Minyoon just got to her class.

bored out of her wits, she instinctively reached for her sketchbook,

which was supposed to be in her backpack.

but she felt nothing but empty space.

she pulled her hand out the bag, and panic began to set in.

she grabbed her bag and emptied its contents onto the table,

not caring what others thought of her.

Minyoon went through everything in her bag,

yet her precious sketchbook was nowhere to be seen.

her luck continued to drop

when the professor entered the room.

signaling that class is about to start.

which also meant Minyoon has no way to retrieve her book

until an hour after class was over.

Minyoon sat through class in boredom

and having no choice but to listen to the professor blab on and on about intellectual matters.

oblivious to the guy on the other side of the building,

who was trying to get the book back to her,

but not without taking a quick peek.
