Once Seojun and Miyeon had split up to go and get changed, the Hwang girl made her way back to the classroom, sitting down and scrolling mindlessly through her phone as she waited for some of her friends.

Soojin and Sooa joined her not long after, and Jugyeong was the last to arrive - although it wasn't in the calm manner that they had expected. Instead, she seemed to be worried about something.

Sooa and Miyeon glanced at each other as the Im girl hovered around the back of the classroom, searching under things and all over the floor, a look of utter concern on her features. Nodding slightly, the Choi girl got up out of her seat and walked to the back of the classroom, Miyeon turning around in her seat.

"What's wrong?" Sooa asked. "Are you looking for something?"

"Gosh.." Jugyeong breathed out, hand reaching for her collar and pinching at thin air. "I think I've lost my necklace." The Hwang girl's eyes widened, looking over to Suho - who was already watching and appeared just as worried. "Where did I put it? I don't think I took it off."

"The one you have on every day?" Sooa asked, Jugyeong nodding. "When did you last see it?"

"I definitely had it on this morning." The Im girl confirmed, hand still raised to her neck.

"Maybe the clasp has gone all weird?" Miyeon tried to think of reasons as she stood up out of her chair. "It could have caught of your jumper whilst you were changing."

"Yeah - maybe it got loose during PE?" Sooa continued, agreeing almost feverishly with what Miyeon was saying.

"You think?" Jugyeong drank in the words of the other two, beginning to sound helpful.

"Come on, we'll help you." Miyeon took Jugyeong's arm, the three of them rushing back to the changing rooms so they could try and find poor Jugyeong's necklace.

They spent as much time as they could looking, but eventually Jugyeong insisted that Miyeon and Sooa go home and that she would look for it just a little longer before returning home herself.

Jugyeong continued to text her about it throughout the night, telling her that she had enlisted Seojun to help before he left to return home as well, and from Suho, Miyeon knew that he was helping as well. It seemed that the Im girl had really lived up to her promise of staying at school until she found it, the messages continuing well after dark.

Miyeon made sure to keep encouraging her, and offer her own searching efforts every so often - but she continuously denied them, insisting that it would be unfair for her to come and look with her.

But instead, Miyeon visited Eunjoo for dinner, returning once more to the neighborhood that she had visited when she was still staying with Suho. The housekeeper had been absolutely delighted to see the girl, rushing her inside and sitting her down at the table almost instantly.

"If I had known you were coming I would've been prepared!" Eunjoo rushed around. "Mrs Song just down the hall has gotten a kitten and her son and daughter have been chasing it around all evening. In fact, the son goes to your school, and he went to your middle school."

"Middle school?" Miyeon repeated, her thoughts turning and putting the puzzle together in seconds. "Hyunwoo lives in this apartment building?" She exclaimed, as Eunjoo placed several dishes down on the table and sat in front of her.

"Ah, so you do know him. He seems sweet - but he isn't in his class, is he?" Eunjoo continued, as she began to place food in Miyeon's bowl for her - she knew the girl in front of her so well that she knew all of her favourites. "I apologise for it not being fresh, it's just a few leftovers from when they came over the other night."

"Eunjoo - I've been going on a few dates with Hyunwoo." Miyeon admitted, and the woman very almost dropped the dish in her hands. "He introduced himself a couple weeks before the accident and since then we've been spending time together."

"What would you know - you're the mystery girl that his mom was telling me about the other night." Eunjoo was so shocked that she had frozen and Miyeon had to pry the dish out of her hands. She said that he wasn't telling her your name - oh she'll be so happy to hear."

"Please - please don't tell her." Miyeon quickly jumped. "He's really sweet and I really like him, but my feelings are a bit complicated right now."

"Complicated? Oh Miyeon, what's happened." Not only did Eunjoo know what Miyeon's favourite foods were, but the woman could see straight through the girl that she had watched grow up.

"I.." There was no use lying, and Miyeon needed to tell someone that wasn't Suho. "I.. sort of also have feelings for Seojun," - Eunjoo gasped - "And he kissed me.. and since then we've been acting like it never happened but I liked him before and everything is just incredibly confusing and I have no idea what to do!"

Instantly, Eunjoo was by her side and offering her comfort, throwing her arms around the girl. And as the evening continued, the Choi woman gave Miyeon as much support as she possibly could, all whilst filling the girl's stomach.

And as darkness fell, Miyeon was sent on her way back home - but she was taking a detour. Jugyeong's neighborhood wasn't too far away from there, which meant that Prince Comics was nearby.

During Miyeon's stay in the hospital besides Seojun and Suho, Eunjoo had bumped into Lee Mihyang. And with that, it came to Eunjoo's knowledge that Gowoon was working at the shop. And so Miyeon had been sent to take some food to her.

It wasn't a long walk, and with the bag swinging in her hand, Miyeon made her way there. Relatively quiet, the Hwang girl's head was filled with a voice that she hadn't expected to see there - Park Semi's.

