Earth

The group were now running in the forest, Clarke turns back and Alec grabs onto her arm, "Clarke! Come on." He pulled her along with him. They continued running through the forest, until Monty tripped and fell over, Alec and Octavia rushed to him, "C'mon! Get up!" Alec panted, as they grabbed his arm tightly, "We have to go-" Alec's voice stopped as his eyes dragged over to the ground. There lay discarded bones and skeletons making his eyes go wide.

"Who are they?" Finn uttered in a heavy breath.

Alec crouched down, and examined them. "What are they?" He corrected as he lifted up the skull.

"We're so screwed." Octavia announced, as she looked over at Alec.

"NOOOOOOOOO!"

Alec dropped the skull down the ground, "Jasper. He's alive." and started running to where he heard the scream.

"Alec! Wait no!" Alec ignored them, as he carried on running, then his sister, Finn, Octavia and Monty had followed behind him.

"Wait!" Finn called in a desperate whisper, "stay in the trees!"

Alec looked around, but Jasper was nowhere to be found. "He was right there." Alec said beside Octavia and Clarke.

"No. Where is he?" Monty asked.

"They took him." Clarke and Alec say in unison.

The Ark

Abigail walked into the room, where the vitals were on the screen. "Talk to me, Jackson." She walked over to him.

"Rumors are spreading. Witness saw a dropship launch. It's only a matter of time till the people figure out that we sent the 100 to the ground." Dr. Jackson informed her.

"Let the council worry about the people. I need you focused on reestablishing communication with those kids." Abby says as she turned to look at the screen, "How many dark tiles?" She then questioned.

"23. We've been losing them at a steady rate all day." Jackson informed, again. "Abby, these are different. Vital signs spike for a longer duration before flat line; it looks like a pain response. This is what we'd expect to see with exposure to radiation." He told her.

"I know what it looks like, Jackson, but there's another explanation." Abby tells him. "We just haven't found it yet."

"Chancellor on deck."

Abigail and Jackson turned to see Chancellor Jaha and Councillor Jane approach them, "My son." He looked at his sons vital sign and then the rest of the 100. "We sent them down to die."

"No." Abby stepped forward, "We sent them down to live...To go to earth to see if it was survivable so that all of us could live."

Kane approached them, "Abby, stop." he told her, as he looked between Abby and Jaha. "I know this is hard, but we don't have time for false hope. This space station is dying, and earth is not survivable. That is what the wristbands are telling us."

"We don't know what they're telling us yet." Abby spoke up, "Thelonious, listen to me. Please trust me. For all we know those kids could be perfectly fine, including Wells."

Earth

The group approached the camp, to see Murphy and Wells fighting, "Wells!" Clarke called as she ran over to everyone, with Alec following behind his sister. "Let him go!"

Wells pushed him away, but Murphy quickly headed back over to him, Bellamy intervened and grabbed hold of him, "Whoa. Hey! Enough, Murphy" He told him, holding him by his shoulder, until he saw Monty helping down Octavia and rushed over to her. "Octavia. Are you alright?" He questioned as he helped her down.

"Yeah." Octavia looks over at Alec, who was looking back over at her.

"Where's the food?" Bellamy asked.

"We didn't make it to Mount Weather" Finn said, sitting down.

"What the hell happened out there?" Bellamy asked, again.

"We were attacked," Clarke told him, as she stood beside her brother.

"Attacked?" Wells echoed in confusion.

"By what?"

"Not what. Who." Alec says, looking over at Bellamy. "It turns out the last grounder that died on the Ark, he wasn't the last grounder."

"It's true," Clarke spoke up, "Everything we thought we knew about the ground is wrong. There are people here, survivors. But the good news is, that means we can survive. Radiation won't kill us." She explained.

"Yeah, the bad news is the grounders will." Alec added.

Wells looked around, "Where's the kid with the goggles?"

"Jasper was hit." Alec told him. "They took him."

"Where's your wristband?" Clarke enquired as she grabbed Wells wrist.

Wells looks over at Bellamy, "Ask him."

"How many?" Clarke questioned.

