## . .◜﹫ BACKSTORY OVERVIEW ━ when byunghun was growing up , he was always listening to screaming from his parents. they argued all the time , and instead of getting a divorce earlier on , which byunghun sometimes thought would have been the better option , they stayed together until both of their children were eighteen. they didn't want to deal with the stress of coparenting , child support , etc. byunghun grew up being very close to his brother , especially since they were so close in age , and he would often have to cover his brother's ears or distract him from their loud arguments.

he couldn't wait to graduate and move out , but he didn't know what he wanted to do with his life after school. with the rise of the 2nd gen of kpop while he was about to graduate , he looked up to a lot of those artists , as well as some rappers from america that he would listen to. he admired them so much that it inspired him , wanting to be looked up to like that someday as well. so , right when he graduated , he moved himself to seoul , and auditioned for a few different companies. kiss entertainment had accepted him the fastest , even though they were a brand new company with not much money , byunghun was told he had a lot of potential , and would soon help his group rise to the top.
