September 1st

     I was so excited, it was finally September 1st, the day I could finally go to Hogwarts. I remembered that Lily promised me a seat on the train. I was all packed up and waiting for the car from the Ministry to pick me up. Only Dumbledore knows my real name and that I am a demigod, the Ministry has no clue.

     "The car is here, you can go now", Tom the landlord says rudely half paying attention. 

     "Whatever", I said not paying attention to him.

     I got into the car and the driver drove off. Once we got there I checked my ticket and it said Platform 9 and 3/4. I turned back to ask the driver where that was but the car was already speeding off. I sighed. I grabbed my luggage which considered my Hogwarts trunk and my owl I got yesterday because I found out we could bring pets. I named her Athena after Annabeth's mother because her sacred animal is an owl. My bags full of clothes were shrunk down by Hagrid so now I had a charm bracelet with 10 charms the shape of bags.

     "How am I supposed to find Platform 9 and 3/4 before 11:00", I yelled around me. 

     People gave me weird looks while some weren't even paying attention and just kept moving. To see I was excited to go to a magic school. In the distance, I saw a head of messy black hair and 2 other people. I recognized him as my brother...and my parents. I looked around to see if I could find another person to help me but there wasn't.

     "Oi Thalia over here", a voice that I recognized as James' said. 

     I looked around to see if there was someone behind me but then I realized that was my fake name. Now I have to go there. I can do this, I thought. I walked towards my parents and my brother. A family reunion, yay.

     "Hey James, could you show me where this Platform 9 and 3/4 is", I asked.

     "You don't know where Platform 9 and 3/4 is", my step-father asked.

     My mother hit him on the back of his head and said, "Weren't you listening when James said she was from America".

     I giggled and said, "It's fine, my friend Percy doesn't listen to anything and is always making the stupidest decisions". I don't even know why I told them that.

     My mom looked at me and said, "Do I know you, you seem extremely familiar".

     "No...I don't believe we have met, I'm Thalia", I said slowly trying to give any information away.

     "To answer your question, you run in between Platforms 9 and 10", my step-dad said.

     "Um...are you sure", I asked.

     "Of course he is, here I'll go first and you follow behind with my parents", James said. Yeah, go ahead, your parents.

     "Okay", I said uncertainly.

     James ran full speed in between the barriers. I closed my eyes not wanting to see him crash. I opened my eyes to see that he disappeared. My mother gave me a push. I sucked in a breath and shut my eyes and ran. I was surprised to see a red train called Hogwarts Express.

     "Impressive isn't it", a voice said behind me.

     "Gggahh", I yelled and jumped back in a hard chest.

     "We have to stop meeting like this love", Sirius said.

     I glared at him and got myself off of him. I turned to see my step-father and James glaring at Sirius. I glared at James for scaring me. 

     "Humph, thank you for telling me to get on the platform, now I'll be going to find Lily", I said crossing my arms. 

     This caught James's attention, "Where-where is my Lily-flower".

     "James honey she said she was gonna find Lily not point out where she is", my mother said. 

     James looked disappointed. It was no secret that he was in love with Lily, everyone knew. "Oh, can you tell me where she is when you find her"?

     "Fine as long as you promise not to scare me like that", I commanded.

     James rolled his eyes but agreed anyway. I narrowed my eyes at him and with my head up high I went to find Lily and Alice. I walked past the compartments when I found a red-head. 

     I knocked on the window and said, "Hey can I join you". 

     Lily squealed and hugged me knocking the air out of my lungs. "Your here", she yelled.

     "Lily dear, I think she is getting a little green", the blond beauty said. 

     She finally let me go. "Thank you", I said to the blond.

     "It's no problem, she always gets like that, by the way, I'm Marlene but everyone calls me Mars", she answered.

     "I'm Mary, who are you", a girl with brown hair and blue eyes said.

     "Well it's nice to meet you, Mary and Mars, I'm Thalia, and before you, ask I am for Ilvermorny in America", I answered.

     "Well why don't you come to sit", Alice said.

     We talked and I told them I go to a summer camp in the summer. I found out that Alice has a boyfriend named Frank Longbottom. I could tell they were in love with each other. Mary had a crush on Remus. Wow, they would look good together. Mars had a boyfriend named Fabian Prewett who apparently had a twin brother named Gideon and his girlfriend Dorcas Meadows. They had an older sister named Molly who married Authur Weasley and has 2 sons right now.

     "My Lily-flower", James said barging into our compartment dramatically. We all rolled our eyes. Then he stared at me. "You said that you would tell me where she was".

     "Did I, I don't seem to have remembered", I said smirking.

     "Yes you did", He said.

     Before I could answer Lily said, "What do you want".

     "Only for you to go on a date with me", James said hopefully.

     "No, I will not go on a date with you toerag", Lily said her face turning red.

     "But I thought we had something special, I'm dying", James said holding his heart and collapsing on the ground.

     Lily got up from her seat and marched to James and kicked him in the stomach. She had a look of guilt on her face but quickly covered it with her angry face.

     "Lily-", He didn't get to finish because Sirius and Remus pulled him away back to their compartment with Peter following behind.

     "Don't talk about him", Lily said after she calmed down. 

     Mars shrugged and said, "We should get our robes on, we're almost at Hogwarts".

     We shut the blinds and changed into our robes. There was nothing awkward about it. After we changed they told me about the houses and their personality traits. They said even if I end up in a different house we could still be friends.

     The train came to a stop and Mary said, "We're here".

     I looked out the window, "Woah, it's so beautiful".

     They told me we have to go to the carriages. I saw a black skeleton creature pulling them. "What that", I asked pointing at the creatures.

     "You can see them, they are Thestrals, only people who have seen death can see them, I saw my grandmother die", Alice answered.

     "I saw my sister die", I said because Thaila did die before she was turned into a tree, I also saw many demigods die this past year because of the great war coming up.

     "I sorry, I should've asked", Alice said.

     "It's alright, you didn't know", I said.

     We got to the castle and the girls went to the red and gold table which I guessing is the Gryffindor table. A tall woman by the name of Minvera McGonagall pulled me aside saying I would be sorted last. After all the first-years were sorted I heard more speaking.

     "Now we have a transfer student this year, Thalia Olympus", the old man with the long silvery beard said. I was happy they didn't use my real name.

     I went to sit on the stool and Professor McGonagall placed the hat on my head. I wasn't expecting it to speck so you could imagine my shock when it said, "Ahh a demigod, I have never sorted one before".

     "Then how do you know how I am", I thought to the hat.

     To my surprise, she answered, "I may be an old hat but I do know of Lady Hecate, she is the one who enchanted me". "Now where shall I place you, you are a strong leader...hmm...very cunning but also brave and daring...I know..."
