Next day Manik was getting ready for the tuition. He opened his wallet only to find it empty. Then he looked at the date. It's almost end of the month. But he did not had money to spend in these few days.

He chuckled at his condition and took out some money from his savings and went out. While going he got a call from Nandini. He took the call.

M: Hello.

N: Hello, Manik, am Nandini. I hope you remember.

M: Definietly. How can I forget you. After all no one has given me any offer like you. I won't be able to forget you ever in my life.

N: Thank you for the compliment. I wanted to ask you can we meet?

M: Sorry I can't meet today. I am really busy today.

N: No problem. We can meet tomorrow. When you will be free?

M: At 5 in the Juhu beach. Is that okay?

N: Yeah. Okay then see you tomorrow.

M: hmm.

N: Bye.

After that they hung up the call.

Next day at 5 in the Juhu beach Nandini was sitting in one of the benches. Manik came there and sat beside her maintaining a safe distance.

M: Hello. I hope you are not waiting from long?

N: No, I had heard that you are very punctual so I came a little early so that you don't need to wait for me.

M: I want to clear one thing I have not come here because I am accepting your offer. I have come here to know how do you know so much about me?

N: May be one of your well-wisher. She wanted to help you because you are in such a great problem.

M: Okay. Someone wants to help me in my problem so I should thank her, right?

M: What is your problem?

N: I always have a dream that I will complete my Ph.D from abroad. But my parents won't let me go. They want me to get married and then do further study here only. I also have an offer now. I also don't want to go without my parents approval. In this between they are pressuring me for my marriage. I have done all the formalities. It will take 3 months more to have the visa and all. Till then I need to stop my marriage. For this i need a boyfriend. So that I can tell my parents that this is my boyfriend and I will only marry him but at the right time. We need some time to sort out our life.

Till now Manik was listening to her carefully.

M: Madam, may I ask you a question?

N: Sure.

M: Do you want to go to abroad only for the study or there is any other reason?

N: I knew you are intelligent. You will guess it. So, yes, My boyfriend also lives there and as usual my parents doesn't want me to settle in abroad as I am there only daughter.

M: I was guessing something like this.

N: No wonder. You are very brilliant. I also know you were a very good student.

M: I need sometime to think.

N: But I don't have much time.

M: Don't worry I won't make you wait for long.

N: Okay.

That day Manik came home and started thinking what to do. If he accepts the offer then he will have to tell many lies and also have to betray Nandini's parents. And if he doesn't accept then from where will he get money. He is not able you find a job as well. After thinking a lot he finally took a decision and went to sleep.
