If Tanishka Brixteen isn't a passionate person, then I'm not sure who is. This girl, who is brimming with self-confidence and stone-turning enthusiasm is all set to take over the world. Well, that's not me but DESTINY - A Business Magazine, in its recent issue about Top fifty young and emerging female entrepreneur column, stated. Rising from the dirt, today Tanishka Ellen Brixteen is not a small name. Instead, this girl has earned this shiny flicker of fame due to her passion, skills, and perseverance. In her recent interview with their team - who spent not a day but a whole week with this rising star - Tanishka told them not only about the ways which helped her to achieve and become what she is today but also the secrets that kept her motivated and assured even in the toughest phase of her life.

At the first meeting, the one damn thing that gets our attention is the level of her seriousness regarding whatever task she does. This twenty-two-year girl is hardworking and quite adaptable. If she was not, well, might not have been achieved this success and definitely would not have been the part of this exclusive issue. Flexibility has been one of the most crucial characteristics of a successful businessmen/businesswomen and of course, Tanishka doesn't disappoint us either. According to her business partner, Anamika Mehta, "The most impressive quality in Tanishka is her immense optimism. I'm a super fan of it. Never - and I can't be more serious about this - never in our five years of partnership I have seen her ready to give up or heard her talking shit about herself, how she isn't good enough or cannot push it anymore." Anamika also shared some of the major projects they have in their hands and how they are trying their super best to give their clients the best-est of their ability.

Not only a businesswoman, but Tanishka is also a family person too. Her dedication and affection towards her family are heart-warming. Being the middle child out of the three siblings, Tani maintains a perfect balance between being a responsible daughter and a sister as well. When we questioned Monisha, Tanishka's youngest eighteen-year-old sister about her, very cheerfully she talked with us. "Tani is the worst singer in the world. Seriously, one should stay away from her in case they have a wish for their ears to bleed. She can fail opera singers, I tell you, with the quality of her singing." With a burst of teasing laughter, she told the Destiny interviewer. "But she is the best sister, that I can tell you with a hundred per cent surety." Later, she added in her answer and told us more about how Tani was financing her further education without any help from her parents.

According to Mrs Vanshika Brixteen - the mother, Tani is quite a stubborn person. Especially, when she had decided on a goal or a task, no matter how big or small they are. Since childhood, she is slightly competitive in nature and looks forward to giving the best shot she can. The girl also tends to take nothing unseriously. And that sometimes becomes that cause of the little stress and headache, that no doubt is quite a basic problem with all age groups nowadays. When it comes to belief and suggestions, Tani is quite an open-minded person. She welcomes almost all the help - even though she believes that God helps those who help themselves - and suggestions because that's a very important requirement to be qualified enough to be able to work in a team. And team spirit to run a company like hers, from a group of two people to now a staff of fifteen, is quite appreciable.

According to Mr Ansh Brixteen, Tani's elder brother, the girl is emotionally quite deep. Maybe self-consciousness doesn't get her, but regrets catch up with her pretty quickly. Especially, when they end up in a loss, no matter personal, professional or financial. The girl is also not afraid of taking the first step, an initiative, and that's quite obvious seeing the two-women company that she founded, which was the sprout of her own smart head. Ansh tells us, "Tani is my younger sister, but I think she is more responsible and sensible than most of the people of her age group. Even after this recent spike of fame, she has earned, I'm quite happy and proud to see that arrogance hasn't touched her so far. She is still that annoying sister of mine, who loves to walk and run barefoot all over the place and catches a cold as soon as the ice cream touches her taste buds. I think she is quite unlucky in that very criteria." And so we believe as well.

BACKSTORY

Tanishka and her siblings had enjoyed a very mellow and conventional middle-class life. With both parents working in the private sector, our girl has learned to stand on her own feet, to take her own decisions from the very childhood. Just like the other two siblings of her. Ansh, the elder brother, married last year after his four years long relationship. Nothing major had been heard about the little sister though, as she recently had passed out from college and now is planning for her further education. Tani, on the other hand, graduated at the age of twenty, and it's quite obvious that even before attaining her degree in business and communication skills, she had already founded - Abhushana, the jewellery design line. Two years back, the Brixteen family rescued a small puppy from their neighbourhood, and after offering the best treatment they could muster, the dog is totally alright and now is adopted by the family itself. Her name is Jolly.

WHY THEY JOINED?

First off, the girl loves beaches and this year when the selection is being held in the privately owned island, seems like an exotic opportunity, any smart person would never let go. Second off, the girl is facing a designer block. A point when she out of all the inspiration, and we all know important that is when it comes to jobs as creative as hers. And lastly, a chance to meet the young royals and witness their lifestyle. To know, what makes them who they are, what are the ways they follow to run the kingdom so smoothly and magnificently. Maybe to learn a trick or two. To make some friends and acquaintances for sure. And of course, there was an urgent vacation pending on her part and if not for her, the family and friends are the ones to kick her out of the home and office. For her, it's a dream that has straight carpet down from the Disney, even though she is the last person to be a fan of it, other than basic entertainment purposes.

Tanishka thinks it would be a memorable experience she definitely is looking forward to. The setup of this whole selection is quite inviting but the reason it's being held on a beach the girl has already started working out to attain that bikini body and lose that extra fat she has gained after her irregular eating orders and working hours. It is definitely going to be eventful and the girl is all set to put her best foot forward.

Tani is a sucker of history and historical monuments, her dream to visit the seven wonders of the world isn't a piece of news for her family but the reason she hasn't witnessed any is definitely a good topic to be shocked about. The list of the places she dreams to visit someday keeps on increasing on the everyday basis and with the patience she has kept so far is commendable. The girl is fond of all flowers but roses, she is allergic to it since the very young age. Loves to sketch and paint, they are basically her favourite hobbies and she pursues them whenever she gets time. Late night snack is definitely on the list, to keep her late night work schedule a bit interesting and something anyone will look forward too. A vacation after a month of hard work seems quite alluring. Chocolates, coffee, home-made food are few things she loves to see on her dining and no matter how much she adores ice cream, she awfully cannot have it.

Hates being ill and unproductive. Sleeping for long hours and talking about senseless topics as well. The girl hates gossiping behind someone's back and absolutely dislikes being disrespected. She has her own voice and thoughts, which she likes to put forward now and then, and in that situation, if one fails in paying attention, gets into her nerves pretty quickly. But the ocean of patients that resided inside her, everything seems to be perfectly balanced. Hates being called a 'slut', no matter how light or funny one's tone is. That actually can never be a well-mannered way to gesture someone with. Hates people who butter a lot, in good times make another feel like a queen and in bad, like complete trash. Cannot withstand any kind of mental or physical abuse, that's absolutely inhuman. Hates the sight of lizard, snakes, rats, flies and even cockroaches.
