"Jay I think I forgot my toothbrush" Jake said realizing that he didn't pack his toothbrush,remembering how he left the green brush back on its cup holder.

The latter peered at him by lifting the side of his blindfold,a little annoyed at the boy who was worried about a mere hygienic product "Oh no,guess you'll have to have stinky breath for the rest of your life pal" Jay said in a flat yet sarcastic tone before placing his blindfold back in place and trying to go back to sleep.

"Aye-" The other tried to say something back but decided to stay quiet since he could easily but one later when they landed at his motherland. They were currently on the plane,in business class seats as they were on their journey.

Jake had changed his hair color back to his usual jet black shade. Deciding it would be a surprise to his girlfriend. The mere thought of her suddenly crossing his mind made him smile so much,he bought so many gifts and goodies for her and her family. He couldn't wait to see her reaction,he was nervous as to whether her parents would approve of him and went overboard with what he wanted to buy them. He didn't forget to buy toys for her brother,to get his approval as well,since he was her only sibling.

He pulled out his phone,unlocking it which was the day he and Suyeon started talking. He was quite the loverboy you could say,making the smallest of details special.

He went to his camera roll,taking a few pictures of himself and outside the window jay had the seat of.

He sent the final text before switching off the screen and leaning his head back on the seat,taking in a deep breath.

On the other side,Suyeon was bored in class waiting for the last few minutes to go by before lunch. Her mind was on the food that would be available at the cafeteria today,her stomach empty and grumbling. She was contemplating what she should get for the day.

"Kang Suyeon,the board is down here not up there" The teacher said pulling her from her trail of thoughts while she was staring at the clock "H-huh?" She asked shaking her head to push away her thoughts momentarily.

The teacher sighed frustratedly "Why don't you come over to the board and do this equation?" She dared making Suyeons eyes widen with panic,she was never confident enough to go UpTo the front of her class and solve anything math related to upfront,not when there are many eyes sternly watching her.

"No Mrs. Take,I'm sorry for not focusing,it won't happen again" She bid her head as an apology to not go up there "You didn't even look at the equation and you're saying you can't?" The teacher asked with a strict stare,tapping the chalk on the board. She sucked in a deep breath,pursing her lips and looked over at the board with the thought of bringing embarrassed Infront of the whole class but her eyes lit up the moment she registered what it was. She remembered the therom Jake taught her a while ago when they were revising and he gave her enough homework for it to be imprinted into her brain.

Suyeon let out the breath she had been holding with a huff and smiled,stepping out of her chair and walking to the front with a confidence. The older eyed her skeptically,surprised at her sudden pridefulness. She handed her the white chalk and with a slump of her shoulders,she moved the white piece over the board, solving it just as Jake explained for the nth time untill she understood it all like second nature. Once she was done,she stepped back-a little nervous of whether it's actually right or wrong as she turned to the teacher who had her arms crossed over her torso and head nodding with every step her eyes solved of her answer.

"Correct" Was all she said as she came over to her as Suyeon returned the chalk back. The younger with a smile upon her lips,went back with a small hop at beng happy over how she was able of doing it alone without any help. It may not be a big deal to some or most but for Suyeon it was,she used to embarrass herself from resisting to be called upon to the board but now she was able to easily do it on the board.

Hana was the first to eye her at her giddy act,knowing just how she was able of doing that with no hesitation was because of her boyfriend Jake who tutored her for hours regardless of how many times she needed it to be explained. A smile rose upon her lips herself,happy that her best friend was able to finally do what she had always tried avoiding.

"Maybe I was overacting" Hana mumbled to herself since she had been against their relationship since the first day she knew about it-worrying about her best friend getting hurt but would a man who is a well known model sacrifice his time just for some school material he finished years ago to be done again? That was the first time she ever saw a guy being that patient and understanding of their partner and she was more than glad her best friend was lucky to find such a guy.

It was lunch break and the first thing Suyeon wanted to do wasn't to rush to the cafeteria like she was planning to do a few hours ago but to pull out her phone and text Jake about the news;when she saw few notifications she had received from the same person.

She quickly skimmed through the texts,a smile forming on her lips at his caring text as she clicked on the picture,admiring his face.

Hope you have a safe flight,text me when you land and take rest untill then

And as always,I love your hair no matter what colour it is 😚 As long as you're happy

Oh btw,idk if you'd care and it's not really that important but I just wanna say it to you

I was called UpTo the blackboard to do an equation and I was able of actually solving it! That was the first time I really did it Infront of everyone,every other time I'd chicken out and get embarrassed but not this time!

It may sound like nothing but it means a lot to me,I was only able of being that confident with it because of your nonstop nagging and piles of hw which I was forced to do 🥲❤️‍🩹 But I'm glad you did,so thank you so so much!!!

Suyeon was too busy smiling at her screen with her snacks in hand and walking mindlessly and was about to clash against a wall at a turn if it wasn't for Hana steering her to the right side to keep going.

"Ah you guys are making me feel single ahhh" Hana deadpanned though she was cheerful of their strong bond that had lasted months now with no wavering emotions nor serious fights up till now.

"Sh sh wait in trying to send him another text" Suyeon shushed,trying to collect the right words that would hit deep.

She decided to keep it brief since she had already kind of spammed him and slid her phone back into her pocket,releasing herself back to reality once again with a content smile.
