The previous night ended with Seojun and Miyeon finally letting Suho back into his own home, and after a little longer together the trio separated, Suho watching as The Han boy and the Hwang girl walked side by side away from his house.

In all honesty, Suho was extremely confused on what was going on between them. One minute Miyeon was crying because Seojun had kissed her and the latter was trying to make everything alright. And then suddenly everything was back to normal, as if it had barely even happened.

And Miyeon and Seojun had every intention to keep that up. Especially when it came to school - if anyone found out that they had kissed then there would be uproar, especially considering the fact they thought that Jugyeong and Seojun were dating.

So when Miyeon woke up the next morning and pulled on her uniform, carefully arranging the bow around her collar over the sleeveless sweater that went over her blouse ( the same one that Sooa had gotten her ), she was mentally preparing for the day ahead.

She knew she wasn't going to tell anyone, not even Jugyeong. And just like the last few days, Miyeon would have to pretend that she wasn't thinking of that kiss every time she even glanced over at Seojun. And she hated that she did that at all.

He was her best friend, and with her constantly thinking about the mistake that had occurred between them on her last day staying at the Hospital - then that situation could perhaps change. And not in a good way. It would become awkward, and she would lose Seojun again, but for a valid reason this time.

She dawdled on the way to school, knowing she had set off early after skipping breakfast - Miyeon had overwhelmed herself with thoughts and ended up feeling rather sick. But finally when she arrived, she spotted Jugyeong up ahead, Suho disappearing off in another direction.

"Im Ju!" She exclaimed, bouncing up to her friend in the silvery-white winter coat. "I feel like I haven't seen you for ages."

The girls exchanged hugs, Jugyeong beaming as they pulled away. "It's been a while since you were here. Everyone was asking where you had been, then Taehoon and Hyunkyu told everyone you were staying at the hospital." She told Miyeon, whose face crinkled at the news. "Don't worry - Soojin shouted at them all saying that they're weird for thinking in a way that you're there in anyway than just friends."

"Good." Miyeon nodded, feeling an intense amount of gratitude to her dark-haired friend, even if she was acting particularly strange at certain points in the timeline.

"Are you alright? I didn't hear from you all weekend.. and Sooa said that Hyunwoo was asking after you." Jugyeong asked, looking concerned for the girl in front of her, who had seemed as if she has just seen a ghost.

"I'm.. I'm fine." Miyeon replied. "Just still feeling a little shaken up from them being in hospital.. and yesterday was quite emotional."

"Suho told me you went to visit Seyeon's grave." Jugyeong looked sympathetic, giving her friend another hug as they began to walk together once more, only taking a few more steps before they were interrupted.

"Miyeon, Jugyeong! Im Jugyeong!" The two girls turned around, seeing Soojin with a girl that Miyeon didn't recognise. Soojin waved, smiling friendly at the two.

But Jugyeong wasn't having such a positive reaction, frozen in place with wide eyes as she saw the girl. "Ju?" Miyeon nudged her gently as Soojin and the girl arrived, stopping in front of them.

"Im Jugyeong?" The new girl repeated, saying the name slowly, syllable by syllable. Jugyeong still didn't move, and Miyeon's eyes narrowed as she saw Soojin glance between the two, the once friendly look on her face almost completely replaced.

"Let's go Soojin, Miyeon." Jugyeong didn't say anything else, reaching for Soojin's arm with one hand and Miyeon's the other, pulling the two of them away quickly.

Jugyeong's rather scared expression didn't fade as they walked through the school, in between Miyeon and Soojin with their arms linked.

"What's wrong?" Soojin asked.  "Do you feel sick?"

"What? No, I'm fine." Jugyeong reassured her, but Miyeon knew her a little better than that and made a note to herself to ask Jugyeong again later, when Soojin wasn't around.

They reached the classroom not long after, Miyeon entering first and seeing Suho stood by Seojun at his desk, Taehoon and Hyunkyu looking rather shocked as he walked away.

But before she could question it, Sooa was jumping up out of her seat and crowding around them, linking her arms with Miyeon. "Hwang Miyeon! You're back!" She practically bounced on the spot, a smile on her face before she turned to Jugyeong. "Jugyeong! Check this out."

Sooa held her phone up in Jugyeong's face, Miyeon peering over at it and getting the general idea about what this was. Jugyeong had been entered in one of those competitions on social media, where a picture was posted of them and the amount of likes deemed who was the prettiest or something like that.

Or as Sooa put it - she had entered Jugyeong in the Newstagram Queen Contest.m. And she's as already in second place. "You're not trialing far behind, do you might take the lead." Sooa sounded excited, but Jugyeong was still looking rather sick.

"Oh... I see." The Im girl said, staring straight ahead.

"What does the winner get?" Soojin asked. "Prize money?"

"No! It just feels good to win." Sooa smiled, a sing-song quality to her voice. "The leader of a girl group that recently debuted was sought out by entertainment agencies after winning first place."

"Shouldn't people be scouted for their talent instead?" Miyeon frowned. "You can't just be a pretty face."

"What's so good about getting that famous though?" Soojin questioned, Sooa continuing on about how it would just feel good to be famous.

"Not for me though." Jugyeong whined, looking upset.

"The schools' pride is on the line." Sooa clasped her hands together over her phone. "So everyone's trying to make one from their school win. I was eliminated from the race earlier on, but you should win and save our dignity. Annoyingly enough, the one currently in first place goes to Yongpa High."

Once again holding the screen out, Miyeon was surprised to see Park Semi's face across her screen. And it was clear that Jugyeong recognised her as well, tugging the phone out of Sooa's hands.

It was at that point that Miyeon decided to slip away, bag sliding off of her shoulder as she sat down in her seat. "Hey." She said, looking over at the Han boy leaning on the desk beside her, a blue jacket covering his blazer. "Hey!" She repeated, jabbing him on the side.

"Hwang Miyeon!" Seojun sat up, sounding a little angry hit his expression melting away into a small smile. "Good morning to you too. Now let me sleep."

But now Sooa was jumping around the classroom, telling people to vote for Jugyeong - who still looked incredibly upset about the whole thing. And with the noise, Seojun knew he couldn't return to the peaceful slumber.

"What's wrong?" He asked, seeing the expression on Miyeon's face. "You look worried."

"People are just acting strangely." She shrugged, reaching to take her stuff out of her bag only to be nudged by Seojun's foot. "Huh?" She turned back to him, only to see him pointing over to the window.

Hyunwoo was walking past with his friends, raising his hand and waving to the girl, smiling at her. Miyeon felt her heart plummet as she forced herself to wave back, attempting a smile in return as he passed.

She felt so incredibly guilty, and had no idea what she was going to do about it. But one thing that she didn't know at all, was that Seojun was watching her every mood.

And feeling every bit as guilty as her when he saw it.
