"Forever & Always (Piano Version)" is a deluxe track from Taylor's sophomore album Fearless. This is a stripped-down version of the song "Forever & Always," which appears on the standard version of the album.

The song talks about a love which is slowly drifting away, and that feeling of knowing you can't do anything except watch it fall apart and wonder why.

The re-recording of this song was released with the rest of the album on April 9th, 2021; and it is considered by some to be the most different when compared to the original 2008 version.