"24 and counting." Murphy tells her.

"You idiots. Life support on the Ark is failing! That's why they sent us down here! They need to know that the ground is survivable again and we need their help against whoever is out there! If you take of your wristbands you're not just killing them! You're killing us too." Clarke informed them.

"We're stronger than you think. Don't listen to her, she's one of the privileged."If they come down, she'll have it good. How many of you can say the same?" Bellamy says. "We don't need them, we can look after ourselves! That wristband on your arm! That makes you a prisoner. We're not prisoners anymore! They say they'll forgive your crimes. Well I say you're not criminals. You're survivors, fighters, the grounders should worry about us."

Alec shook his head, and scoffed stepping closer to Bellamy. "If you really think things will be different down here then you're wrongly mistaken," Alec had noticed his sister, walking away whom he'd follow behind. "Sis what do we do now?" He questioned her.

"Now we go after Jasper."

The Ark

"Why are you here, Abby?" Chancellor Jaha questioned, as Abby was checking his wound. "We both know that you could have sent an apprentice to do this."

"Kane's planning a secret council meeting to vote on the culling. I need you to know where you stand." Abby informed him.

"I don't have to vote. You know that." Jaha says, as he had his eyes closed.

"They listen to you, Thelonius." Abby said.

"Well, you don't." Jaha argued.

"I do when you agree with me." Abby told him.

"Now, Abby, the CO2 scrubbers are already failing. The symptoms of oxygen deprivation are everywhere, and worst of all in the children; they'll die first." Jaha informed her.

"You don't have to tell me that."

"Obviously I do. Unless we act to reduce the population, everyone on-board this space station will be dead in 4 months." Jaha told her.

"We have acted. We put a hundred kids on the ground. We need to give them time--"

"There are 77 kids on the ground, Abby." Jaha corrected her. "25 of them, including my son, are already dead."

"I don't think so,"

"But you have no proof," Jaha argued, Abby started to say something but was stopped by Jaha telling her to stop. "I understand your need to have hope for Alec and Clarke, but i am the chancellor of the ark, and hope isn't enough. Not when the end of human race is at stake."

The door opened and Councillor Kane entered the room, "You wanted to see me?"

"Hope is everything, and the chancellor that i voted for, he knew that." Abby stood up, "I'm done here." She walked past Kane and left the room.

Kane closed the door, and turned around to face Jaha who was still laying down. "Stop studying me, Kane." Jaha told him. "Who shot me?" He then questioned.

"Bellamy Blake, a janitor from factory station. He stowed away on the dropship. We're still investigating who helped him." Kane informed him.

"Who benefits most from my death?" Jaha questioned.

"If you have something to say, just say it." Kane told him, as he looked at the Chancellor.

"You rushed to execute the woman who saved my life, and if i were dead, you would be chancellor now and Abby wouldn't be here to oppose you." Jaha says, as he sat up.

"I followed the law. I did my job." Kane told him.

"You were the acting chancellor...and this job requires more than simply following the law. It requires knowing when not to." Jaha tells him.

Kane stepped closer, "I had nothing to do with the attempt on your life, but i'm not surprised that it happened. You're too weak to do what now has to be done, and i'm not the only one who knows it." He says, before leaving the room.

Earth

Alec and Clarke were now inside the dropship, as they were packing what they needed to go and find Jasper, "There you two are." Wells walked into the dropship.

"When my father said they didn't leave us anything he really mean't it." Wells says, as he went over to Clarke while Alec was still packing some stuff in the corner.

"It's just a scratch," Wells says, as Clarke was checking an wound on his arm.

"You sure are making some new friends, Wells." Clarke says, looking at him. "Keep it covered it could get infected." she then tells him.

Alec stood up from where he was, and went over to Wells and his sister. "Nice pack." He nodded towards Wells backpack.

"Yeah, seat belts and insulation. I also packed part of the parachute, figured we could it to carry out Jasper--" Wells began to say.

"Good. Give it to Alec." Clarke nodded towards her brother than back at Wells. "You're not coming with us," Clarke says as she turned on her heels as she climbed down the ladder.

