"Felicity! Wake up!" Stan shouted, throwing her bedroom door open, "We've got some business to attend to."
Felicity shot out of bed, landing on her hardwood floor harshly. She winced, gripping her right elbow,"Ow, ow, ow, ow-"
"Oh, shit. I'm so sorry." Stan apologized, walking over to help pull her off of the ground. "Are you okay?"
"Ow. Yeah, I'm fine, thanks, Stan. Now, what was so important that you had to wake me up at eight in the morning?" She asked, rubbing her elbow where she landed. "It can't be the project, we've already gotten most of the pictures, anyway."
"We-Well, yeah, But Beverly called Bill about an issue she wouldn't say anything about.. who called Ben, who called Eddie, who called Richie, who called me, and then I called you. But you didn't answer so here I am." Stan explained briefly, "Now let's go. Please and thank you."
"Alright, alright. I need to change." Felicity brushed him off as he stood still staring at her. "You know that means you need to leave the room, dear. We aren't in a point in our friendship where you can stay, yet."
Stan's face reddened, "O-Oh! Uh, Right, yes, uh, sorry."
He left the room quickly, allowing Felicity to change from her pajamas into a pair of jean shorts and a yellow tank top.
She grabbed an orange scrunchie, her favorite color, and tied her hair up in a high ponytail.
She pulled on her shoes before pushing the door open.
"Ready to go?" She asked, shutting her bedroom door behind her. "I am."
Stan nodded, "Mhm. Let's go."
Felicity grinned, taking a second to look him up and down, earning a deep blush from him.
"You know, you look real good in blue. Real good. I like it." She complimented with a wink, gently reaching up and fixing his collar.
Stan's face turned a deep red as his heart began to beat faster as he swallowed thickly. At his reaction, Felicity began to regret what she said and she began to scolf herself internally.
"Th-Thanks.." He squeaked, avoiding her eyes, "I like y-yellow on you."
Felicity smiled to herself, "Co-Come on."
You dumb bitch did you just stutter? Ah, shit! What is wrong with you?
He followed her down the stairs, and waved to Felicity's grandma on the way out.
"Where we goin'?" Felicity asked, pushing off with her left foot.
Stan gave her a look, "To Beverly's, obviously."
"Oh, right, duh." Felicity shook her head, "I don't know where she lives."
"Neither do I." Stan laughed. "We're gonna be late."
"Well! Then, this should be fun." Felicity exclaimed sarcastically. "Real fun."
"Anything's fun with you, Fel." Stan muttered, hoping she wouldn't hear him.
Felicity blushed her hands beginning to sweat. "Tha-Thanks, Stan."
~~
"Thanks for coming, guys." Beverly said nervously, "I-I just need to know I'm not crazy."
Felicity pursed her lips, "You aren't crazy, Bev."
Bill nodded in agreement, "Ye-Yea-Yeah. Wh-what is it?"
"It's better if I show you." She trailed off, running a hand through her hair.
"Is it more than we saw at the quarry?" Richie winked. "Because I'm so in if it is."
"Shut up! Just-Just shut up, Richie!" Eddie shouted, rolling his eyes.
"You have no respect!" Felicity groaned, shaking her head.
"I can disrespect you tonight, if you want." Richie smirked, winking and sliding an arm around her.
"Oh, can you?" Felicity joked, "I'd love to see you try."
"I would love to try." Richie smirked.
"No, you can't and you won't!" Stan practically growled, "So, back off."
"Ok-Okay, Stan.." Richie looked away, biting his lip nervously. Felicity blushed as Stan pulled her away.
The others watched this in silence, not sure what to think of this interaction.
"But.. my dad'll kill me if he found out I had.. boys in the apartment." Beverly spoke nervously, as if Stan, Felicty, And Richie's conversation hadn't just happened.
"So-Som-Someone can stay out. Ri-Ri-Richie, stay here." Bill pointed to him.
"Woah, woah, woah, woah, what if her dad comes back?" He asked, his nerves increasing.
"Do what you always do! Start talking!" Stan snapped, his hand on the railing of the stairs.
Felicity let out a loud laugh, causing Stan to smile in satisfaction.
The group, aside from Richie, followed Beverly up to her apartment.
"I have to warn you guys, it's gruesome in there."
"Are you taking us to your bathroom? Because if you are, I just want you to know that most at home accidents happen in bathrooms because that's where all the bacteria and viruses start and-" Eddie began rambling before Felicity cut her off.
"Eddie." She spoke, turning to him and grabbing his arm.
"Yeah?" He looked up at her innocently.
"Stop rambling, you're freaking all of us out."
"Right. Sorry." Eddie nodded, taking a puff of his inhaler.
Bill slowly stepped forward in front of the group, realizing no one else would do it themselves, and slowly pushed the door open.
"Oh, what the hell?" Felicity cringed turning towards Beverly. "Honey, you need some blood thinners!"
Eddie gagged loudly, "I-I knew it!"
"You guys can see it? I-I just thought.. My dad couldn't.. I thought I was crazy!"
"If you're crazy, we're crazy.." Eddie nodded spoke, grimacing as he looked around the room.
"W-We can't le-lea-leave it like this." Bill looked around at them.
Felicity nodded in agreement, "Yeah.. this is.. well, in the nicest way possible.. Sickening."
Bill and Beverly left to get the cleaning supplies, leaving Ben, Stan, Eddie, and Felicity in the bloodied bathroom.
In order to keep her sanity, Felicity focused her attention ot Stan.
"We're gonna hang out after this, yeah?" She asked, spinning the her bracelet on her finger.
"Ye-" He started, but was cut off by the bracelet hitting him in the face.
"Holy, shit! I'm so sorry!" Felicity gasped, trying to cover her laughter as she clasped her hands over her mouth.
Stan leaned down and picked up the bracelet, he looked at her in silence before slipping it onto his wrist. "This is mine now."
Felicity grinned, "That's yours now."
Upon seeing this exchange, Ben leaned over to Eddie, "Are they together?"
"Not yet." Eddie whispered back, tilting his head, "At least.. I don't think so? I'm not sure."
Bill and Beverly reappeared with the cleaning supplies and handed out spunges and scrubs.
"Alright, let's get to work, shall we?" Felicty placed her her hands on her hips as she faced the bloody bathroom.
As the group got to work, the only sound being Felicity's humming of It's a Hard Knock Life and the scrubbing.
Thankfully, the bathroom was cleaned rather quickly and they were on ther merry way.
"So, I was thinking of ice cream? I heard a nice girl works there.. or maybe pizza? Whatcha think?" Felicity asked, gently knocking into Stan with her hips as she dumped out the red water.
Stan laughed, smiling brightly at her, "Ice cream would be great, Fel."
