JULIAN is complex. He is absolutely not what he shows /most/ of the times. However, that doesn't mean he has no fair side as well. Everything depends upon the situation, and his reactions, responses, depends upon the needs and what outcome he desires. The guy is a practised charmer and not the born one. He has learnt his ways himself, and also from his own and people's mistakes. An observant, and smart-headed. To say he is a complex person, there are many reasons to prove that. First of all, he could be a little harder to understand, tough to handle and quite frankly, impossible to resist. He is a flirt, surely, but he has his own ways. If that hasn't been evident enough yet, he is dominant in nature. An advantage seeker. Literally, the one to give no two fuck about what happens with people he has no care for. Definitely not the one to trust someone so easily. Julian takes his time, his own sweet-sweet time to assure himself, that the next person he is talking to is not going to stab him the moment he would turn his back on them.

The guy could be sarcastic as fuck and doesn't usually likes to be bothered when trying his best to mind his own business. But he knows better than to show his annoyance, or make it that obvious. He knows how to play along and is really very seductive when need be. Competitive in nature, but there are times in lives when he too can just be as careless as an ass. However, no matter what happens and keeping aside all his flaws, he is not genuinely a bad person.

Julian has grown a passion for several things. He has fallen for the darkness and has accepted completely who he is and what he is capable of. He could be somewhat arrogant and cocky seldom. But he normally tries not to be rude to others. He is a sweet talker when he wants to, and selfish, who would always save his life first. But, exceptions are surely there for people he cares and who has grown on him with time. Not the person to think twice before using his skills to take someone down. Living in the darkness since so long, he has learnt to survive at any cost. There are no limits he would not cross to claim what he thinks he deserves and has decided once to have. Julian has an anger, he has no control over. He loses his temper very rarely though, but when he does it takes everything by storm. He says nothing after that. No logic could stop him, move him from his determination. But maybe it's not easy to control him when angered, however, he could be calmed down by someone who he cares for, or threatened to harm.

BACKSTORY

Julian was born in a family where both his mother and father were dark casters. And when at a certain age he was claimed to be dark caster too, it wasn't much of a surprise. After him, Julian had three brothers and all of them at their said ages turned out to be a dark caster as well. So, there hadn't been a departure of any family member yet. And because Julian cares for none but himself and his family, he didn't grow to hate everyone like most of the people of dark sides did. He had certain complaints regarding the ignorance the royal had bestowed upon them, and the reason they are so financially and educationally backwards. So whatever the guy had learnt and habits, manners he pursues, are half gained from his family and another half by watching people. Another proof of how observant he could be and always is.

ULTIMATE GOAL

To turn the Royals into the dark caster. If marrying a princess can help him attempt that, he would do it without a single thought. But he is aware of marrying a princess isn't like walking on an empty road. There would a lot of competition and people who would look down at him. But he has decided to show them their place if anyone even dared to mess with him.

Julian has an immense fear of losing his skills, forgetting what he had learnt so far. He could not even imagine seeing himself without such great achievements.