"My ankle's fine."

"It's not your ankle Wells, it's you." Alec followed behind Wells who had followed his sister.

"Who came back for reinforcements. I'm gonna help," Wells says

"He's right." Monty announced, as Clarke turned her head to look at Monty. "We need him. So far no one else has volunteered."

"I'm sorry, Monty, but you're not going, either." Clarke told him.

"Like hell i'm not. Jaspers my best friend." Monty stepped towards Clarke and Alec.

"Monty you're too important." Alec had spoken up.

"You were raised on farm station and recruited by engineering." Clarke continued.

"So?"

"So food and communication." Alec placed his hands into his jacket, as he looked at the boy in front of him. "What's up in your brain, it's gonna save us all." as he pointed towards Monty's brain with his finger.

Clarke nodded beside her brother, "You figure out how to talk to the ark and we'll bring Jasper back." Monty nodded as Clarke turned to her brother."

Finn had walked into the dropship, "Finn You ready?" Alec turned to him, as he placed his hand on the backpack.

"I'm not going anywhere, and neither should any of you," Finn told the siblings. "That spear was thrown with pinpoint accuracy from 300 feet." He then continued.

"So what, we let Jasper die?" Monty questioned.

"That's not gonna happen." Alec had turned his head towards Monty.

"Spacewalker? What a joke. You think you're such an adventurer. You're really just a coward." Clarke said, her attention back on Finn.

"It's not an adventure, Clarke, it's a suicide mission." Finn told her, as she shook her head and walked out.

Alec had started to walk out of the dropship but stopped and turned back to Finn. "Build a wall. Use the fallen trees. I'll watch out for my sister." he says, as he walked past him as he left the dropship.

Alec had followed his sister, to see Octavia and Bellamy talking as he cleaned up her wound. "What the hell was it?" Bellamy questioned his sister.

"I don't know." Octavia says, as she looked at her brother then seeing Alec behind him. "Alec said it was a giant snake."

"You could have been killed." Bellamy said, as he started wrapping an bandage around her wound.

Alec and Clarke had walked over to them, "She would have, if my brother didn't jump in to pull her out."

"You guys leaving? I'm coming, too." Octavia began to say, but her brother had stopped her.

"No, no. no way. Not again," Bellamy says, placing his hands on his sisters shoulders.

"He's right. Your leg's just gonna slow us down." Clarke said, "I'm here for you." She looks at Bellamy beside her.

"Sis, what are you doing?" Alec questioned her.

"I hear you have a gun." Clarke says, as Bellamy glances down at his gun inside his pants. "Good. Follow us." Clarke had began to walk.

"And why would I do that?" Bellamy asked, turning his head to see Clarke had stopped walking and turned to him.

"Because you want them to follow, and right now, they're thinking only one of us is scared." Clarke told him.

Clarke had turned and began walking as Alec smiled at Octavia before he followed his sister.

The Ark

"Damn it, Raven. Wait for pressurization." Red tells her.

Raven takes off the helmet, "Sorry, boys. Places to go." She smiled at them, Red had approached her as he helped take the suit of her. "Did anyone notice there's no damage to 'B' dock?"

"'B' dock's restricted. You know that." Red told her.

"What, are they gonna float me for looking?" Raven says, as another man approached her as he chuckled. "Guys, come on. An exodus ship was launched. You're not curious about that?"

"It was not launched. It was ejected. According to the engineer. A routine maintenance accident forced them to eject." Red explained to her.

"A maintenance accident that didn't cause any damage? That's a lie and you know it." Raven says. Fine. Well, if that doesn't stir your tank, how about this? Why would they build a dropship in the first place?" Raven says, as she pulled down her suit.

"Just slow down, all right? We need to check your vitals." Red said.

"I'll save you the trouble. I feel good." Raven smiled at her necklace then placing it around her neck.

"Prison visiting day. Tell lover boy i'll pay him the two days' ration I owe him when he gets out."

"It was 3 days," Raven corrected him. "Hey, stash my gear. I'll come back for it later." She says, as she was putting her pants on.

