Stephen is a very remarkable man. He is humble, polite and an absolute charmer. He is awfully amazing in whatever he does and is never the one to shy away. He is bold and blunt, but he never means to hurt or offend anyone. Intentionally, at least. However, he isn't the one to take anyone's shít either and is not afraid to punch one in the face if they are being nothing but an aßshole. At times, he could be flirty, but he knows his limits too well. He holds a deep respects for his boss and knowing how much faith she has on him, he is always up to not let her down.

When it comes to his profession, Steeve is immensely dedicated, determined and a problem solver. He takes his work way too seriously, and wants everything to be just... perfect. Only to end up exhausting himself, and leaving nothing for his personal life. His communication skills are excellent, very much dependable, and he is trustable at times of total chaos. Steeve takes his responsibilities very seriously and he makes sure /everyone/ does the same.

His personal life is not as successful as hi professional. Two years back, he got divorced from his college sweetheart. The reasons were many. While his wife blamed him for not giving enough time at home, he blamed her for not understanding and unnecessarily creating disturbance at home. Although, the truth was they weren't getting along too well and their lives have been falling apart since the day they found out, his wife cannot bear a baby. He was tense. She was tense. They tried to be each other's back, and support, but things took turn for worst soon after.

BACKSTORY

Steeve was born is an middle class family, he studied and got his education from the best schools and college his parents could muster up. He was the only son of his family, but he did have a sister who is elder to him and was married at the age of 23 and when he was 20. When Steeve turned 26 his mother got really ill. That was the same year he got married to Suzan, his college sweetheart. Initially, his mother herself didn't take her illness seriously, and always told them, she was fine. However, she was not. When things got really messy and she started throwing blood, they realised, her condition was way too bad. Nonetheless, they couldn't save her and she died an year later. It took time, for the family to raise their head after such a breakdown, but with each other's support, they somehow did. By then, Steeve had already started working for Mrs Powell, and she is well aware with the disaster his personal life had always been.
