"Okay, you 'ready?!", asks an enthusiastic Mirae.

"Yup! More than ever!" replies Jungguk.

A few days had passed.
Mirae has now been staying with Jungguk for over a week.

The same monotonous lifestyle had gotten the both of them bored. So, today they decide to do something different, something new.

Well, not for Mirae, but it is a totally new thing for Jungguk.

Teleporting.

"So, where to, first?"

They stand in front of the old building, which, they now call 'home'.

"Um, how about...a city?!" he suggests.

"Hm, a good idea, indeed...but, which one?"

"Uh, Daegu? And then maybe, Busan!"

"Okay, now..." She chuckles, extending her hands to him, which he gladly takes into his.

As they both stand in front of each other hand-in-hand, eyes meeting each other, they can't help but feel sudden thumps inside their hearts, enthusiastically and excitedly.

As she closes her eyes, a soft creme glow of light emerges from around her body, enveloping both of them.

Jungguk, as much as he wants to close his eyes, trying to shield them from the sudden glow, can not let himself to do so, wanting to savor every detail of this moment.

A sudden breeze hits the both of them, and Mirae opens her eyes, to find Jungguk with eyes and mouth opened as wide as tennis balls.

She chuckles, finding his reaction adorable.

They both look around their environment and find themselves in a street.

Both of them exchange looks, and at last decide to stroll and wander further more into the city.

After all, they can't possibly get lost.

"Woah..." They both share the same reaction of amazement as soon as they reach (or teleport) to Busan, it being their first time looking at such huge buildings and busy roads.

They are currently in a park.

The birds chirp and play around, the lush green trees and bushes full of colourful flowers, the peaceful environment being the opposite of the busy city atmosphere.

Even though they are completely clueless about the place, they continue their stroll through the park.

As both of them walk side by side, Jungguk debates with himself on whether to hold her hand or not.

As flustered as he can ever be, he decides to tug onto the opportunity and hold her hand.

The sudden feeling of fingers passing through her own pulls her out of her thoughts and Mirae snaps her head towards Jungguk, who already is found looking at her.

Both of them find themselves drowning into each others' eyes which seemed to hold and contain oceans of feelings.

They do not even notice the fact that they start to lean into each other, their breaths hitting each others' faces delicately.

Eyes drooping almost to a close, they are now centimeters away from each other, but, something catches Mirae's peripherals and she pauses.

Confused, Jungguk forces himself to open his eyes and pull back, and follows the girl's eyes, and he slightly gasps, surprised, or more like shocked.

There, on a bench, sits a girl, who looks exactly and identically same as Mirae.

Mirae finds herself already walking towards the unknown girl, her supposed doppelganger.

The other girl, who takes notice of Mirae, is shocked herself and stands up abruptly.

Mirae reaches her, and after a moment, she politely introduces herself,
"Hi, I'm Mirae, and- it's so, so nice to meet you."

After her introduction, the girl looks flabbergasted.

"A-ah, I am Kang Mirae, its nice to meet you too?" the girl grins puzzled, yet excited.

Beside a highly confused Jungguk, Mirae's eyes grow wider in pure surprise to find out that even her name is the same as her doppelganger.

She knew that almost everyone in this universe has a doppelganger, but only a few have the fortune of meet each other. To meet each other is either for a really big purpose in either of their life, or it is to bring a big misfortune for them.

Mirae hopes for the former.

"Ah, sorry to break your staring contest, but I haven't introduced myself yet."

A voice interrupts.

Both the girls' heads snap towards him and Jungguk clears his throat and speaks,
"Uh, my name is Jungguk,"

"Jungkook?!" Kang Mirae asks dumbfounded.

"No. Its Jung-guk." Jungguk corrects her, pointing out the syllables.

"Oh."

The gifted girl speaks again,
"Uh, we come from-a village called ShinSong. Can you-tell us what this, place is?"

The other girl replied,
"A-ah, this is the city of Busan."

"Oh, thanks!"

Mirae speaks up again,
"You look like me."

"Yeah..." The other girl trails off, drowning into a pool of her own thoughts.

Mirae then, puts her palm on the other girl's head and, in a matter of seconds, she learns everything about her.
She pulls away gently and smiles,
"Love is difficult, right?"

The other girl's eyes widen, probably puzzled as to how she would know all this.

Mirae takes hold of her hands.

"Listen to me. We have only one life. A life so short, that it may end anytime, any second, any moment. So, why not live life to the fullest? Start living your life with your heart leading the way. Head may be smart, but heart, it is wise and pure. I suggest you go to him. We only fall in love once, right?" she says, with a beautiful kind smile.

The other girl still seems stupefied.

"I know you're confused, but I can't explain to you. When the time comes, you'll be aware." That being said, the gifted one pulls her into an affectionate hug.

She pulls away,
"Take care, Mirae."

The look Kang Mirae wears is completely wonderstricken and the other girl chuckles at her this, happy to fulfill her purpose of meeting her counterpart.

She turns to Jungguk, who still stares at them dumbstruck, and takes his hand in her's, intertwining them.
"Lets keep going, Guk."

She turns towards Kang Mirae to bid her goodbye,
"I hope we meet again, the next in even better circumstances. Good luck Kang Mirae."

And then they walk away, leaving the other girl lost in her thoughts.

A few minutes into walking, and Jungguk still finds himself completely clueless of what happened, but decides to speak nothing.

But one thing's clear to him now.

He has fallen in love with the girl who walks beside him, with the purest heart, enchanting powers, and the prettiest soul.