"OK, Raven, stop." Red tells her, making Raven look at him. "Lockup's been quarantined. There's some kind of virus. There's no visitation for at least two months. Sorry." He informed her.

Attention. The mess hall will be closed from 2100 hours to 0800 hours for maintenance. Attention. The mess hall will be closed from 2100 hours to 0800 hours for maintenance.

"Abby..." Jackson was stood behind her, as they both looked over at Kane who was sat with someone. "Kane's lobbying for votes. We should, too."

"We'll have our chance at briefing." Abby turns her head to Jackson, then turning on her heels and began walking.

"Excuse me! Dr. Griffin." Raven walked over to Abby. "I have a question about the quarantine. My boyfriend is in lock up. I went to go and see him. Instead, I saw an open air duct. Now, if there really was a virus wouldn't you move to contain the airflow?" She had questioned.

"The virus isn't airborne. That's why the ducts are open." Abby informed her.

Raven's face contorts into worry, "Can you tell me if he's okay?"

Abby shook her head, "I can't. I'm sorry."

"No, you're not." Raven says as she looked up at Abby. "First the dropship, now this. The council's hiding something, and i'm gonna find out what it is." Raven says as she walked away from Abby and Jackson.

"Isn't that your sons girlfriend?" Jackson questioned. "Also she's a ballsy kid. Remind you of anyone?"

"Yeah," Abby had a small tipped smile. "Reminds me of someone. And yes that's his girlfriend."

The Earth

"Hey, hold up!" Bellamy says, as he and Murphy quickly catched up to the siblings. "What's the rush? You don't survive a spear through the heart."

"Put the gun away, Bellamy." Alec told him, but got pushed back by Murphy.

"Well, why don't you do something about it, huh?" Murphy says, looking at Alec.

Clarke quickly got in front of her brother, "Jasper screamed when they moved him. if the spear struck his heart, he'd have died instantly. It doesn't mean we have time to waste." She informed the older Blake, as she goes to turn she is stopped by Bellamy grabbing her wrist, and Alec quickly approaching.

"As soon as you take both this wristband off, we can go." Bellamy told them both.

"The only way the ark is gonna think we're dead is if we're dead. Got it?" Clarke says, as looking up at Bellamy.

"Brave princess." Bellamy grinned at her.

"Hey, why don't you find your own nickname?" a voice was heard from behind them, then turned and saw Wells and Finn approaching. "You call this a rescue party? Got to split up, cover more ground. Clarke, come with me." Clarke looked at her brother, who had nodded at her she then follows Finn.

Alec and Wells was now walking beside Bellamy as Murphy walked ahead, "Uh...Alec.." Bellamy began as he turned to him. "Thank you for uh...helping my sister..."

"No problem, you told me to protect her and i did, you don't need to thank me," Alec gave him a small smile as he continued to walk.

Bellamy turns his head to Wells who was looking over at Clarke and Finn who was on the other side of the trial. "Guess we got more in common than meets the eye, huh?"

"We have nothing in common." Wells told him.

"No?" Bellamy asked. "Both came down here to protect someone we love. Your secret's safe with me." He then told him. "Course, for you it's worse, with Finn around, and her brother protecting her," Bellamy says looking back at Alec who furrowed his brows at him. "Clarke doesn't even see you. It's like you're not even here."

Dropship

Monty was trying to get the bracelet off Octavia's wrist, "He may not be my real brother--but he's always been there. Every memory I have, there's Jasper." He looked up and glanced away from her, "I should be out there."

"You're not gonna cry, are you?" Octavia questioned him.

Monty gave her a small tipped smile, "Shut up," They both shared a laugh. "You sure about this? Your brother won't approve of you helping us contact the ark."

"He's not my keeper." Octavia tells him, "Let's just do this. Let's do it."

Monty managed to get the bracelet of her wrist, as she rubbed her wrist, "Son of a--"

"Sorry," Monty apologised, as he put the bracelet under neath the light, "Dead."

