Suho had told Soojin about dating Jugyeong, and he had told Miyeon not long afterwards, who had subsequently told Seojun just before Sooa pulled her along to go to lunch.

"Kang Soo saved us seats." The Choi girl was saying as she, Taehoon, Jugyeong and Miyeon made their way over to the usual table they sat at. Jugyeong was still acting strangely, but Miyeon hadn't gotten the opportunity to ask her why just yet.

"There she is!" Taehoon pointed out, spotting Soojin just a little further down than they usually were. The four of them sat down opposite Soojin in the spare seats, and when Miyeon looked up, and saw the new girl in front of them.

Glancing hesitantly over at Jugyeong, she had a similar reaction to that morning upon seeing her for the first time.

"Soojin." Sooa was eyeing the new girl as well. "Who is she?" Her eyes flickered over to Miyeon who only shrugged.

"Oh, this is Hyemin." Soojin replied, placing an elbow on the table and leaning on her chin. "We have a class together, so I invited her to join us."

"I see, hi!" Sooa replied, Taehoon also greeting her and Miyeon trying not to let Jugyeong's reaction cloud her opinion and also said hello. "You don't seem familiar though, did you transfer? From which school?" Sooa continued to ask and Taehoon began to shovel down his food.

Soojin was staring straight as Jugyeong, head tilting as she replied; "Yongpa High School."

"Is that so." Jugyeong nodded, trying to look a little less like a deer in the headlights of a car.

"What? Another student from Yongpa High?" Sooa repeated. "Miyeon, Jugyeong, the bullies that dragged you away were from that school too. Unbelievable."

"Ah, don't remind me." Miyeon tried to make her worry for Jugyeong not so obvious, looking over to Sooa with a hesitant smile. "That was awful." She turned to Hyemin in an attempt to be friendly. "Are you glad you transferred?"

"I... yes." Hyemin nodded, sounding quite timid and keeping her face tilted down to her plate, barely even looking up.

Watching the exchange, Soojin turned to Jugyeong once more. "Jugyeong, you transferred schools as well, right? From which one?"

Miyeon narrowed her eyes. The question was rather odd - not in itself but because of the person it came from. Soojin knew something, and the Hwang girl was betting that it wouldn't be anything good.

"Wait, did you never tell us?" Soojin continued, playing with her chopsticks and twisting them around her finger.

"You're right. I don't think I caught that either." Sooa frowned as she looked over at Jugyeong. "What school did you transfer from."

"Well.. my old school is quite far away from here." Jugyeong replied and shifting in her seat, clearly full of nerves.

"Hey." Hyemin said. Miyeon's eyes flickered over to the girl, glancing to Soojin and seeing a small smirk playing on her lips. "Don't you know me?" She asked. "There was a girl named Im Jugyeong at my old school. You look a lot like her."

The others were gazing at the two in wonder, and Miyeon seemed to get an idea of what was going on. And it was cruel, especially if Soojin knew it as well.

"Really?" Sooa asked, chewing a mouthful of food before swallowing it and continuing. "Jugyeong, did you transfer here from Yongpa High?"

"No." Jugyeong resumed a more confidence tone and stance. "I don't know you. I don't care how much we look alike, I'm not from Yongpa High, so don't be mistaken."

"Oh.. I see." Hyemin stuttered slightly, turning the slightest bit pink. "Sorry."

"There's no need to be that harsh." Sooa frowned.

"Excuse me. My stomach's acting up." Jugyeong said, before standing up and leaving, the eyes of al those around her following her out.

"She must be really sick." Sooa sounded confused, and seeing their expressions at Jugyeong's words, Miyeon decided to do a little damage control.

"She doesn't mean anything by it." The Hwang girl sat up a little, glancing around with a shrug. "We just don't really have any good memories of certain students from Yongpa High. It's nothing against you." Miyeon reassured Hyemin with a smile, Sooa nodding.

"Ah, yes. That makes sense." Sooa nodded, digging into her food once more. "I don't think being dragged to a karaoke place would give you a good impression of the school."

Miyeon smiled, glad that Sooa knew what she was talking about. And it wasn't entirely a lie - it hadn't left them with a positive view of the school, and whilst it was only a small group of students it was still a memory that sat with them as something awful.

Their lunch was ate quickly after that, and Miyeon joined Sooa and Taehoon as they walked back to class. Soojin seemed pretty intent on being Hyemin's friend, and whether that was good intentions or bad, it meant that she hadn't joined the three of them.

"Hwang Miyeon!" Twisting around just as they were about to enter the classroom, the three of them saw Hyunwoo making his way towards them.

Sooa squealed and hurried Taehoon into the classroom, leaving Miyeon outside and waiting for the Song boy to stop beside her. "Hey." She smiled up at him, although her heart was pounding in her ears and the guilty feeling was beginning to return.

"Long time no see." Hyunwoo replied, tugging his hand through his curls and pushing his glasses up his nose, dimple appearing on his cheek as he grinned. "How are Suho and Seojun? I heard they got discharged and are back today."

"That's right." Miyeon nodded. "They got out a few days ago and we went to visit Seyeon's grave just yesterday. It seems being in an accident together as caused them to become friends again."

"So it seems." Hyunwoo said. "How about a walk, I think we have a few minutes before classes begin again?"

Miyeon hesitated, before nodding and arranging a proper smile on her face. "Yeah, I think that's a good idea. Now quick - I can feel Sooa watching my every move."

And with her agreement, Hyunwoo pulled Miyeon down the corridor and away from the classroom where several people were watching. They kept walking at an easy pace towards the staircase, turning down a corridor and heading past various other classrooms.

One which included someone who filled Miyeon's stomach with guilt, their eyes meeting through the glass and an attempted smile shared before she continued onwards.

The pair settled on a bench not too far from where Hyunwoo originally approached her that day, the Song boy pulling a book out of his back pocket. "I saw you eyeing it in the shop the other day. But you chose to get another one, so I brought it for you." He explained.

Miyeon's heart thumped prettily in her chest, eyes flashing with adoration as she gently took the book from him, studying the cover with a smile on her face. "Hyunwoo.. I abandoned you on that date - you didn't have to do this." A finger dragged across the beautifully illustrated cover.

"You had to leave - your friends got into an accident. I completely understand. Besides, how was I supposed to ask you out for a make-up date without getting you anything." Hyunwoo smiled as he continued to push the book towards her.

"A make-up date?" She repeated, eyes darting from the book up to meet his eyes. "Really?"

"Of course." He replied. "So, Hwang Miyeon, what do you say."

Although guilt filled her stomach and her mind flashed back to the occurence at the hospital, Miyeon nodded. Her and Seojun were to forget about the whole incident.

And so, she didn't have anything to lose.
