I giddily ran with you towards the chopper, not fully listening to anything you had said after 'Let's go.' I was so excited, that the blast of wind didn't bother me in any way, (though I suppose my hair would say otherwise).

We sat down, wore the headsets, and finally took off. It was an amazing feeling, and I was over the moon.

"You did all this for me?" I had asked you, via the headsets. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought that the look you had looked at me with was loving.

You nodded, and mouthed the words, 'Just for you.'

I smiled so widely, that my jaw had started hurting.

Once we had gained enough altitude, I was able to see both the galaxies; the first galaxy was the city speckled with occasional streetlights. The second, and real galaxy of stars was so clearly visible, and so vivid.

We flew around, for how long, I didn't know, because I was so mesmerised by the clarity of the view of stars from the window of the helicopter.

I was in a trance. I could've stayed like that forever, gazing at the different patterns the stars made. It was as if they changed every time I looked at them.

But forever didn't last, because you tapped on my arm to get my attention. Sluggishly, I looked at you.

You pointed at a big black backpack on the other bench, (which I had failed to notice earlier), and then pointed outside the window.

"Do you wanna fly with me?" You had asked, the goofiest grin on your face, which somehow looked stunning on you. I nodded happily.

It was proving to be the best day of my life.