"If we can't even take it off, how do you expect to turn it into a radio?" Octavia questioned him, the hatch door, opens where Atom would appear on the ladder before going back down.

"Go on," Monty told her. "I'll be fine. Work to do."

Octavia stood up, and ruffled his hair before walking then climbing down the ladder. "Hey, Monty?" Monty looks up over at her, "Jasper would understand why you stayed."

"How is someone raised beneath the floor not a total basket case?" Monty says, making Octavia scoff.

"Who says i'm not?" She gave him a smile before continuing down the ladder.

When Octavia got to the ground, "It's because he loves you." Atom tells her, making Octavia look at him, "Your brother?" He walked over to her, "You're not a basket case because you were loved."

"Yeah, I'm a lucky girl." Octavia says.

"I'm not saying I had it worse than you, Octavia, because I didn't." Atom told her. "But you have someone who would do anything for you. I envy that." Atom then walked out of the dropship.

The Forest

"I've been thinking about Mount Weather." Finn spoke up. "How come they didn't attack until Jasper crossed the river? It's not like we were being quiet and they didn't know we were there."

Clarke looked at him, as they continued to walk. "They waited for us to cross. The river's a boundary."

"Which means Mount Weather is off limits," Finn says, as Clarke shook her head.

"How are we gonna get those supplies?" Clarke questioned. "What are we gonna do for food?" Finn looked around, and then walked away.

They both stopped to see a river, "Wow. Well, at least we don't have to worry about water."

Finn smiled at her, as they walked down to the river, and splashing the water on him. "Oh, Yeah." He turned to see Clarke, then splashing her.

"Come on, Finn. We don't have time for this." Clarke told him.

"Clarke, we've been hiking for hours." Finn tells her, "We need to take a break."

"I'll take a break when we find Jasper," Clarke said. "Come on." Finn walked over to her, and grabbed onto her and grinned, "No, no." He then pulled her into the river with him. "Finn! Don't!" Making her gasp with how cold the water is, then splashing him, "Damn it, Finn!"

Finn laughed at her and smiled, "Oh, WOW. OK. Maybe just a minute." Clarke says with a smile.

"I think I know why you're so hell-bent on finding Jasper, why you're always taking care of everybody else." Finn kept his smile.

Clarke scoffed, "Now you sound like my mother, No. Go on. This should be good. The delinquent psychiatrist."

"You and your brother couldn't save your father." Finn told her, making her look down.

Clarke noticed something on the other side of the stream, and her and Finn walked over to it to see blood trials then noticing Jasper's goggles on the ground she picks it up and then looked at Finn. "Jasper. He was here. We should get my brother and the others."

Finn crouched down, and wiped the blood up from the rock, then glancing up. "We're close." He told Clarke.

The Ark

"Abby, we have to stop. The council votes in 30 minutes." Jackson told her.

"Then we have 30 minutes," She argued. "Anything from engineering?" She then asked.

"Nothing good. According to Sinclair even if we sent a signal down, the wristbands weren't designed to receive, so the kids wouldn't even hear it." Jackson informed her.

Abby looked at Jackson, "There's got to be something we missed, something that we haven't thought of." a loud clang was heard and Abby turned her head.

"Great. What's falling apart now?" Jackson questioned, as Abby went over to the door, and pressing in the code and the door opened, to see Raven quickly climbing back up the ladder, then stopping as Abby stopped her. "Hey! Hey!"

Raven raised her arms, and entered the room. "Apparently you have a  thing for duct tapes." Abby told her.

"I'll call security." Jackson says.

"They're not dying," Raven announced, as Abby looked at her.

"What are you talking about?" Abby questioned her.

Raven looked at the screen and seeing everyone's vitals. "All that's being sent from the ground?"

Abby picked up the bracelet, "Transmitted by these," She told her, as Raven took them from her hands.

Raven examined them, "They're taking them off." She said.

"What? Why would they do something so reckless?" Jackson spoke up.

"Because we told them not to." Abby says as she looked at Raven.

Earth

Alec, Bellamy, Clarke, Wells, Murphy and Finn were now together again, "Hey, how do we know this is the right way?" Murphy questioned.

