- Third POV -

The next day, after Colette's mysterious death, the witches are blaming Klaus because he was the last person to see her alive.

Now, at the MIKAELSON COMPOUND, Klaus is in the bathroom, washing off his hands in the sink of warm water.

His hybrid hearing picks up commotion from downstairs in the courtyard.

"Klaus killed Colette, he deserves punishment." A female witch woman spoke with anger in her voice.

"I understand your anger, but my brother did not murder Colette." Elijah said, defending Klaus, along with Rebekah, Kol and Freya.

"You would defend the Hybrid who only cares about his family." The same female witch woman spoke.

Klaus ceases his hybrid hearing as he dries off his hands in a towel. He walks away.

Klaus walks up to the second floor balcony railing and looks at his siblings and the witches.

Ivy looks up at him. "Klaus?"

Klaus walks down the stairs and into the courtyard.

"I know you witches despise me, but I am speaking the truth, I did not kill Colette." Klaus said.

"You were the last person to see her alive, Klaus. You were beside her dead body when we found you." Vincent said.

"That doesn't mean I killed her." Klaus said, and looks around at Vincent, Ivy and the other men and women witches. "You all are so quick to point your fingers at me because of my reputation. Yes, I went to see Colette, it was because I asked for herbs. I was gonna leave when an energy blast blew a hole in the midst of her chest. It happened a few feet in front of me." He explained.

"You expect us to believe your lies?" A witch man asked.

"Alright, enough." Rebekah said. "We understand that you all are angry at one of your own death. But please, we just need proof to prove my brother speaks that truth."

"Colette wasn't just a witch in the witch community, she was also a friend of Christy." Ivy said to the Mikaelsons.

"We know." Elijah said.

"I will tell her." Klaus said.

"In the meantime, we ask for your patience so, we can settle this false accusation." Elijah said.

The men and women witches exchange looks at each other.

"You all may leave." Elijah said.

The men and women witches walks away, walking out of the compound.

Vincent and Ivy exchange looks with the Mikaelsons.

"Colette's mysterious death will start a war with you all." Ivy said.

"We know, we just need proof that Niklaus didn't murder Colette." Freya said.

"Christy can probe minds with her magic." Rebekah said.

Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Freya exchange looks at each other.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- ORASANIAN EXPO

Later that day, Christy walks in the hallway passing by other uniformed men and women.

Christy walks up the steps and into the dimly-lit chamber area where the Supreme Loyalists are with the Reverend Oracles Theoni, Arija, and Isa, and The Elders discussing political situations such as political power and control.

Christy sits down in a seat without being noticed. Theseus wears his uniform sits down next to her in a seat.

Theseus and Christy exchange looks at each other and they observe the conversation between the Elders, Supreme Loyalists and the Reverend Oracles.

"What are the Reverend Oracles here, Theseus?" Christy asked in a whisper to the Majordomo.

"The Elders requested them to come here to seek out the corruption in between the Supreme Loyalists." Theseus said.

"The Supreme Loyalists have been disagreeing with each other?" Christy said.

"They have." Theseus said.

Christy's phone buzzes in her jacket pocket. She takes out her phone and looks at it.

Serafine

Christy answers her phone in a whisper. "Serafine? What is it?"

"Your husband, Sire Klaus and brother-in-law, Sire Elijah, awaits you in the hallway." Serafine said on the phone.

"Okay, I'm coming." Christy said, hangs up her phone and looks at Theseus. "I'll be right back."

"Alright." Theseus said.

Christy gets up and walks away, putting her phone back in her jacket pocket.

IN THE HALLWAY . . .

Christy walks into the hallway and looks at Serafine with Klaus and Elijah.

"You may go, Serafine." Christy said.

"Yes, Milady." Serafine said with a bow of her head and walks away.

Christy looks at Klaus and Elijah. "Klaus? Elijah? What's going on?"

"It's Colette." Klaus said.

"Is she okay?" Christy asked, becoming worried.

"Colette is dead." Elijah told her.

Christy becomes shocked and gloomy. "How?"

"We don't know yet, but the witches are blaming me because I was the last person to see her." Klaus said.

"And now, the witches are pointing their fingers at you because you're you." Christy said, gently folds her arms.

"We don't have proof, but with your mind probing abilities, you can probe my mind and find out exactly what happened." Klaus said.

"Okay." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other. She unfolds her arms and gently puts his fingers on his forehead. They both close their eyes as Christy probes his mind.

Klaus's Mind

Later yesterday evening in the CAULDRON, the deceased witch, Colette, was heading home with her tote bag. Klaus slowly walked into the cauldron.

"Colette?" Klaus said.

Colette stopped walking and turned around to look at him. "What do you want, Klaus?"

"Do you have any Solomon seal and snapdragon herb?" Klaus asked.

"Even if I did, why would I give you any? You're not exactly welcomed by the French Quarter witches because of your reputation?" Colette asked.

"Yes, I know the witches despise me and my family, I just want to know if you have it." Klaus said.

"Stop going around the bush, and just tell me why do you want it, Klaus?" Colette asked.

"Because Christy did a small ritual with it." Klaus tells her.

"Alright." Colette said, reaches into her tote bag and takes a small satin pouch bag and tossed it to Klaus.

