Whenever I do,
my confidence falls.

Overwhelmed,
adrenaline rushing.
Pit in my stomach,
breath hitching,
just to click the call button.
Dialled the number,
yet don't want a response,
friends or family.

Relieved,
automated message saying busy,
not available,
switched off.
I might want to tell you everything,
but I just can't through call.

Is it anxiety?
I don't know.
All I know,
It makes me panic.

calls,
