, it was blue with the name in large letters on it. You shut off your phone, staring at the building as you put it in your pocket. The building made you wonder if they were going to feed you before you went to try and sleep some more. You were definitely feeling the effects of jet lag already because your body was still assuming it was 9pm, even though it was now an entirely different time.

Stretching, you mentally prepared for the new part of your life as the bus stopped. Here we are, Blue Lock. Germany's Bastard München.