"Thanks." Klaus said.

"Just remember to burn the flowers together with burnt sage." Colette said.

"I've seen Christy do this, so, I know." Klaus said.

Suddenly, Colette gasped in agony pain due to the sound of an energy blasts. Klaus shockingly, looked at a big hole in the midst of her chest.

Colette collapsed onto the floor, dead. And Klaus walks up to her and crouches down beside her. He looks around, wondering where the blast came from.

From a short distance in the corner in the shadow, a humanoid winged demon with a blaster pistol flies upward and disappears.

- Reality -

Klaus and Christy both gasp panting softly to themselves. She gently removes her hand.

"Klaus didn't kill Colette something else did." Christy said.

"Some kind of humanoid winged demon creature with a blaster pistol." Klaus said.

"This is the proof of what we need to prove that you didn't murder Colette." Elijah said.

"I'll come with you, I already told Theseus that I'll come back." Christy said.

LAFAYETTE CEMETERY

That afternoon, Klaus, Elijah and Christy are with the witches.

"We have proof that my brother, Niklaus, didn't kill Colette." Elijah said.

"Ivy?" Christy said.

Ivy walks up next to Christy. And Christy looks at Klaus. He slowly walks up next to her.

"Ivy? When I probe Klaus's mind, you will be connected to his mind and see exactly what happened to Colette." Christy said.

"I understand." Ivy said.

Christy gently puts her hand on Ivy's forehead and she puts her other hand on Klaus's forehead. Her eyes glow blue, using her sorceress magic.

Both Klaus and Ivy closes their eyes upon receiving glimpses of Colette's mysterious death, not at the hands of Klaus, but by a humanoid winged demon creature.

Christy ceases her magic. Klaus and Ivy exchange looks at each other.

"It's true." Ivy said and looks at the male and female witches. "Klaus didn't kill Colette, but something else did. It wasn't supernatural, it was mythological."

The male and female witches exchange murmurs among themselves.

Ivy looks at Klaus and he looks at her.

"On behalf of the witches, please accept our apologies." Ivy said.

"Apology accepted." Klaus said.

"Niklaus?" Elijah said and walks away.

The witches walks away.

"What about you, Christy?" Klaus asked.

"I'm gonna stay for a little while Colette's funeral, she was my friend, I'll pay my respects to her." Christy said.

Klaus nodded in understanding. "I understand."

Klaus pecks a kiss on Christy's forehead and he walks away.

Later that evening, in the CAULDRON, Ivy and the witches have Colette's funeral, laying flowers around her wrapped up dead body.

Vincent slowly walks up to Christy. "Thank you for being here, Christy."

"You're welcome." Christy said. "I knew Colette. She's at peace now."

"And with your help, you just prevented a war between the witches and the Mikaelsons." Vincent said.

"I know the witches doesn't like the Mikaelsons, I don't blame them." Christy said.

"The witches have their reasons to hate the Mikaelsons, but you, Christy, you're good." Vincent said.

Vincent and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. She walks up to Colette's wrapped up body.

Christy crouches down next to it, puts her fingertips up to her lips and puts her fingertips to Colette's forehead.

"May you be at peace, Colette." Christy said and gently covers her face with that sheet of cloth.

Christy gets up and slowly walks away. She and Ivy exchange looks at each other.

"We appreciate you paying your respects." Ivy said.

Ivy and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and Christy walks away.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That night, Christy slowly wanders around in the hallway next to the courtyard.

"Looking for me?" Klaus asked from the railing.

"Yeah, I'm gonna go back to Mount Orasani." Christy tells him. "Are Luna and Trinity here?"

"I just checked on them. They're asleep." Klaus said, gently walks down the steps and slowly walked in the hallway. "I owe you a thanks for coming through for me like you always do. It just added another thing to my 'return favors to my wife' list."

Christy chuckles to herself. "You're welcome."

"I just have to ask . . ." Klaus trailed off, slowly walks up to her. " . . . you didn't believe any of that false nonsense?"

"I didn't." Christy said. "I know what I saw when I probed your mind, you didn't kill Colette some humanoid winged demon creature did."

"A humanoid winged demon creature? It was mythological. My guess is that it came from Marcalos Underworld Palace." Klaus guessed.

"Yeah, maybe." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"I owe you a dinner date." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange chuckles with each other.

"By the way, why did you want Solomon seal and snapdragon for? Christy asked.

"Maybe, it could help with this mythology nonsense we've been dealing with." Klaus said.

"Do you remember how to?" Christy asked.

"I think I do. I've seen you done it a few times." Klaus said.

"I can write the instructions on a sticky note just in case." Christy teased him.

In which Klaus chuckled. "No need."

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"How was your deceased friend's, Colette's, funeral?" Klaus asked.

"It was good. Normal witch funeral." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange another looks at each other and she gently cups his face with her hands. The husband and wife exchange soft looks at each other.

"Don't cause trouble while I'm away because I will know." Christy said.

"I will try not to." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy shares a passionate kiss. She playfully hits his shoulder.

"Ouch." Klaus said with a humorous expression on his face.

"See you." Christy said, and teleports away in golden dust.

Klaus small smiles to himself and walks away.
