neymar's pov ✧

"neymar, why is your search history about adopting a dog?" rafaella spoke as she nudged me with her foot.

i looked up from my phone and furrowed my brows. she wanted to use my laptop so she could 'online shop'. i don't know why she couldn't just use her phone to do that..

rae and mae we're currently out doing some shopping. mae had wanted some of rae's advice on some decor for the house as she wanted to 'spice things up' in her words. she took rae with her because she thought that rae had a good sense of style.

they had been gone literally for hours now and i was getting slightly bored.

i shrugged as she looked at me with curiosity. "rae saw a dog that she liked yesterday when we went out with leo, so i was just looking.."

she smiled, wiggling her brows. "are you going to get her a dog?"

"maybe.." i said and she nudged her foot with mine again and i glared at her.

we were sat at the opposite sides of the sofa, with a bowl of natchos in the middle of us.

"that's exciting." she grinned, looking back at the laptop. "it can be like, your first kid."

i snapped my head at her, wide eyes with a small laugh. "too far."

she just hummed, and then looked at me sweetly which made me narrow my eyes at her. "can i use your credit card to buy my stuff.."

i sighed with a little nod. i hardly ever buy things for my sister, which sounds quite bad. "yeah, it's in my room on the dresser."

"thanks." she grinned, continuing to add things to her cart. "do you ever want a baby with aurelia?"

the sudden random question caught me off guard a little bit and it made me pause as i was sending a message to leo. i cleared my throat, avoiding eye contact as i didn't know what to say.

neither of us had ever spoke about a baby before, i don't think either of us were ready for it just yet. we were still young only being twenty one and twenty two, we had time to decide if we wanted one in the future.

"yeah, but not right now." i say simply, carrying on messaging leo.

"well let's hope your future baby looks and acts like aurelia then." she said cheekily making me roll my eyes.

i feel the love, rafa.

"and then i said to her, no you can't do that, and then—" i heard some distant voices chatter in the background as the front door opened.

i finished pouring the milk in my cereal and put the milk back in the fridge. i was very hungry, but i had no idea what to make so i just made cereal instead. i left the bowl on the counter so i could greet my mum and rae that had just come back.

"so i slapped her across the face." i heard rae explain and that made me curious to know what they were talking about.

as i walked into the hallway, i spotted about five bags all from different shops. aurelia was blabbering away and my mum actually seemed very interested, gasping as she said something.

"what are you talking about?" i asked curiously, standing a couple of meters away from them.

rae stopped in the middle of her sentence and spun around to face me, putting one of the last bags down. she smiled immediately. "hi amor."

i bit the inside of my cheek to stop the smile that wanted to break through. she's been calling me amor a lot since yesterday, because she knew that i liked it a lot. "hi, rae."

"neymar, você pode levar essas sacolas para a sala?" my mother asked with a sweet smile as she passed me to go into the kitchen, calling aurelia as well, probably so they could finish their little gossip session that they had going on.
[neymar, can you take these bags to the living room?]

i nodded and walked closer to rae, pulling her in by her hips, keeping my hands there. she wrapped her arms around my neck and stood on her tip toes to press a small quick kiss to my lips.

"did you have a nice time?" i asked her, using one of my hands to move some of her hair off her shoulder.

she nodded immediately, threading her hands through the back of my hair. "i did, i love nadine."

i smiled, dipping my head to kiss her again. she pulled my head down even more by the hand that was in my hair. i cupped her jaw, separating our lips only to leave a couple more short kisses after that. she laughed quietly, removing her hands from me and stepping back.

"stay here tonight?" i asked her as i picked up a few bags, rae doing the same.

she hummed as we started to walk to the living room to place the bags there. "of course, but i'll have to go home and feed margo first."

i nodded my head and rafaella looked up from my laptop and she immediately grinned at the sight of rae and she pushed the laptop off her lap.

damn, was she still shopping? my bank account won't be happy.

"i missed you!" rafa squealed, almost tripping as she collapsed in rae' arms.

rae dropped the bags and hugged her back, then both rocking back and forth, holding eachother tightly as if they hadn't seen each other in years.

"i missed you too!" rae said excitedly back. they both separated from each other and rae looked at me.

"better get back to your mum to finish our gossip session." she said, and rafa's head snapped towards her.

"gossip session?!"

aurelia nodded and rafa grabbed onto rae' hand, pulling her to head to the kitchen. rae looked back at me to see a frown on my face as i was left in the living room by myself.

'love you' she mouthed.

that made me smile. rafa had pulled her away before i even got the chance to mouth it back.

i decided to check how much rafa was buying and how much it would cost. i walked over to the sofa and i saw that it read '$1,996.

okay, that's not as bad as i thought it would be.

once all of the bags were in the living room, like mum had asked. i had nothing to do now, i did want to do something with rae but my sister and mum had snatched her away. i guess i'd just join them in the kitchen..
