you can make a maximum of 2 ocs to apply with and make sure they stay true to the reserved slot! the age range for characters will fall between 2003 and 2005. you can have a maximum of 2 years between your face claim and your character, but no making minors into adults or vice versa. only celebrities may be used as face claims.
