HELPFUL APPS

alright. let me start by saying that ibispaint is a lifesaver. if you're not using this app, download it right now because otherwise the tutorials won't make any sense. I promise, you won't regret it.

also i make all my graphics on my phone! except for photopea ofc, for that i use a laptop.

ibispaint

so as you probably gathered, ibispaint is my main editing app. I do most of the cover there and using it really took my graphics to a new level. I use it for arranging the face claims and background and everything else, for highlighting and drawing, for colouring, lighting and the text. if you know your way around (that's what im here for!) you can do pretty much anything there.

pixanova

yas! fun fact: here we have the very first app I ever used to make graphics - now I pretty much only use it to make pngs out of pictures I want to use. Manips can be nicely done there, too - the app has really good tools for that purpose.

picsart

this app is seriously a lifesaver when you're in desperate need to spice up your cover or just give it that final touch. it offers lots of nice overlays and some good filters, as well as stickers which are extremely useful as pngs.

Photopea

I haven't used this one in quite some time, and for covers most of the time I don't, but you can add psds there if you want. You can pretty much do everything else there, some people do their complete cover on this website.

Photopea is a website which is basically a rip-off photoshop, meaning you can do gifs there too. Its free to use on the internet, but quite complicated for beginners. Once you've got the basics figured out, though, its a really helpful tool.
