PENTALOGY was a Japanese rock band. The group consisted of four members, Okimasa , Syunji , Masashi , & Miyoshi. The group debuted on January 2nd , 2014 with the single album '心臓: our first' Unfortunately , Jun passed away on March 19th , 2014 , causing the group to disband on April 1st , 2014 with the single album '壊す: our last.'
