Jisoo woke up in an unfamiliar room, laying on an unfamiliar queen sized bed. The blankets were lavender and the sheets were satin.

Slowly raising up, Jisoo pushed her hair out of her eyes as she looked all around the room. It was beautifully designed. Nice paintings and everything. It screamed luxury.

But all Jisoo worried about was why was she here and not home.  She didn't really remember what happened last night. Just hanging noises and crying. Also blood....so much blood.

She looked down at herself and noticed that she was wearing a silk oversized button pajama shirt and just that.

The shirt was super long so it really didn't make a difference.

How did I get here?

"Oh, you're awake!"

Jisoo heard a sudden voice appear, making her jump a little. She looked at the source and saw the handsome guy who called her beautiful last night.

He looked even better in the daylight. His black hair was parted in a way, exposing his forehead and styled neatly. He was really tall, from where she was sitting. He wore black pants, nice leather shoes, a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up.

He had a warming smile. So warm, it could melt her heart with one glance.

Jisoo suddenly felt self conscious. This beautiful guy is smiling at her and she probably looks like hell.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." He said, walking towards her. He sat next to her legs, which were covered by the blankets.

Jisoo fiddled with her thumbs, not daring to look him in the eyes.

"I can already tell you have so many questions," he said gently, looking her over. "I'm Kim Seokjin but everyone calls me Jin."

Jisoo peered her eyes at him. He was even more perfect up close. If that was possible.

"Where's Jungkook?" She whispered. "Is he okay?"

"He's fine." Jin replied, placing a hand on her knee.

Jisoo felt relief hit her after his words. As long as he's okay, she was fine. But then she remembered. Sumni, Yubin, everyone else!

"Wheres my stuff?!" She asked rapidly looking for her stuff. "I have to know if Sunmi and the-"

"Sunmi is fine. " Jin said calmly, grabbing her flailing arms. "I called her and shes doing okay. A bit of an eccentric person, I might add."

Jisoo paused when he mentioned calling her. How did he get her number? How did he know her name? What was going on??

"Where am I?"

"You're in my home right now." He replied. "Or me and my husbands home....Jungkook told me to watch over you for the time being."

Judging by the look on her face, she didn't understand everything that was going on. Poor girl was still in shock of everything. He couldn't be the one to tell her.

"Look, I know this is a lot to take in," Jin spoke again, moving a strand hair from her face. "You must be confused and scared....but I want you to know that  everything  will be okay...you don't  have to be afraid of me or anyone else."

Jisoo stared at him for a good while. His words seemed very genuine. His eyes spoke honesty but she couldn't  shake the uneasy feeling about this. Or about Jungkook. She had a lot of questions she needed answers to.

"Now come on, we have the whole day together and I know just to help you feel better."

" how is she?"

Later on that day, Yongguk got a call from Taeyong as he was looking over photos he took of Jisoo a couple of days prior to the shootout.

"She's alive and well, if you're asking about that." He said, blowing out smoke from his cigarrete. "This girl is amazing. Shes working her ass off to pay off hospital bills after your dad had heart surgery, she stopped attending medical school and she lives on her own. She's a survivor."

Taeyong smiled to himself. That  was the Honda in her. Always hard working and never a quitter. But then he heard him say something about his dad.

"Wait....heart surgery?"

" yeah," Yongguk confirmed. "Your dad had one too many heart attacks. The surgery cost was too high for your mom so Jisoo moved to Seoul and works in a rich clothing store. But thats where  things get bad."

"What do you mean?"

Taking a deep breath, Yongguk sat the pictures down and braced himself for the storm. "Her boss, the owner of the shop....tried to rape her."

Silence...was all he was met with.
Which wasn't a good sign. None at all.

Silence was not a good thing.

It seemed like 5 minutes of silence before he spoke again.

" is he still alive?"

"From what I heard....yes." Yongguk said, taking a drag from his cigarette again.

"Okay....." was all he said before he hung up on him.

Yongguk sighed and sat his phone down on the glass coffee table. He looked over the photos again before something caught his eye in one of them.

In the photo of her walking with two friends, he saw a car parked. It was white and had two guys in the front, watching her.

"That's odd." He mumbled. He gave a closer look and noticed the red bird tattoo on one of their necks.
