Peering from afar, this guy never comes out as anything extraordinary. A simple guy from a very basic middle class family trying his best to make the best of out of his life. Quite normal, isn't it? Channing loves being normal, for he had never been an ambitious one in his life. Or plans to be in future. He is just there, breathing, living and trying to feel one among all of his kind. However, looking from up close, Channing is everything but normal. This guy is a pinnacle of emotions he cannot handle, his mind torturously thinking over and over and over about something he didn't want to. Yet there he is, unable to help himself, no matter how much he struggles. The anxious, the confused, and most importantly— the hopeless.

His worst incapability is that he is pathetic in decision making. Even to save his life, he cannot make a decision and be hundred percent sure about it. No matter how many times life drop him into the similar kind of circumstances, he is always indecisive. Which makes his confidence in himself a bit shaky and unreliable. And when confidence seems to dwindle, his ability to think he could be of any help, deteriorates. Channing never wants to feel like he is good for nothing — that's probably the worst feeling he could ever experience — yet he finds himself in quite a dilemma sometimes. Maybe it's just that he's still growing and doesn't completely understands what's going on around, but what he doesn't understand also makes him mad, and even more indecisive than ever. Time and again, standing at the same two ways crossroads and not able decide which one he wants to take.

Even if Chan ends up making a decision, he's clearly never sure about it. And that tends to make him feel even worse. His self-confidence is so sensitive even the littlest of remarks could embaras him. Which he tries to conceal with his frustration and anger. Not afraid of being reckless and violent. At all. The guy could be fairly patient if he wants to be, or could suppress his annoyance somehow. Thankfully though, he usually is able to control himself from unnecessary drama by sidelining himself. For he is too afraid to try and make things better, because of course, he doesn't know what could he practically say or do in order to save the day. But the guy is decent, helpful and probably the one who is doing everything in his power to understand.

FAMILY SITUATION

— Channing grew up in a middle class family, with his father working in a bank and mother being a housemaker.

— He happens to be the middle kid. The eldest being a sister, named Bridget and youngest being a brother, named, Diego.

— Academically, Chan has been always average but he has been keenly participating in marathons and is fairly athletic.

— He was nine when his parents allowed him to pet his first dog. He named him Charlie, after the name of the guy he hated the most in school.

— The guy had had been bullied a bit in school, however, situations thankfully never slipped out of hands.

— When he turned twelve, he fell into a fight with his sister's boyfriend after he saw him abusing her. He punched him the face so many times, the poor guy still has a bruise near his left eye.

— Being violent isn't his first nature, yet the guy had found himself being a part of it more than twice in a year.

— Channing has the history of making incredibly stupid decisions which he is secretly very ashamed of.

— Middle class and an average housing for five members of the family. Although his brother and he shares a bedroom for time being. With future plans to turn the study room into a bedroom for Diego, they just don't have enough money to do so for now.

DREAMS AND VALUES

— Channing has never been the guy with huge ambitious. He is one of those who expects a simple life and wants to earn only that much which would be sufficient to live a comfortable life. But the definition of a 'comfortable' life is still a little blurred.

— Well, coming from a middle class family, this guy has been drowned with family values. The importance of family, religion, the one you love and the need to be protective over everything.

— Because of these values only, I believe, Channing is able to restrict himself from being wild and reckless most of the times. A numb voice lecturing him whenever he is about to lose it, has always kept him on check. And had tried to guide him what's right and wrong. Even though he could never be hundred percent sure about it.
