      "Meu amor, it's okay." a 16 year old Neymar Jr said, comforting his girlfriend. They were sat on his parents sofa, and his girlfriend had her head buried into his neck, sobs coming out of her.

     "I don't want to go." She whispered, her eyes closed, soaking up his comfort.

     He held his hand at the back of her head, keeping her there to hold her. She was almost pretty much sat on top of him. Her hands were clutching at his jumper.

      "Nothing between us will change, will it?" She asked quietly, reluctantly pulling back. His hand stayed where it was, behind her head.

He lead back on the sofa more, pulling her with him. His other hand rested on her side. Neymar shook his head. "Of course it won't."

She sniffed and he wiped under her eyes to get the smudged mascara of with the hand that was at the back of her head. He wiped her tears.

"You can still come to all my football games in the future. I'll see you all the time." He said filling the silence.

Aurelia had gotten the news that she would be moving away with her mother and brother. Her father and mother were divorced and he had found a new family. Her mother wanted to get away as it was too many bad memories for her.

Aurelia had found out about the news around ten minutes ago and the first person she thought about was her boyfriend.

"I can't wait." she managed to smile. She pressed for heads with his and they both closed their eyes. "I'll miss you a lot."

"Don't speak like that." he said sadly. "You're acting like we won't see eachother again. We will, we'll visit eachother all the time." he booped his nose with hers and she let out a small laugh.

He kissed her softly, putting his hand at the back of her head again. They stayed like that, just holding eachother and sharing their last hours together. "eu te amo"

But Neymar was wrong, it was the last time we saw eachother.

     I fall back onto my bed with a huge sigh, today has been exhausting. I've spent most of my day looking after my neices, i love them dearly, but gosh they wore me out.

     I move my hand around my bed, panicking when I couldn't feel my phone but then I realised that it was on my chest this whole time. I sighed, and unlocked it.

     I was about to hit the instagram icon when i noticed that it had a lot more notifications from it. I frowned, tapping on it and going on the app. 

     I saw a comment on my recent post that i hadn't noticed before, a comment from Lionel Messi. What?

      All the blood rushed to my cheeks as I saw that he had tagged someone. That someone being Neymar Jr. Why would he do that? My heart rate sped up and i suddenly became nervous.

      I checked and Lionel Messi doesn't even follow me, how on earth did he find my instagram page and why would he tag Neymar?  That's where all of my notifications were coming from.

     Back when i was in high school I used to date Neymar. It was my longest relationship, he was practically my first for everything. I had to move away, and Neymar had a huge football opportunity and that's why he is where he is today. We were still dating at that time, however we both slowly began loosing interest and neither of us would reply back to eachother. So we called it off and that was in the past.

      It was quite known about mine and Neymars past to quite alot of people. We were still together when he was gaining a reputation for football, and if you dig deep enough, there are still some articles about Neymar and his childhood girlfriend and love life. So it wasn't exactly a secret.

He had loads of photos of us on his instagram that he hadent bothered to delete, so most of his fans knew, ( he has over 180 million )but because we weren't together now, it didn't matter to them. It was in the past.

I had thought about Neymar a couple of times in the years, whenever football was on no matter who was playing he always came to the back of my mind. I had also stalked him on instagram a few times, wondering what he was up to.

But i'm 21 now and he's been my ex for about 5 years. So why has some random famous footballer tagged him in my post?

I decided to check to see if Neymar has commented or replied back to the comment he was tagged in but he didn't and it didn't surprise me. Maybe he was just as confused as to why Lionel Messi has tagged him in his ex girlfriends post.

Does Leo even know that we aren't dating? Or ever did date? Or did he just randomly tag him for the fun of it?

I shut of my phone, thinking about old times. I let a sad smile creep up on my face. Thanks Lionel Messi for brining up old memories, I thought sarcastically.