"We don't. Spacewalker thinks he's a tracker," Bellamy says.

"It's called 'cutting sign.' fourth-year earth skills. He's good." Wells  said, walking beside Alec and Clarke.

Finn turned his head, "You want to keep it down or should i paint a target on your backs?" Finn noticed some blood spatter on the rocks.

Alec and Clarke followed Finn as they shared an glance. "See?" Bellamy says. "You're invisible," He whispered to Wells, as he watched the siblings and Finn.

An distant moan was heard from an distance, "What the hell was that?" Murphy questioned.

"Now would be a good time to take out that gun," Alec says looking over at Bellamy.

The group followed the distant moan, to see Jasper was hanging on a tree, "Jasper," Clarke whispered out.

"Oh, my god." Clarke started walking towards Jasper.

"Clarke, be careful." Alec told his sister.

"Jasper," Clarke continued to approach him.

"What the hell is that?" Bellamy questioned, until Clarke walked into an trap, and falling into the hole, as Bellamy grabbed onto her.

"Clarke! Get her up!" Alec shouted, as he quickly went over to them, then helping Bellamy pull his sister up with the help off Finn and Murphy.

"You OK?" Alec asked his sister, with his face contorts with worry.

"Yeah." Clarke nodded her head, as Alec helped his sister to her feet.

"We need to get him down." Clarke says, looking up at Jasper.

"I'll climb up there and cut the vines," Alec says, as Clarke looks to her brother.

"Yeah, Yeah, I'm with you." Wells spoke up,

"No. Stay with my sister. And watch him." Alec says, as he looked over at Bellamy.

"Murphy. Lets go." Alec nodded his head towards him, as Murphy walked over to Alec.

"There's a poultice on his wound." Clarke says, still looking up at Jasper.

"Medicine? Why would they save his life just to string him up as live bait?" Wells questioned.

"Maybe what they're trying to catch likes it's dinner to be breathing." Bellamy says.

"Maybe what they're trying to catch is us." Alec says.

The Ark

"Data indicates that the violent criminals in the group are 8 times likely to have terminated signals. We believe that this means that the kids are taking off the wristbands by choice." Abby informed.

"So how do you explain Wells?" Kane questions her.

"Kane is right. My son would...never take his wristband off voluntarily." Jaha spoke up.

"Both our children have done things that we could never have predicted. The point holds. These children need more time." Abby told them.

"We don't have time." Kane says, "Engineering needs 6 months to fix life support, and we'll be out of oxygen in 4. Nobody wants to do this, but the inescapable fact is that for everyday we delay, 10 more people will need to be sacrificed. So today it's 209, tomorrow it's 219. The day after that is 229. We're the ones who need more time. I move that we vote now."

"I second that."

"Very well. The matter before us requires a 4-vote majority to pass. A vote in favor is to vote to cull 209 citizens of the ark from the supply grid in order to extend life support for those who remain by 6 months. All those in favor?" Senior Council Member says looking around the table.

Kane raised his hand alongside two others, "Aye,"

"All those opposed?" Senior Council Member says as he looked over at Abby.

Abby raised her hand alongside two others, "Nay."

"3 votes to 3. The Chancellor will break the tie."

Jaha sighed, "We didn't ask for this. Ours was to be transitional generation...Ensuring that 3 generations from now mankind could go home. But everything has changed, and we will either be the generation that sees the human race return to Earth...Or upon whose watch...It finally ends. My son is already down there. I sent him. And the truth is I don't know if he is alive or dead. But I still have hope." He says, as Abby looked over at him

"How does the Chancellor vote?"

"I don't." Jaha said.

"Sir, if you abstain, the vote ends in a tie to be automatically taken again in 10 days." the Senior Council told Jaha.

"That's 10 more dead for every day." Kane announced.

"I ask again, how does the Chancellor vote?"

"The Chancellor abstains." Jaha told them.

Kane's palms hit the table, as he stood up then leaving the room.

Jaha looked to Abby, "You have 10 days."

