I had agreed to be the Chaser of the Slytherin Quidditch team. Some of the players gave me a look of disgust because I was the only girl on the team but I don't care. It's their loss anyway, Rufus Winickus, I think is the captain, but he is a bit too nice for my liking. Right now I was heading to the Griffindor table to tell Lily and the others that I was the Chaser.

     "Lily, Alice, Mary, Mars", I yelled skipping towards them.

     "What's got you in a good mood", Mars asked.

     "You won't believe it", I said mysteriously.

     "Believe what", Mary said.

     "Guess who the Chaser of the Slytherin Quidditch team is, I am", I said jumping in my seat.

     "But Quidditch is dangerous", Lily said concerned.

     "Ignore her, that's great, I one of the Chasers for the Griffindor Quidditch team", Mars said.

     "Well then I guess I have competition besides James", I smirked.

     "Who's got competition", Siri said out of nowhere, wait Siri nope, ew.

     I ignored him and went to sit next to Remus who was reading a book but his expression showed that he was amused.

     "Remmy do you have any chocolate", I asked innocently, I had found out his obsession with chocolate.

     "Remmy, chocolate, what else you 2 are going to kiss", Sirius screeched like a little girl.

     Mars gave me a 'told you' look. I rolled my eyes, there is no way in hell that Sirius has a crush on me.

      "And what if I do kiss her", Remus said boldly.

     My eyes widened.

     "Nope, nada not happening, none of you are going near her", James said cutting in.

     "W-why she's p-pretty", Peter strutted.

     "Peter Pettigrew, she is off-limits that's it", James growled.

     "Why because you want her all to yourself", Sirius said.

     "No, because she is my-wait what is she to me", James tried to figure out.

     "Okay, well since Halloween is coming up and Bella and Cissy really don't understand what Halloween really is, I want to throw a Halloween party", I said.

     "Don't speak the names of my disgraceful cousins", Sirius said.

     "Well too bad, they're my best friends", I said.

     "What is o' so Halloween all about", Sirius said mimicking my voice in a very weird way.

     "Well you dress up in costumes-", I started.

     "Then you around door to door saying trick-ot-treat-", Mars said.

     "Then you collect candy", Mary said.

     "Finally you spook your friends", Lily finished.

     James looked surprised, "Did you guess plan that".

     The girls and I burst out laughing.

     "No, we didn't plan that at all, it's kinda creepy", Lily said.

     "Okay, so I was thinking that the Halloween feast still goes on but we all dress up in costumes and party", I said then added glaring at the Marauders, "No Firewhiskey".

     Lily told me that James always brings Firewhiskey, an alcoholic drink to parties.

     "Why do you dress up in costumes", James asked.

     "Because it's fun, now stop asking questions and help me plan", I said.

     "Mars, you and Fabian should do a group costume with Gideon and Dorcas", Mary suggested.

     "Nice idea Mary, I'll go tell them everything about the Halloween party, wait for nevermind their coming thii\s way", Mars said getting up to meet Fabian.

     When they came over the twins introduced themselves first, "I'm Fabian, but we already meet".

     "And I'm Gideon, his twin".

     "I'm Dorcas Meadowes, Gideon's girlfriend", a girl with dark skin, brown eyes, and black hair said.

     "Hello, Dorcas, I'm Thalia", I said nicely.

     "I know", she said.

     I narrowed my eyes but didn't say anything.

     "So we overheard that you are planning a Halloween party, we are great at planning, especially pranks", the redhead twins said.

     "So basically you're asking me if you can do a prank", I said.

     "Why would you think that", they said together again.

     "Yeah, we are the best pranksters, Hogwarts has ever seen", James and Sirius said cockily.

     "Fine then The Battle of The Pranks must go on again", the twins said.

     Lily and the girls facepalmed.

     "What is The Battle of The Pranks", I whispered to Alice.

     Alice pinched her nose and said, "The Battle of The Pranks happened in our 3rd year, the Marauders and the Prewett twins pranked all of Hogwarts making us choose which of their pranks were the best".

     "I feel bad for you", I said.

     "Actually you aren't the best pranksters", Dorcas said.

     "Okay then who is", Remus asked.

     "The Nightly Terror, remember the ones that pranked the Marauders", she answered.

     I smirked, I still may not like her but Bella, Cissy, and I did put a good prank on them. They deserved it anyway.

     "What are you smirking at", Mary asked.

     "Nothing, I just figured out what I am going to be for Halloween", I lied.

     "Really what", Alice said.

     "I can't say in front of them", I said, I had been planning this for a while.

     "Okay so do you all agree to help", I asked.

     "YES", James and Sirius yelled.

     "Yeah", Remus said.

     "Yes mam", Fabian and Geodien said.

     "We're in", Lily, Alice, Mary, and Mars said.

     "Y-yes", Peter stuttered.

     "Yeah I guess because I have to", Dorcas said rolling her eyes.

     I glared at her, "Well if you don't then what are you doing here".

     "Ladies, ladies let's not fight", Remus said cutting in.

     I gave him the stink-eye.

     "Okay well, the Marauders will be in charge of decorating the Great Hall, Prewett twins and Dorcas are in charge of the food, Mary, Alice, and Mars are in charge of the invitations, and Lily and I are going to convince Dumbledore if we can have the party", I said spitting Dorcas's name like it was venom.

     "Fine", Dorcas said dragging the twins away, Mars followed them.

     "Alright Lily, let's go", I said getting up.

     We walked to the Headmaster's office but I didn't know where it was so Lily lead the way. When we made it to the entrance there was a gargoyle. We were on the 7th floor, so there weren't any students near here. 

     Lily groaned, "We need the password to enter".

     "Well what does he use as his password usually", I asked.

     "The last time I was here it was 'lemon drops' but I don't know if that will work", Lily said.

     "Well try it", I said.

     "Lemon Drops".

     Nothing happened.

     "Ms. Evans, Ms. Olympus, what can I do for you this fine morning", said a voice from behind us.

     It was Albus Dumbledore the Headmaster of Hogwarts Witchcraft and Wizardry.

     "Well Professor, we wanted to ask permission about something", Lily said.

     He waited.

     "Well, I want to throw a Halloween party like in the muggle world where we dress up in costumes and eat candy", I said.

     "Well, I don't see why not", Dumbledore said. "You 2 are a curious combination of friends, a Slytherin and a Griffindor".

     "House doesn't matter Professor, we met at Madame Malkins", Lily said.

     I nodded agreeing.

     "Well we will be going", I said. 

     As we were walking to meet the others Lily said, "The next Hogsmead weekend is next week so we can go shopping if you want to because we dragged you away last time, it's okay if you're not f-".

     I cut her off, "Lily of course I'll come, I might bring Andy because we both know she doesn't believe in the whole pureblood thing".

     Lily giggled.

     When we got to the Great Hall they said, "So".

     "We got permission", I smiled.

     They started jumping up and down celebrating except Dorcas who rolled her eyes.
