THE PRIVATE JET WAS EMPTY APART FROM SCARLETT AND TOM THAT SAT COMFORTABLY NEXT TO ONE ANOTHER. They were close to landing in Cleveland, where Tom was going to shoot the rest of his new movie for a month or two. Tom didn't ask for his estranged wife to join him, he thought she still wanted space from him, especially after basically temporarily cutting off both their families a few days prior, but no. Scarlett offered, she offered to patch things up, to provide Tom with the love and affection that she failed to give since Christmas Day.

"All these songs I'm releasing as singles, they're part of my new album, ya know." Scarlett nods to Tom, reminding herself that he never really knew that a third album was almost ready to release, just two months to go until she were intended to release the whole thing to the public.

Tom widens his eyes, surprised. "Really? All those songs about Theo you said you'd never use, you're going to use them?" Scarlett shrugs.

"Some of them. Some personal, but some I'd never ever release. Some are about you, too. Most, actually, a lot of my songs tend to have a theme surrounding you." Scarlett giggles, and Tom's shock intensifies, along with some confusion, making him pull a face to Scarlett, asking her why.

"Tom, all my albums are about you, take a hint." Scarlett says bluntly, but Tom was still in deeo thought, making Scarlett cackle at Tom's obliviousness.

"Come on, Holland, think about it! Almost Is Never Enough? I tried to tell everyone I was over you when I wasn't. My first album was a secret love letter to you about how I couldn't possibly reveal my love for you." She rambles, exasperated from her own timeline of music that surrounded Tom. She had to face it: she owed her success to her childhood best friend.

"So what's this album about?" Tom interrupts, a little cheeky in asking, but Scarlett didn't mind answering it now, when she probably would have this time last year.

"That a failed engagement led me to love the person I've wanted to love all my life." She almost whispers, and Tom's smile lights him up like a Christmas tree, grabbing Scarlett into a deep cuddle, attacking her lips with a passionate kiss that told Scarlett that was the right thing to say at that moment.

"I'm so glad I have you back." Tom mumbles into Scarlett's collarbone, giving her a warm feeling in her chest as she stared at the boy snuggled into her, not planning of letting go.

"Why d'ya think I married you, dumbo? I love you more than anyone, and I can't ever love anyone else."
