Dahlia, Hermionie and Demetria sat on a bench in the courtyard with one of their Professors and two other students when they saw Ron and Harry walk past them, deep in conversation. They quickly closed their books and scurried after them.

"But I've never even played Quidditch. What if I make a fool of myself."  Harry said as they approached them.

"You won't make a fool of yourself." Hermione assured.

"Its in your blood." Demetria told the boy.

They then all followed Hermione to one if the trophy cases. She then pointed at a shield emblem.

"Woah. Harry, you didn't tell me your father was a Seeker." Ron said in awe.

"I...I didn't know." Harry responded making Dahlia frown slightly, she felt bad that most people knew more about his family than he did.

The rest of the day flew by as they finished their classes. Demetria had met Cordelia Diggory just after the trophy case. The red head girl noticed how lonely she had been since the first day. So she approached her with her older brother and introduced themselves and they soon became fast friends. Despite being in higher grades, Cedric and Cordelia checked on her as much as they could.

That's who Demetria was with now, she had gone back to her common room and Dahlia, Hermione, Harry and Ron were heading back to theirs. The former was trailing behind with Hermione as the boys chatted ahead of them. They noticed something felt off as they glanced around the staircase. They all gasped as they felt the staircase move with them on it.

"What's happening?" Dahlia asked as she gripped on the railing.

"The staircases move, remember." Hermione answered.

"Let's go this way." Harry suggested as the staircase came to stop

"Before the staircase moves again." Ron groaned.

They walked towards this tall door and opened it and walked in.

"This doesn't feel right." Dahlia said as she noticed the strange and ghoul statues.

"We're not supposed to be here. This is the 3rd floor. Its forbidden." Hermione stated.

Suddenly something on one of the pillars lit up and the three immediately turned to Dahlia.

"That wasn't me." She assured them as she raided her hands up.

"Let's get out of here." Harry insisted before the four turned around and heard a meow. Dahlia knew that it wasn't Tewksbury because she had left her on her bed in the Common Room earlier.

"Its Filch's cat."

"Run!" Ron insisted before the turned around and broke into a sprint down the halls.

"Quick! Let's hide through that door." Harry insisted as they saw it ahead. He reached it first and vigorously tried to open it. "Its locked!"

"That's it. We're done for!" Ron squealed

"Oh move over! Alohamora!" She chanted as she pointed her wand at the lock making it unlock.

She pulled the door open and they all rushed inside.

"Alohamora" Dahlua questioned the girl.

"Standard book of spells: Chapter 7." Hermione answered making the curly haired girl nod her head.

She then placed her ear against the door to listen for Filch. "He's gone" she said after a few moments

She trailed ahead of Ron and Hermione and joined Harry's side and then saw the beast.

"That's a huge puppy. Puppies? Pops?" She stuttered as her heart began to race.

The dog, well three headed dog groaned and yawned as it started to wake up. The four friends stood there frozen as their eyes trailed up as it stood. It started growling before the quarter let out a fearful scream. The swarmed around, heading for the door, pushed it open and got out as it chased after them. They tried to close the door but the dog was trying to pry its head in the archway.

Dahlia yanked of her necklace, her eyes flashed orange before she pushed her friends out the way and forcefully pushed it closed, locking the door. The three watched in awe before they snapped out as they ran behind Dahlia, back to their Common Room.

"What do they think they're doing. Keeping a thing like that in there!" Ron exclaimed in a pant.

"You don't use your eyes do you?" Hermione barked.

"Mione we just ran away from a giant puppy, with three heads and anger issues." Dahlia reminded the girl.

"Didn't you see what it was standing on?" Hermione asked the three.

"I wasn't looking at its feet. I was preoccupied by its heads. Or maybe you didn't notic, they're three!" Ron responded with Dahlia agreeing.

"It was standing on a trap door. Which mean it wasn't there by accident." Hermione explained.

"Merlins beard it must be guarding something." Dahlia sighed .

"Guarding something?" Harry questioned.

"Yes, that's right. Now if you two don't mind. We're going to bed before either of you come up with a clever idea to get us killed or worse expelled!" Hermione insisted before opening the door to the girls dorms. "Dahlia, aren't you coming?"

"I'll just be a minute." She told the girl.

"She needs to sort out her priorities." Ron said making Dahlia giggle a little.

"I just wanted to ask if you guys are okay? I mean I'm used to seeing oversized animals but they usually aren't well... like that." Dahlia told her friends with a small smile

"We're fine but bloody hell. How did you push all three of us aside and push that door closed all on your own?" Ron asked the girl.

"All Elementals have an extra ability...well power. Coruscares, that's me and the rest of my siblings as well as my mother all have well super strength with our fire abilities. The Pruinae, that's Demetria and her parents have the water abilities with their frost. The Praevisionis, that's Evanora have the ability to control the wind and the telekinesis...mind thing and Terra Viventium, I haven't met anyone here that's part of that side of our kind here yet but they have the nature things and they can talk to animals and all magical creatures." Dahlia explained to the boys before turning around and heading to the door.

"Why didn't you tell me about all this?" Harru asked his best friend, Dahlia had been dreading this question for the longest she gulped before facing him again.

"I was told the stories of the group of Elementals and Wizards that fought against 'you know who' my parents a well as everyone who knew your parents didn't want us, me to tell you." She said as a lump formed in her throat, she could tell that he was angered by this. "I'm sorry, bit if you have any questions and I mean any. I will answer them. It's not fair that you barely know anything about them." She said as Harry embraced the girl, she invited Ron to join in too.

"Good night boys." She said as she let go of them and headed into her dorm room to find Hermione fast asleep with Tewksbury sleeping by her feet.
