Sungyong and his gang had taken them to a karaoke bar, and the two girls were sat down on a sofa at the back of the room, the leader on Miyeon's side, and another boy beside Jugyeong.

Their arms were still linked, and the both of them were clearly terrified. "Give me that." Sungyong said, but without even letting Miyeon hand it to him, he had dragged her phone out of her pocket.

After forcing her to unlock it, he had gone onto her contacts and tapping onto the number they had expected him to. The phone on speaker, he leaned closer to the two girls as it rang.

"Hey, Seojun." Sungyong began. "You must've picked up right away because it's your girlfriend."

Miyeon's brow furrowed and she glanced over at Jugyeong, who seemed just as confused as she was.

"Han Seojun, I'll be waiting. Both her and her little friend - what was her name.. Im Jugyeong, will be here with me. So hurry up over here. I miss you." He teased, before hanging up the phone and standing up, placing it at the opposite end of the table, talking with his friends for a moment.

"What should we do?" Miyeon asked, moving closer to Jugyeong and lowering her voice, gaze flickering from the boys over to the door. "And I'm sorry I got you dragged into this - I was running from them with Seojun last karaoke time so they must have figured things out, incorrectly of course."

Before Jugyeong could reply, Sungyong walked back over, a cigarette between his lips and a lighter in his hand, sitting at the end of the table and flicking it towards the girls, who jumped back in surprise.

"What do you want to do until your boyfriend gets here?" He asked, flicking it in the way of Miyeon, whose heart jumped in her chest and shivers ran down her back..

"I don't have a boyfriend." Miyeon replied, words coming out far less confident than they usually would, then flame still flickering up and down. "And why did you force her to come with? If I'm apparently Seojun's girlfriend then why have you dragged an innocent bystander along as well?"

"Oh, you don't?" Sungyong ignored her questions, scoffing at her reply to his. But before he could say anything else, one of his friends dragged him to join in with the karaoke.

The boys seemed distracted enough, and Miyeon watched as Jugyeong carefully pulled out her phone, leaning to the side and turning the brightness down. Moments later and she had video called Sooa, leaning the phone against the couch so the girl could get a proper look.

She seemed to get the message and hung up, Jugyeong hiding her phone again and glancing at Miyeon. "Good idea.. now we just wait." The Hwang girl nodded, clutching her arm tighter than before.

It seemed easier said than done, and time dragged on in the room of flashing lights and loud music. Whether it was Sooa or Seojun, they didn't know, but they would get there - someone would, sooner or later.

Sungyong sauntered over, sitting down between the two girls and swinging an arm over each of their shoulders. Miyeon shifted uncomfortably, shivering when she felt the bully squeeze her shoulder.

And not more than a second later and the door burst open, the singing coming to a stop as a boy entered the room, searching it until his eyes rested on the two girls.

"Who's this? You're not the guy I called." Sungyong looked far from impressed, and Suho met Miyeon's eyes, watching as she jerked her head in Jugyeong's direction.

"Im Jugyeong." He said

"Lee Suho?" Jugyeong gazed up at him, and Sungyong finally let go of their shoulders, standing up.

"Oh, wait." He began. "He's the guy that followed us last time." Sungyong said, pointing over at Suho as his friends also recognised him.

And without sparing even a moment, Suho jumped a crossed the table and pushed him down on the sofa, Miyeon and Jugyeong standing up out of the way.

"What are you doing?" Sungyong yelled, only for Suho to punch him, attempting to several times more as Sungyong's friends tried to pull him off, only resulting in them falling back.

Miyeon and Jugyeong stumbled backwards as more of Sungyong's friends tried to pull Suho off of him, turning when they heard the door open again.

"It's Han Seojun!" The boy in the red and blue coat pointed, as Seojun walked in, pulling his bag from his shoulders and getting right into the fight as Sungyong's friends tried to attack him.

He dodged their attacks, punching one of the boys as he approached Suho, pulling the Lee boy off of him - but Suho was still punching him, and as soon as Seojun managed to drag him off, he was punching one of Sungyong's friends, Seojun letting go.

His eyes landed on Jugyeong and Miyeon in the corner, the both of them watching in horror at the scene. As Suho took on various others, Seojun turned around, grabbing Sungyong's collar and punching him.

"What's your problem?" Sungyong yelled as Seojun punched him again, Suho jumping over the table as one of the boys neared the two girls, pinning one of the bullies down against the table as he tried to punch him.

Grabbing a tambourine, Jugyeong leaned over and hit one of the boys in the head as they approached, jumping back in shock at what she had done

As Suho pushed that boy onto the ground, standing back up to throw water as three of them tried to get him.

"We're here!" A shout came from the door, and everyone froze to see Sooa, Soojin and Taehoon running in.

Using this as a distraction, Seojun threw Sungyong against the sofa and turned around to Miyeon, grabbing her wrists and looking concerned, fingers brushing against her skin as the bracelet circling it swung slightly from the movement.

"You're okay, right?" He asked, slightly breathless. "They didn't hurt you or anything?"

"No - not unless you count a lighter going far too close to my hair." Miyeon replied, the grateful smile on her face faltering as she saw his gaze drift over to Jugyeong for just a moment, then looking back to her.

"Good." Seojun said, before his grip loosened and turned back to the fight, Soojin, Sooa and Taehoon having joined in.

Jugyeong and Miyeon found themselves pushed together as they watched Sooa jump on a boy's back, pulling on his hair as Taehoon shoved a bucket over his head, the boy eventually pulling it off and Taehoon punching him.

"Nice one!" Sooa squealed, high-fiving her boyfriend as the bully fell to the floor, splitting up as a boy in an orange and blue coat came for them, stumbling on his feat and tripping over one of his friends.

Suho was stood in front of the two best friends, who had ended up backed into a corner again. Miyeon took a step back as the boy in the blue and read tried to punch him again, and felt the back of her legs hit the sofa and she slid down into it, shaking.

The boy in the orange and blue had scrambled up from the floor, heading towards Miyeon and Jugyeong, only to be intercepted by Seojun hitting him with a hook, and Suho punching him, grabbing his arm and flipping him over onto the table with a crash.

And it seemed with that, the fight was over.

Trembling, Miyeon slumped back in her chair, exhausted. How could wanting to take her friend out for a drink have led to something like this?

And if she had just looked up, she would have seen Seojun looking at Jugyeong in a way that only she had seen before.