Earth

Alec and Murphy were on the tree, "Hurry up, Murphy." Alec told him.

"Be careful." Clarke says, looking up at her brother and Murphy.

Alec and Murphy were carefully cutting, as bushes were rustling was heard behind Murphy. "What the hell was that?" Murphy questioned

Bellamy looked over at Clarke, "Grounders?"

They saw a black panther running towards them, "Bellamy, gun!"

Wells had gotten his gun, and started shooting at the panther, then killing it as it launched over to attack Bellamy.

"Now she sees you," Bellamy says, looking over at Clarke and Wells.

The Ark

"Did someone call for an mechanic?" Raven spoke through the speaker the door opened to see Abby was behind the door, "You're the one who called in the work order?" She questioned.

"We need to talk." Abby told her.

Raven rolled her eyes, as she walked into the room. "Look, I told you I'm not gonna say anything, OK?"

Abby turned to her, "I believe you, and you're not in trouble. Follow me." She told her, as she started walking.

"Not in trouble yet, you mean." Raven mumbled as she placed her tools on the table, before following Abby. "This level's off limits for people like me,"

"Not anymore," Abby shook her head, "You know that we sent the hundred down to the ground. What you don't know is why. The ark is dying, Raven. Life support is on it's last legs. I have 10 days to prove that the earth is survivable or they're gonna start reducing population. 320 innocent people will be killed." Abby explained to her.

"I don't get it. Why are you telling me this?" Raven questioned her.

"My son told me to look into your file. You're the youngest zero-g mechanic on the ark in 50 years."

"52, but...so what?" Raven corrected her.

"So..." Abby leaned over and took off the blanket what was hiding a escape pod. "You have 9 days to get this ready so i can survive a drop."

Raven looked at it, as she walked over to it. "God, what a piece of junk. They must have found this thing when they...salvaged MIR-3 in 2102. You want me to get a 130-year-old escape pod ready to stand up to the inferno of re-entry in 9 days?"

"Can you do it or not?" Abby questioned.

Raven touched her necklace, then looked over at Abby, "Hell, yes, I can do it, but I'm going with you. You're not the only one with someone you love on the ground. Those are my terms. Take it or leave it."

Abby nodded, "All right. You can come with me."

Raven smiled, "You got yourself an mechanic." She walked past her, but stopped and turned, "Who's your son?" She questioned.

Abby smiled, "You know him very well....it's your boyfriend."

Earth

"They're back!" Octavia stood up, as she went over to her brother.

Alec and Finn were carrying Jasper into the drop ship, "Is he--"

"He's alive," Alec said, looking at Monty.

"I need boiled water and strips of cloth for bandage." Clarke said.

Bellamy and Murphy were carrying the panther in the blanket and put it on the ground, "Who's hungry?!"

Everyone cheered, as Bellamy pulled his sister into a side hug. Alec walks out of the dropship and leaned against it, as Octavia looks over at him and smiled, she approached him, "I wanna show you something," She pulled him by his arm, and into the butterfly field, "I found it earlier..isn't it beautiful?" She let go of his arm, as  he smiled and looked around at the butterflies.

"Yeah, never seen anything like it.." Alec stopped talking when a butterfly lands on his shoulder, making Octavia step towards him, as she smiled at the butterfly then at him before gazing down at his lips, she goes on her tip toes, and cups his face and planting her lips onto his.

Alec's eyes widen before grabbing onto her waist to pull away, "Octavia...we can't...I'm sorry if I gave you any signals but I have a girlfriend...I'm sorry..."

Octavia looked down and back at him, "I'm sorry...I shouldn't of done that.." She says before walking back into the campsite.

When Alec returned to the campsite, his sister approached him. "Jasper is stable for now. But without medicine..they're taking off their wrist bands for food?" Clarke looked over to see people lined up, as Bellamy was taking off bracelets. "No way. I-I won't do it."

"We don't have to.." Alec says, before walking over to Murphy and leaning down to grab some food.

"What, you think you play by different rules?" Murphy asked him.

"I thought there were no rules." Alec told him, before turning and walking away as Clarke followed behind.