She didn't quite here what the girl was saying to the two others who seemed to follow her around, but as Miyeon stepped out of the street, it appeared that she wasn't the only one who had heard it. Han Seojun was stood across from her.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, Miyeon pointing over to the store in which his sister worked. "You're here to get a comic?" Seojun looked like he was in total disbelief.

"No, idiot." Miyeon held up the bag. "Eunjoo sent me over with some food for Gowoon. But forget that - what the hell is she doing here?"

"That's what I want to know." The Han boy replied. "Leave the food here, if it's warm I'll take it home and sort it for her." He watched as she tucked the plastic bag under the bench. "Now come on." Seojun reached out for the second time that day and took Miyeon's hand, pulling her along after the three bullies.

"Gosh it stinks." One of them complained as they walked over to Jugyeong's house, the very familar street passing by. "What a filthy neighborhood."

"Park Semi." Seojun caught the two of them up with the bullies, letting go of Miyeon's hand as he confronted them. The three girls turned around, expressions dropping when they saw Seojun. And Semi's acquired a rather disgusted look as she saw Miyeon beside him.

But she decided to ignore the Hwang girl. "Han Seojun?" She asked, the only indication of her noticing Miyeon was her eyes flickering over to the girl momentarily.

Shaking his head, Seojun sighed. "What are you doing here?" He asked. And without a moment of hesitation, Seojun was dragging Semi by the wrist into an alleyway, letting go and the momentum causing her to fall against the wall.

Not particularly looking to get into a fight with the girls, Miyeon refrained from even going near them, instead leaning against the wall just a little further on, meeting Seojun's eyes and nodding slightly when she saw his expression.

"My gosh!" Semi hissed, clutching her wrist. "Han Seojun!"

"Why do you want to meet Jugyeong?" Seojun ignored her pitiful cries, heading straight back into the questioning.

"I haven't seen her in a while, so I wanted to catch up." Semi replied, trying to pull an innocent expression together.

"You wanted to catch up?" Seojun repeated.

"Bullshit." Miyeon stood up a little, a look of disdain in Semi's eyes as she looked over at the girl.

"It turns out I know her." Semi smiled maliciously as she hurried to pull her phone out of her pocket. Holding it up, the screen lit up to show a picture, Miyeon moving around to get a proper look. And it wasn't a picture of Jugyeong now, but instead of how she was at her old school.

Miyeon was beginning to regret her promise to not get herself too involved in this, her eyes filling with worry and flickering over to Seojun.

"What about it?" He asked.

"Can't you tell? She is Im Jugyeong." Semi continued, laughter spilling from both her lips and the bullies beside her. Seojun's gaze once again landed on the photo, remaining there for even longer this time.

"I guess they don't recognise her." One of Semi's friends laughed. "Has she really changed so much that you didn't even know it was your best friend?" She teased, looking over at Miyeon.

"Oh I knew. I've known since the day you were trying to bully her in the burger shop." Miyeon replied, Semi's eyes widening as she realised she couldn't exactly hold this over her head, instead turning their efforts back to Seojun, who was still staring at it.

"What's wrong? Are you shocked?" Semi asked. "She totally fooled me too."

"Why are you showing me this?" Seojun's voice was just as monotone as ever when dealing with the girl, not letting it show whether it shocked or upset him - or even if he had any reaction to it at all.

"Because I was worried about you." Semi replied, Miyeon stiffling a laugh. "If you knew about her past, you never would've dated her. She used to buy dumplings for me back at our school. She was a complete loser. She doesn't deserve to date a guy like you."

"I personally think she's prettier than a brat like you." Seojun replied, and a smile broke across Miyeon's features. She hadn't known what she was expecting - but she knew it was nothing like Seojun to base his relationship with someone solely upon looks.

"What? Are you defending her because she's your girlfriend?" Semi couldn't help but look shocked, as iif she had never experienced something as confusing as this before then. "Are you blind? Are you both blind?" She dragged Miyeon back into it.

"She's pretty thanks to her makeup." One of her friends chimed in.

"Is that okay with either of you?" The other asked.

"Come on. She looks so ugly with no makeup on. What is wrong-" Semi was goading him and he knew it, and the Hwang girl jumped out of her skin as Seojun pulled the phone out of Semi's hand and sent it crashing down to the floor.

"Hey! Han Seojun!" The phone was completely broken.

"I can't control my anger whenever I see school bullies because it reminds me of my friend." Seojun said, Miyeon swallowing when she remembered exactly who. "You made her buy you dumplings? If I ever catch you bullying other students, I swear things won't be pretty."

And with that, Seojun pushed the girl in the pink coat away and turned to Miyeon, jerking his head in the other direction and walking off. Glancing up at the three girls, who were beginning to scramble for the phone parts, Miyeon looked down by her feet.

A big part of the broken phone sat there, and wracking her brains back to one of the computing classes her dad asked her to take a while ago, Miyeon recognised a few pieces. And although she doubted that anything would be able to be recovered from it anyways, the girl lifted her heal and broke it even further, crushing the plastic.

Then, she followed after Seojun, school bag swinging by her side.
