It was almost impossible to stop that sinking feeling from reserving, she hadn't felt it in so long, it almost felt forgein.

The phone kept buzzing, the bright screen almost blinding you up. Your friends and siblings calls and texts didn't go unnoticed. Just ignored.

"Can I sit?"

Looking up from the screen, you whiped your tears away. Brows furrowing at the noirette holding two shakes while standing next to the table.

"Sure."

Taking the seat across from you, she slides you a cup, "Strawberry sprinkles is your favourite, right?"

Smiling softly at the girl, you took the straw inbetween your fingers, taking a small sip.

Having her smile back, the heavy weight on your chest suddenly doesn't feel as heavy anymore.

Drinking milkshake after milkshake, sharing story after story. On that ambiguous friday evening - over milkshakes - she casually mentioned she's bisexual.
