my submission for arrow_narcissus1 art contest!

     the theme was "summertime sadness", revolving around how you feel now that your childhood has slipped away, so i decided to use my main sona, phoenix, as a way to show that.   here, she sits on a beach, watching the sunset, while a stuffed duck (the symbol of my lost childhood, which ended the day it disappeared from my life forever) sits nearby, almost unseen in contrast to the beautiful sunset before her.
