Exhausted from the early morning and working hard for the past few days, Miyeon slept easily that night, curled up in the sheets patterned by tiny little clusters of lavender flowers against white, hands clutching at the duvet up by her neck.

She woke, rather suddenly, in the middle of the night - or at the very least early morning - when she felt her mattress dip down too far, a second weight appearing beside her.

Then, she felt pressure build up on half of her body, rolling back onto her back and letting her eyes adjust to who was currently getting into her bed. It was a boy - most likely Daehwan after one of the rare occuring nightmares he still sometimes got.

But that theory was proven to be untrue when the person cuddled up to her, head buried in the curve of her neck and the smell of alcohol very obvious on him. "Seojun?" Miyeon mumbled, the hand that wasn't trapped under his body reaching up to rub her eyes and cover her mouth as she yawned. "Han Seojun?" She repeated, reaching her hand over to turn him just slightly, moving his head so that he could definitely breathe.

"Miyeonie..." The Han boy replied in a grumbled respone, and Miyeon froze in her movements, eyebrows darting upwards in surprise. "Hwang Miyeonie.."

"That's a new one." The girl's cheeks turned pink, matching the soju-induced blush that most definitely now covered Seojun's face, reaching over his head to put on the bedside lamp on it's lowest setting, a dim glow settling over the room.

It was near 1am, which meant it had been several hours since he brought her lunch in the private practise room, walked her to join the rest of VIVID and disappeared to go and drink with Juygyeong.

"I missed you tonight." There was a slight slur to his words, and not all of them were completely coherent, but the Hwang girl managed to follow along well enough. "Chorong.. and Jugyeong.. and Hyemin were all there - but you weren't there."

Even though she was rather tired, Miyeon still knew what this meant; he hadn't been able to tell Jugyeong. But there was no use in being upset with it, it was going to happen someday, just now now. Especially not when Seojun seemed to have drunk quite a lot.

"I was busy with the girls." Miyeon carefully lifted his head off of her, shifting his weight to the side as she shuffled to sit up a little more, soft pillows cushioning her back against the wall. Deeming herself to be in a comfortable position, she let Seojun lay against her again, arm slinging over her waist and chin pointing into her collarbone, very close to being in an uncomfortable fashion.

She could feel his eyelashes flutter open and closed, the heat of his breath on her neck, the tightness of his grip around her waist. It was drunk Seojun who seemed to be less aware of his dilemma with Miyeon and Jugyeong, and tended to gravitate more towards the first, who was more than happy to help him through the night, seeing as he had done the same for her.

"I don't care." As well as moderately clinging, Seojun had a tendency to be even more blunt than usual, not caring about any form of repercussions from his words. "I missed you tonight, you should've been there."

"Well it seems like you've had a fun time without me." Miyeon smiled, hand attached to the arm underneath the boy reaching up to curl her fingers around the hair at the bottom of his neck, where the mullet curled just slightly.

"Nope. It was.. sad." Seojun frowned. "I lost so many pieces of beef - they just kept.. dropping off my chopsticks." He kept on grumbling, and Miyeon stopped herself from laughing.

"So you had barbecue?" She asked, feeling the head buried in her neck nod up and down. "And is Jugyeong okay? What about Chorong and Hyemin?"

"Hm... they're fine." It took the Han boy a little time to contemplate it. "Jugyeong still misses Lee Suho - that bastard." That time, Miyeon did giggle at his words. "He needs to come back so that he will.. make her happy again."

"She is happy, Seojun." Miyeon shook her head, still stroking his hair. "And haven't you heard her, she's focusing on her job right now."

"But I want to tell her!" It was a jumble of emotions now, almost child-like speech that Miyeon was hearing. "Because I want to date you, Hwang Miyeon."

"Hmmm, is that so?" Miyeon only halfway believed what he was saying. She knew that he did, and drunk him knew that he did. But drunk Seojun also seemed to completely disregard his other feelings, which were so prominent to him otherwise.

"Yes!" Seojun nodded enthusiastically, Miyeon wincing at his chin colliding with her shoulder several times.

"Hey there - you might want to calm down, okay?" She rolled him onto his side more, trying to relieve a little of the weight. "Did you take your shoes off when you came in?"

"Mhm."

"And your coat?"

"Nuh-uh."

"Well let's take that off. Come on, arms up." Miyeon, still with him draped across her like a piece of fabric, somehow managed to help him take his jacket off, but not without any difficulty. Finally, she was able to throw it into one of the corners of her room, letting Seojun get comfortable again before covering him up with the duvet and settling down a bit more.

"Mmmmm... smells nice." Seojun mumbled, a content smile on his face.

"Is that the alcohol or something else?" Miyeon tilted her head, eyebrows raised. If she could, she would have her arms crossed over her stomach. "Because I thought we agreed that you wouldn't get drunk."

"Shit happens." Seojun didn't look up, head still hidden in the curve of her neck. "I thought.. it would be fun.. I drunk to make up for you."

"Oh, really?" Miyeon smiled softly. He had done that on several occasions, drunk her share of shots because he knew she couldn't handle it at all. "But I wasn't even there!"

"I... I imagined you were. Because I missed you." Seojun squeezed his arm around her waist a little tighter, and she could feel his smile against her neck. "Why weren't you there?" He asked, a frown replacing the smile.

"Oh Seojun." Miyeon brushed hair out of his face gently. "I'm sorry I was busy with the girls. But lets get you to sleep, okay?"

"Can I stay here?" Seojun asked, not waiting for an answer to get even more comfortable.

"Of course." Miyeon nodded, reaching to turn the light off before settling down, eyes flickering closed. She had a schedule that morning, and she could only hope that clingy Seojun had worn off in his sleep and she would be able to leave easier.

There was no way she could miss her first photoshoot to look after a drunk Seojun. As cute as the sight was.
