1. give yourself a break.ย
I know it sounds hard to do- you have so many things going on in your life that just won't calm down.ย
so just stop what you're doing, even if just for a minute, and breathe (you can see breathing exercise below).ย
2. breathing exerciseย
breathing is a very common way to help calm down. here's a breathing exercise that I hope can help you out!ย
take in a deep breath through your nose and hold it for five seconds. then let it out through your mouth slowly for about ten seconds. repeat until you feel calmer.ย
3. get outside
sometimes all it takes is to go outside and get some fresh air. while this doesn't work for some, it may work for you!ย
